I am not a Daughtry or Carrie Underwood fan, because I find their sound so repetitive. Adam makes every song sound different on his album. Jennifer Hudson is a great singer and I personally like Bo Bice. Adam is the best Idol contestant EVER!
Carrie is Country and they buy albums, don't download that much. Daughtry has been out sevral years now and he came out before the economy really went south. BTW look at his numbers and he wasn't nominated for a Grammy. ADam is trying to get out of the Idol imagery but he is so closely connected since S8. If you look at some of the current Idol numbers Adam is doing extremely well for his year old debut album.
Anon 4:29, I was also a big fan of Bo Bice and so disappointed when he didnt win. In the seasons I watched (3-8) only 3 times did the person I like actually win! Like Adam, my favorite winner is Fantasia. Adamluv
Yes, country genre consumers buy physical cd's much more, less downloading! So therefore, less illegal downloading. Hey, I have to admit, gave a few friends FYE from my ipod files.
