She is an amazing artist and young woman. Her band rocks. WTF is the matter with the music industry--she is as good or better than many of our top female artists today. This is a perfect example of what Adam's been talking about. You can have so much talent but if you are not marketed well or exposed to the media... you will remain in OBSCURITY. The Canyons sound great and have great songs & I never heard of them until Adam mentions them‼ And here's Adam showing us something new again!... Adam you're just awesome dude... ♥ him so much‼ :)

Adam has so many beautiful and talented women in his life! Alisan Porter is very talented and her band sounds great!

Only those go along with the giant music industry can make it in US. Look at all the female singers stripping their clothes and they are CD top sellers. Hope Adam can change these scenarios with his outstanding talent without too much compromise. I'll wait and see. Meanwhile, we all can download Alison's music to support great her great music.

Ditto @Anon 3:42PM just couldn't say it any better. Talent is the common denominator among Adam and his friends surrounding him and i am in awe with what they are capable of doing. Creative people have so much to give and they play a big role in enriching our lives. Adam has been informally endorsing great artists to all his fans and i believe that he can be the best judge of talent in his field.

Adam certainly made the perfect decision in giving The Canyons the break that it badly needs to be able to share their brand of music to the world.

Having seen her live....I can honestly say that chick can sang baby!

She won some talent competition apparently and played the part of 'Curly Sue' in the movie when
she was a kid. Plus she is in the Ten Commandments with Val Kilmer and of course Adam and sang at The Zodiac. Thats just a few mentions. Pretty talented girl.

I suppose I am a little late with this, just got back from LA (!) but Alison Porter( and Canyons) was absolutely amazing at both shows..SO good, the crowd was truly impressed and she and her band gave Adam a fantastic warm up for the audience...I really hope her career takes off..For those who live in LA, Alison and the Canyons play at Molly Malone's in Hollywood every Tues. night.
