There is going to be a Glam Nation DVD! they need to make it behind the scenes with Live footage.

I hope everyone who attended a Glam Nation concert buys one, and everyone who did not see the concert, too!

Adam's Accoustic cd should be IN STORES NOW for people to stock up on as gifts as they walk by.
We don't need to "feel special" by having a limited number released Ed! We need Adam to feel special by tons of sales!!

I want acoustic CD and Glam Nation cocert CD, I misse out on Acoustic CD. I hope they produce them soon. Thank You RCA...........indigo

not very friendly, isn't it? must get too much "suggestions" from the devoted fans. But still though, fans are the assets of any super stars, RCA, as the professional agent, shouldn't show the attitude to the fans.

As a matter of fact, so far, Glamberts did more promotion than RCA. youtube, blog, on-line voting, tours.....

my point is that RCA ED, u might consider this as a job but fans take it from the heart.

DVD? Sign me up. Saw 5 shows. Can't enough Adam. Now, we need a 3D Glamnation Imax!!

Ed, I agree with Anon 6:47 p.m. The CD needs to be in stores now and available for Christmas gifts. Sales of 2M would be better than "feeling special". I was thrilled when I found last night that I could download it from ITunes. I would be more thrilled to buy the physical CD in a store! Come on. You have to wonder about the management sometimes!

my loved one worked in a independant record shop for 20 years..right through the punk days(great fun:) 1979 to 2000 and everyone would meet up and buy their music.
our home is full of vinyl and cds..it was a way of life to go to record store!!!!! another tradition going going GONE!!!! i am not a lover of downloads..
after reading this message from ED.....Adam will be the loser because peeps will be ilegally burning off copies and Adam will miss out....

This is the first time after so many years I bought CDs. I ordered them to support Adam. Since the invention of mp3 I've been downloading my music from and it sounds great. I have my iPhone with me at all times. I know a lot of people around me download their favorite musics. I went to BestBuy recently and I noticed only one aisle had CDs. I assume it's somewhat costly for retailers to have CDs since most people nowadays download music. They can use the extra space to show case other new demanding products instead.

RCA editor does not sound very professional. the choice of words is not very convincing, very basic and does not sound very intelligent individual.

"the most devoted fans" are more numerous than the print run. really glad to hear there will be a second edition. thankyou so much.

This is not the first time RCA has mentioned that they are making a DVD from the Concert Tour. They have said that they want to get the best to put on the DVD, and there is a LOT of video to go through. So don't worry - We are going to get the best DVD that they can put together. Adam is a perfectionist, and I think he is doing most of the choosing of what goes in the DVD.

Love that post--for a change--from Ed. Yes, it's dripping with honesty, and I appreciate that and really did figure out the limited numbers. People want what they cannot have. I think Adam overall has also been too accessable to everyone media and fans, so it's to his benefit that he's quiet and reclusive. It just increases wanting him more!!!

Actually , did anybody receive Acoustic Live!CD? I even didn't get e-mail about shipping verification! I know the album was released yesterday and I didn't expect to get it immediately, but somebody said that they sent email with date of shipping. Hopefully I will get it soon.

I ordered the hard copy CD on Nov. 22nd, first day of the presale on AdamOfficial. I was online within the first 2 hrs of the presale and placed my order for the hard copy CD with special poster bundle. I thought everything was fine because I received an immediate email with my order number, verifying my shipping and billing address and the email was a receipt (so they said). Yesterday, since I had not received the hard copy CD, I started trying to reach Customer Service and also I checked the status of my order on AO. I was shocked to see the status said SOLD OUT! How could this happen? My credit card was charged and I received a receipt too!

I finally heard back from Adam Lambert Global Store apologizing for the inconvenience, but, yes, my order was SOLD OUT! If I understand it correctly, the order is pending another printing whenever that occurs. Now that I've read RCA Ed.post,I really wonder when that might be! It's hard to believe that only in to the first 2 hrs of the first Presale Day that it was sold out so quickly. In the meantime, I just downloaded Acoustic Live EP from ITunes (that worked great!) 'cause I can't wait that long for the fantastic EP.

The good news is I received my calendar yesterday (which is fabulous) and the cover artwork from Acoustic Live EP is July's picture in the calendar! One reason I wanted the hard coy CD so much was because of that sexy picture of Adam on the cover so now I have it in the calendar! Yayyyyy! Sorry for going on so long but I was so frustrated with the mix up on my order! Please RCA Ed. make these CDs available in stores too!

For the first time in my life I also joined a fun-club, orded a cd, all because of Adams great voice and talent. The order seemed to be allright and I got the information to my e-mail, my credit-card was charged, and now when I read yr comments above CT 12.24 am, in my order reads sold out!!!! How is that possible, they have charged it (also the delivvery costs 7,99!!!!!!!) Not any information, the bussines is handled really badly!! I can wait the hard copy, I also downloaded the ep from itunes, but we should be informed about the delay and not been charged in advance! And if I could by it from the shop I would have bought several for Christmas presents!

I have the feeling that RCA's white collars and managers still don't get it... These are the Glamberts who spent money to send a particular lady abroad in order to record some shows for the entire world to see on You Tube! They are sharing every bit of information about their.. babyboy. They are willing to pay what they might as well illicitly use. They want for him to become rich sooner rather than later and for themselves to be part of this process. They are dying to convert more people to their new religion and to ‘glambertize’ the entire world!
The RCA Ed.’s response to that? "We want you to feel special"! I’m sorry, should die laughing or crying? Jeez! We are already special! Crazy special!

"Concerted plan"?... "Maximizing the perceived value"?... Shall I dream of being a fly on RCA's wall?... Maybe I’m the one who don’t get it! Maybe I’m just a business-stupid, glitter-blinded glambert who needs to be taught the way our planet is spinning.. I also feel something is not "right" about ED. A normal management would be clamoring to get the CD'S out- to make more money for the star and management. Something is rotten in Denmark! Excuse me if I'm not being politically correct here, but I feel something is amiss! It's Adam's career we care about - we want to make him more rich and famous! AND get his fabulous recordings at the same time. It's the Christmas season - hello! what better time to merchandise Adam! I just don't get it ED - maybe I have too much glitter in my eyes!

I really hope this GNT DVD is going to be sold in stores all over the world and not only on Adams fan club in US to "make us all feel special". I want that DVD and will kill to get it. Did you hear that Ed?

I’m back for this juicy subject! I mean, I love the picture from Paris, but what could I say about it with a brain melting from that sweetness of a happy and beautiful.. human being? I’m just wondering who took that picture, that’s all.

Listen, I’m soo far from being a business-wise person. My life would have been much better if I were more money-driven. And before Adam, I didn’t give a fig (too archaic? :-)) about music business, in any part of the world for that matter. Anyway, I was among those who negatively commented on the GNT grueling schedule and the size of the venues (you know, those who can’t practice, teach.. or criticize, ha ha ha!). Well, I thought more about that. They may have been right about some of the venues.. or not :-). (I still think there were too many shows though). Maybe that has been their ‘plan’ all along – to leave us wanting for more, keep us starving, make us begging on Twitter and fan sites for a GNT ticket, a CD, a calendar or a poster. I can understand this, really, I do. However, I rather think that while Mr. Lambert was prepared enough for the glam-cruise, everybody else was taken by surprise and we all are still learning how to handle the business (in record label’s case) and the feelings (as far as fans are concerned). We might as well learn from each other, label and fans, without jumping at each other’s.. carotid. Shall we make peace... for the sake of our man?

I hope they won't release the DVD only digitally,
we have BestBuy and Walmart with large CD/DVD selling area and they are everywhere in Canada. The GNC DVD better out earlier before people spending all their money for the holiday season.

I got an email with my order number from AO. I have not received the CD yet. I am assuming that they were waiting to see ow many people bought the thing "before" they pressed it. With money being so tight everywhere, they has no idea if it would sell with so little advertisement.

Hopefully, it will arrive soon. The GNT DVD is something that should def. sell well. I am hoping it's not too many shots of the audience tho. I'm someone who wants just a concert DVD like the "Last Waltz". Too many cuts to the audience ruins it for me. I also think Adam deserves to be seen in a concert format not cutting away to see faces of fans. They can put that on Special Features. I think that a lot of artist management thing it's flattering to show fans in the audience...but I want to just see Adam!

I cannot buy from Itunes because it is not available in the country I am in presently. I missed out in ordering the CD of Live Acoustic because it would have taken 3 months to have it shipped to me, so I am left with no choice but to wait patiently for the next "batches". The moment the GNT DVD is announced I will not commit the same mistake I will preorder CD from the fan site and wait for it to be shipped to me.

Even though I downloaded the EP from itunes, I still like to keep a hard copy for collection. Hope Adam management will make a combo of DVD/EP when the GNC is available.

Ok I may get jumped on here but I have to say I agree with Management. There I said it. Adam is going to be around for a VERY long time and is not, and should not be one of those artists that just do extra things for the money. I like the fact that they are careful about what and when to release. And remember we were told that there would be a limited amount of hard copies available. I would love to see more comments of support on here. Adam is no dummy and he knows what he is doing. Trust that and sit back and enjoy the ride. There is real validity to the phrase...leave 'em wanting more. It's working isn't it? IMHO.

I forgot tho check my banking account. Thank you for reminding, girls. I gor the number of my order, probably have to check it to be sure that my order wasn't sold! Be honest I, like most of us, slightly dissapointed about all of this EP's deal:(

Limited editions are not possible in this day and age of 'sharing'. Put this out on a cd for all the world and to make sure Adam benefits from his work.

As far as my account was not charged I don't think I will recieve my order! I will try to verify it with Adam off store but don't have any hope. Just cross my fingers

Adam is taking good care of the special fans. He is happy with the sales, because he already thanked those who made the Acoustic Ep successful.

RCA Ed: Adam's fans appreciate the acoustic EP and the promise of DVD, but I just don't get RCA's marketing strategy. Rather than creating awareness and getting product to market (esp at XMAS!), Adam's brain trust has decided to limit number of physical CDs and make it next to impossible to buy (vs download). I've been marketing/ad exec for 20+ years and am sure I don't have to tell you this makes no sense/cents. TV appearances are also crucial to its success - like being on the Grammys, Ellen, Leno, Conan, etc. The world deserves to hear Adam's blissful voice and music. If you put EP in stores (next to FYE), people just might pick up both CDs. You have a platinum gem here; a money maker for RCA; a rising superstar in your midst - make the most of it. Please don't keep it a secret. Adam is always humble and grateful to his fans, but his fans are a passionate bunch and would like to see RCA give his music the support it deserves.

Still don't get why you are so excited. The performed songs have been on YT for months. It would be different if the songs were new.

Its all moot! RCA is marketing Adam as they see fit. Maybe if his fans get this next album platinum out of the gate, we will see Adam's music handled differently. I think at this point being somewhat exclusive is good. Would love a DVD of Glam Nation, but also would love a 4-piece DVD of his singles. Mircles, FYE, WWFM & IIHY. Lots of ways to go. Personally thought the GNT was remarkable considering Adam's type of showcase and following his debut album. I congratulate RCA for being open to Adam's wishes.

Really looking forward to the DVD! I went to see him live but our view was blocked by a bunch of tall ppl in front of us and there were no big screens...we could hardly see him so this is good compensation for that.
It would be really cool if they would include footage of songs we haven't seen performed live (like an aol sessions type setting specifically for those songs) but hey, I'll still be content with the fact that we are getting a DVD.
Oh and I really hope its available in high-definition as well!!!
As far as the EP thing goes, Ed clearly hinted that their intention was to market the product as a limited thing to get more ppl to buy it. It just didn't come across very effectively because Adam never said this was going to be a collector's edition-type thing so for Ed to state that after its been released seems a bit erroneous but w/e.
I do feel bad for the ppl who aren't able to get it on itunes yet and wish to still buy it legally though.
They should have made more physical CD's at a faster rate.
The quality is great :)

@anon 2:59pm I think RCA doesn't want to make more hard copies CD and put them in the stores because nobody knows how many copiers will be sold. They will spend some money but the CD will stay in the stores shelves. It is just my personal opinion. However, nobody recieved first edition hard copies CD wich were pre-ordered weeks ago! I wish RCA will find way to solve this miracle.

I keep hoping that my EP CD pre-order will go through without a hitch but after reading all these posts & not receiving the EP or any word from anyone (I bought mine at the fan club not AO .. BTW) my hopes are slowly fading. So I'll leave it up to the Universe (ADAM's Belief) to do what is right for him .. me too .. I think my GOD is much too busy for this .. and (IM)patiently wait & see what comes next! I guess I still believe in "GOOD things come to those who wait"! AND SO ... I WAIT!!
