It IS a valid opinion. Can't think why anyone would be offended about wishing others a better life.

Adam speaks the truth.. the lowering of standards on TV has gone from bad to impossible to watch. The Teen mom program is sad beyond belief and instead of showing kids what can happen to them if they become pregnant,it kind of glorifies it ,by putting the moms on covers of magazines and by making them into celebrities..kind of like Palin's daughter who was on Dancing With The Stars. Where is the lesson in all of this? Get pregnant and get famous??

I think if Adam lost a twitter fan; so be it. If that if the reason they quite being a fan they never really were. He is right it is depressing I just watch that clip and I hope it helps alot of parents and kids to get real. Sex is a resposibilty with consiquences. Get protection and make it easy for yourself. I feel so sad for those girls and the babies too. They are is so far over their heads. That show won't last 2 weeks. And to think they were worried about a kiss on the AMA awards show. What ever!!!

I completely agree with Adam about this show and those girls. If MTV wasn't putting them on camera, they would all be statistics; another baby on welfare trying to raise a baby. There would be no designer outfits, no pay for magazine shots, etc. Oh, and anon 6:10: the show has been on for over a year and one of the girls (I think only one) just got a "spin-off"! How's that for glorifying having sex before you really know what it means? The loss of "fans" who think this show is ok is no great loss, to my mind. Good for Adam for saying what he believes.

Adam gives this show an appropriate opinion and he loses twitterers because of it .... sheesh! They can't have been fair dinkum, open-minded followers.

I didn't know this show existed and from the promo clip, I'll give it the flick.

Adam didn't lose twitter fans ,He gained them.. Yesterday he had over 806,000 now he has over 810,600. Adam is loved more than ice cream!!

Obviously if they can't tell the difference b/n calling someone a "whitetrash" and calling out a TV show #whitetrashglorified for exploiting pregnant teen myseries, then they aren't bright enough to follow Adam. Good for him for speaking his mind. Being PC equals to being fake. Besides his talent I personally love Adam for his honesty and bold opinions.

I don't watch MTV, but Adam has a right to his opinion. MTV isn't about music anymore, but stupid reality tv. I don't waste my time on that garbage. Reality tv is all about who is sleeping with who. Boring!

If some of Adam's followers left this is mean that they are stupid losers without any touch of brain and intelligency! Press, and not just Examiner, agree with Adam opinion and added few more live shows which are sh..........! Actually, they just revealed that one of these girls made very good money which cost her big problem now! I never heard about this show because I never watch any live shows, except AI which is very different. I hate "Kardashians". I watched it just once when I was sick and changed the channels tried to find something to watch. It was horrible.
You know, this is very interesting facts! Last year the same time Adam tweeted about Susan Boyle's version of "Wild Horses". And he was right. Even my mom, who is 74 years old, found this version rediculous and boring! And press critized Adam and, I think, he lost some of his followers on this time. For some reason, I think Adam lost his biggest fan Simon Cowell last year because of Susan:( May it is just my imagination. But I became his follower in the same time:)I don't have any followers and I don't follow anybody, but Adam is special and I want to know everything about him. Also, I didn't know that they count followers #. Which is very stupid!I love Adam, he is very intelligent, talented person with gold heart and high personality<3 Did I mention very very very sexy boy?:)LOL If you saw last picture of Adam on this blog you'll understand what I mean!!!!!

I don't know, maybe he's been watching Little Britain. There's this teen mom character called Vicky Pollard. I just watched a couple of videos by the drag artists (MsJennyWoo) who own the bar Adam went here in Finland. Their characters are also single moms who live on welfare. There was a corny tv show called millionaire moms, so they play the opposite.

Exploiting others seem to be fair game in TV-land and all over this land . IT IS depressing....Kudos to Adam for giving public comment to what many think. MTV could put on a dance show or a fashion show or a make-up tutorial or an anti-bullying no hate show or go around to glee clubs around the country and display all the positivity and creativity that teens and their positive mentors can be. Geesh! In other words get creative!

Like Adam I get depressed watching those reality shows. If its true that Adam lost followers who disagreed with his valid opinion, I say let it be. If you recall the AMA's, some fans were lost in the aftermath too. But in exchange, the fans who remained or became friends after the AMA's are the true loyal ones. The very same ones who made Adam the best loved in social media.

I am not watching the trailer because I've read about this horrible show. I agree with Adam on this one. There are many statistics that show teen mom's should not be raising children. Their children are usually way behind in school,etc. and it's selfish to have a child when you are a child yourself.

Some teens get pregnant to get attention, believe having a baby will get the guy or the baby fulfill something they lack in life. It's usually all about Them and not about the baby.

I would rather lose Twitter followers than pretend not to see the social ills around me. There may be a few instances where it would be best for Adam to keep his opinions to himself but this is certainly not one of them. His observations are spot on that's why it hurts.

I'm so touched that his social awareness is far deeper than i thought. It overjoys me that he cares about the youth in general and that he has valid viewpoints that teens should ponder over because at the end of the day it isn't Adam who will suffer but many more of them who are misguided.

There is more dignity in being honest and straightforward than being politically correct all the time. Adam you have earned my respect once more for your discernment and i am so proud of you. Having said that, i'm hoping that those who deserted him would still see the wisdom in his words someday for their own sake. It is actually their loss and not Adam's.

A lot of people believe their lives can turn around 360C after all those reality shows or so called overnight internet sensations. A lot of TV programs now showing this and sensationalizing them as the American dreams to draw high ratings. Teens and kids just cannot separate what is real and what is delusional. It is sad to see how the media manipulate our future generations by controlling the outlets.

I commented saying I did not think the show would last two weeks. To my surprize it has been on for a while. My first exposure was that clip and that sold me on Adams comments. My opinion still stands; no good can possibly come from that show if the message gets to teens who are vulnerable enough to believe that being a teen mom will give them "false" fame. You can see how the males acted...so immature and lost like their life was over. Why because they are lost..I do find it depressing too and not just because Adam Lambert said so! Adam, you will never loose when you speak the truth you will always be a winner!

Never heard of the show, so I took a look. I agree with Adam. It's bad. Unfortunately very true to life, but bad.

adam has his own opinion and if people stoped following him 'cause of that, than adam doesn't deserve "fans" like these...

I couldn't be happier that he said it. I only wish more recording artists who share airtime with this train wreck would speak out. The show does nothing for the viewers or the girls they exploit. As for those who unfollowed, that's their loss, not Adam's.

For this to have made the news, it proves Adam is a SuperStar! A Change is Gonna Come.

Kudos to Adam as it appears that the majority agree with him and thus he has now gained MORE followers! I think this and shows like The Kardashians and as Adam said "Jersey Shore" are shows he would never watch. TV is fast becoming not worth turning on. ZZ and Bing and others here you said it all so well!! When is it ever OK to sensationalize teen pregnancy??? Believe me, I think teen girls are the only ones watching this.

Hell, who needs them to follow Adam, it certainly it's their loss. Adam certainly earned all the respect he gets. Truth is not always welcome, but it definitely needs to be told. Love you so much as a person & as an artist. USA are so lucky & need to treasure this precious gem.

Too many celebs are afraid to voice their opinions for fear of loss of popularity and that is sad. ADAM on the other hand tells it like it is .. unfiltered .. and that's as it should be. Those 'fair weather followers' he may have lost have already been replaced by the kind of fans who think like ADAM and aren't afraid to say so. Good for ADAM!! Maybe MTV will wake up & change their 'shlock' programs with something better for today's youth to be watching .... something of true value & good influence!!

I can not think of a more ridulous reason for people to get bent out of shape about. He spoke the truth. That is a really horrible reality show.

I think most people would agree with Adam that the show exploits young girls who really don't understand the consequences and reality of what a teen pregnancy brings to the table. However, "White Trash" is not a term that should used to describe any Teen Mother in the USA...regardless of what the circumstances might be. Don't hate me. I love Adam!!! Glitterglasses

Is Adam biased against teen girls in general. If so, I don't understand why. I think teenagers are the best, at least in my country. I don't like children and I especially dislike women of my own age, because they can be most difficult.

And I think the milfs are trashy.

Adam is accepting of everyone and is happy to have so many teen fans. Why would he have any reason not to be happy to have them enjoy what he does. If anything he thinks they deserve and can do much more with their lives and should pursue their dreams.I think he also thinks those babies deserve a stable environment and the parents need to learn respect for one another. funbunn40
