Adam looked so happy there. But when he left to go home he looked like he was in tears, in the car. I think some of the papps called him some names, I guess because he would not pose for them. As I recall his mother was at the event too, She was sitting behind him in the car. But there were some pics of her floating around. So sad that he has to be called names, he said himself it is often tweeted also, he said he sees it.

Have you noticed in many many of his interviews Adam doesn't let himself get backed into a corner and give the answer the interviewer is hoping for? He's never rude but he twists the question around so that he can give a humorous answer or just laugh it off......leaving no hard feelings. He's very clever.

It must take tremendous strength to be continously pleasant in the public eye. It was a revelation to see him chase down the photographer in Miami. I know I felt "good for you Adam, enough's enough!"

@7:46 PM I remember how sad Adam looked in the car. Very unlike him. But it looked like he had just been on the phone--so maybe got some bad news (i.e. not getting to perform on the Grammys show? or finding out that the Muppets were?) and he simply wanted some privacy for it away from the photographers. I remember a bunch of people said he was drunk. I don't think it looked like he was drunk, just uncharacteristically upset.

I thought Tommy was the one sitting right behind him. Don't recall his mom in that shot.

P.S. Is anyone following the Drag Race? Can't get it on TV, but it has the full episode by next day on Internet. Raja is wonderful. Fashion sense is spectacular. She should win. I believe Sutan did take time out, though, to "primp my beautiful friend" Adam for singing Aftermath on AI.

About Adam after this event at Bardot in Hollywood. Re: the serious look on his face on the way out to the car. As @Kentucky Fan said, he had just been on the phone before he left (in the vid..). Right after that we heard that a very good friend was in the hospital and its possible he was reacting to that news..but just speculation..His Mom was not there at the above event. However, she was in the car the night Adam was leaving a nice restaurant with his mom, his good friend Danielle Stori, and one other friend. That was also the night when some VERY nasty remarks were made by one of the paps, as they were driving off. Two different incidents, but similar circumstances in some ways..

Have been watching the Drag Race,but sporadically, when I catch it. Definitely hoping Raja/Sutan wins!

Adam's friend in the hospital was Cheeks. He had been taken to the ER with severe stomach pains and released the next day. The time frame seemed to coincide with Adam's phone call and it is just speculation. Unfortunately real life follows celebs too. I hope Raja/Sutan wins. They all have creative, interesting looks and I think they're all works of art. I've always thought Ru Paul was stunning and loved the dramatic makeup and sense of style he brings to entertainment. funbunn40

That was the worst interviewer I´ve ever seen. He/she held the mic too close to her own mouth and wasn´t that much interested in what Adam and the other guy was saying, especially not Adam. It was an "All lights on me" interview. How annoying!
@funbunn: I came to think of Cheeks in hospital too when I saw Adam so upset. It´s not like him to act that way even if paps are rude. But it´s pure speculation and we don´t know the reason at all. I don´t buy the Drunk-theory though.
