OMG, Monte tweeted that we will hear Aftermath like we never heard it before. Personally, I hope that it will be like his GNT acoustic version (the one EVERYONE was raving about) and not jazz it up too much. The AI audience usually enjoys the purity of a great voice, like Adam's.

Even though there is a lot of talent this year,I can't help but compare to Adam who is just a league unto his own! charisma! I will dress up to watch the show tonight for fun(so excited) and then order the remix. I miss the Glamily.....

There is a lot of talent on AI this season. People who can sing ,but I am not seeing charisma or a real connection to the audience. Adam had that plus more, so it makes it hard for me to not compare. I am trying not to because there is and always will be just one perfect Adam Lambert!!! Tonight on AI is going to be amazing!!!

Me too. Tonight? Can not wait. I'm so hoping for an understated, less glam, just gorgeous man and gorgeous voice. Maybe some good banter, maybe a plug for Acoustic EP, CD/DVD. Maybe they'll present Grammy Nominated AFL with a few gold and platinum records, mention Glamnation. Mils.

Remember last time, Adam had laser cone, I am excited and can't wait. Maybe nobody will have dry eyes tonight.

No, there's no need to remind about that, but there are Glamberts who think there are only two versions of Aftermath. Did they forget to buy the album?

Love the album version!! But love the other versions as well. Love it the way he sang it every time on tour... just love it, it's all good.

I mean they don't have to love the album version, but they ignore it like it didn't even exist.

Absolutely loved looking at these pictures of Adam's appearances on season 8 of AI. Even though there are some good performers on this season, in my mind Adam set the bar so high that no one can compare to his vocal talent, charisma, self confidence and stage presence. Can't wait to see him perform tonight. I am sure the ratings will go through the roof for this show. AFTERMATH in the acoustic version will gain Adam more fans after listening to it. This man just has to be the best vocal talent in the music business today.

Seeing these pictures brings back so many wonderful memories of season8 AI. The excitement and anticipation of hearing what and how Adam was going to sing can never be matched for me again.
Crazy excited to see him perform tonight, his angelic voice, great personality, stage presence and charisma will take over the hearts of millions!

What memories! Every week we wondered - what would he sing, and what would he wear? I kinda liked it when he showed a little bit of skin doing "Ring of Fire".

HaHa! No don't need the reminder. My life is scheduled around Adam's performance tonight! I'm locking the door to my bedroom and watching/recording AI there....less disturbances. If the phone rings or someone knocks at the door...too bad. I ain't getting it! I'm gonna be MIA until the show is over. My eyes are gonna be glued to that TV screen waiting for Adam!

I have been watching AI this year, and while I think there's a lot of good voices (so much better than last year, better personalities than last year too), nobody has IT like Adam has. Even when he picked old songs he made them sound new and modern, but not this year, I mean who really listens to lounge singers covering Diana Ross any more. I like Naima this week, not the best vocals, but at least some energy and current, like Stefano to.
Looking forward to Adams performance, nervous as well, just want him to blow everyone away and make lots of new fans go out and buy his album, then they can invite him back for the finale and give him his platinum record.

All of us are anxious to see Adam in Idol again.

Anyone out there who is not watching Idol this year because they're still upset because Adam didn't win...you're cutting your noses off to spite your faces. There are some really talented people on this year. Adam is always my favorite, but good music is good music. Don't miss out on what might be spectacular.

Soooo funny CT - I have to admit (pathetically so, I own it) that every single decision I have made today has been chosen and made with the end result in mind of getting me in front of that TV promptly by 7:55pm EST, in my room, door locked! It's embarrassing, I know, I own it completely!! And with that in mind, I better get off this site cuz I still have tasks to do and it's 6:41pm EST, yikes, LOL!! @HKfan/3:29pm - I'm nervous too, but the funny thing is, not one bit about the vocals!! That's one of the many appealing things to me about AML, is that one never has to worry about the vocals, those are so reliable... other things to worry about, well I suppose the list would be long... but there again, BB's so smart and quick on his feet that I'm thinkin' it'll be all good... but yes, I want this to result in some album sales too HK fan, but either way, his talent can't be denied... resistance is futile :)

So excited to hear him sing live again..Hope there's more ADAM than Ryan...I think Ryan thinks he's wonderful and I personally don't like him, but mostly because he takes too much time on stage when the contestants and guests are the most important.

What a great way to start the day with the ever so grand performance of Adam Lambert!
My favorite outfit of Adam's was that suit from "A Change Is Gonna Come"! I bought a pair of dress shorts that I wore to the AIS8 concert in Dallas, of that same color or close to it. It looks like a silvery light blue. I love that suit & the song matched it so perfectly.
Adam knew just how to dress for the occasion , didn't he? K

Excuse me, I am colorblind like my dad. Adam's suit is silver, & I guess my shorts are silvery light blue. hehehe ! K
