Well...YAY for Australia! (But bummer for the US..again!) And especially fabulous for Adam! Love Byron Cooke, who is a great fan and promoter of Adam!

Agree glitzylady. Australia is so lucky and I loved the interview Bryon Cooke had with Adam. He really thinks Adam is an amazing and talented artist. SW is getting put out to many other countries,why not the U.S. Well it is a blessing that Adam's voice is being heard around the world.

OT but did anyone else see J. Durbin get on camera with Seacrest tonight on AI. It's girls night and he's trying to yuk it up while Seacrest's reading his lines. No class, no humility. Turetts and aspbergers aside, just sit still for a few minutes, dude, it's National TV.

The producers will most likely talk to James after that little stunt he pulled. I don't think Ryan was too happy. Poor James. Perhaps it is hard for him to control certain impulses. Like a child with ADHD?

It is really outrageous that Adam gets more radio airplay and recognition abroad than in his own country. I never, ever hear his songs on my radio stations. Katy Perry is on every 5 minutes with that boring Firework song but Adam: nothing. Sleepwalker is a hell of a song, and it doesn't have any gender confusing lyrics or whatever that might shock close minds, so what's up? I don't mind calling my radio stations but am I going to change anything with my phone call?

Yay, Im off to Australia in a couple of weeks,I am hoping to buy the hard disc single over there as we dont have singles here anyway. Is this a different version to whats on our FYE Cd though or the same.?

Jadam NZ I believe you can buy the sleepwalker single off Amazon.com and it is shipped I think from Germany. I would assume it is the same as on FYE but buying it will help Adam. I have to say I still hear WWFM on a couple AC stations not the top 40 ones. I don't listen to those stations that play the same 10 songs over and over.

Hi, Its Jadam here, just home from work and its only 6.45pm but it is Thursday.
This time frame thing is confusing.
I have said once before and would love to have peoples names (dont have to be your real name.) and countries with our comments.

Y are they releasing so many of Adam's songs in other countries, but not his own?! I truly believe "Sleepwalker" would be a huge hit here, especially the Jay Leno version (see YouTube). I just don't get it!!!!
Maybe they're planning to release the new version of "Aftermath" in the US, but want to surprise us?!

This is JAK in Florida, just a question before I pass out from lack of sleep....I lived in Muskogee OK a thousand years ago as a child, we spent a lot of time dodging tornados,,,,some didn't miss us. Are you in Tornado Alley? Also curious, do you know if Camp Gruber is still near Muskogee? It was a German prisoner of war camp in 1945. Probably disbanded decades ago. My father was commanding officer and I was 10 when the war (that's WWII for the youngsters among us) ended. We had made friends with many of the prisoners,anyway if you see this post I would appreciate hearing from you......tomorrow!

I am originally from CT but moved to Texas 3 years ago. My family and friend said this past summer IIHY played all the time, but a lot less here in Tx. It is pretty conservative down here maybe that is why. WWFM still getting pretty good airplay on hot AC stations. JademNZ I was the one who thought you could order Sleepwalker on Amazon. Has anyone at RCA ever explained Why it's so difficult to actually "release" a single in the US? Is it costly? Time consuming? What makes it so impossible to just release the darn thing?

"Sleepwalker" imo is made for radio. It's infectious. Once it gets in your head..you sing it all day long. Someone (forgot who) on Adam's team said it wasn't a match for radio...but I disagree big time.

If radio can play "Stairway to Heaven" then I think "Sleepwalker" would be fine..more than fine actually!

I wish Adam's "Sleepwalker" performance in Brisbane (Oz) could be released as the video to support the release of the single here? That would be so appropriate, and it was an INCREDIBLE performance .... no words can do it justice so I'll just say passion, pathos and drama to the max. However, the fact that "Sleepwalker" is being released at all in Australia is enough for me to be overcome with ectasy!! Everything crossed for this fabulous song to be a big hit for Adam Down Under.

I too am curious as to why a single is not released in the US. If RCA would release Sleepwalker and Can't Let You Go as singles, I'm sure they would sell a million!

O.T. - Regarding James Durbin's Asperger's - one has to really understand Asperger's to... well, to understand Asperger's. I know that everyone's (EVERYONE's) backstories and human interest elements have to fall to the side now, at this point the vocals are (or should be) central, I understand that, I do, but the thing is, Aspberger's and Tourette's doesn't just doesn't "fall to the side" when one wants them to necessarily. Who knows why James stood up last night, it could have been cocky boldness, I certainly don't know... but I guess I'm just trying to think, well, WWAD, and what I think Adam would do is cut some slack, be gracious, smooth things over, lessen the awkwardness... and just take a wait and see position and see what happens next time. IDK, just my POV.

Fans in different countries have different tastes and the US fans wanted the Acoustic Live EP. The US fans haven't been praising Sleepwalker until now when it's been released elsewhere. Only some younger fans seemed to like it before.

I'm a very young 75 year old in the US and I did want the Acoustic Live EP.....but I wanted Sleepwalker to be ON IT. Could have done without acoustic Music Again.

Sleepwalker was my favorite on album from first listen............but NO ONE listens to what we want here in the States.

We also wanted Voodoo, Can't Let You Go and another Ryan Tedder song for Adam, MasterPlan.

We don't have them on album or as singles. We are being neglected and I'm a bit crabby about it!.....................JAK

JAK, Yes New Zealand is really beautiful. At the moment though as you are probably aware our South Island where Christchurch is situated is going through a very hard time form the earth quake hit 11days ago.
I agree about the EP I woulld gladly have exchaneged Music Again for Sleepwalker or Broken Open or Loaded Smile, Music again is to Rocky for acoustic to me.

The film from Christchurch was wrenching. Thank God it's a modern city with hospitals and heavy clearing machines. Are earthquakes in your part of the world a frequent occurence?

Here in Florida we mostly dodge hurricanes 5 months of the year.....but we're lucky we can run from them if we want. If one seems to be heading for a direct hit, we can be sipping tea in Canada before it hits. Your house may blow away but you don't have to be in it!

I thought sure the EP would be the dramatic and soft ballads and I was so hoping for the simple radio station version of Sleepwalker he did with just Monte and Longineau (spell?) in Europe,

Adam asked for donations for Christchurch to the Red Cross, I'm sure a lot of us complied. We pretty much do our MASTER'S bidding. Plus there are a lot of compassionate Glamberts....JAK

I have always wanted to vacation in Australia. It is starting to sound better and better. Ima gonna make plans for next fall. (getting excited already)

Music Again is one of my favourites on Adam’s FYE album and it’s perfect as the first song, but nearly every song on it is a favourite of mine. I love love love this album!! :D

Voodoo, Masterplan and Can’t Let You Go are on Adam’s FYE tour/deluxe album which I was able to buy at a local record outlet. Down The Rabbit Hole is also included.
