I love how he keeps smiling so the photo's will turn out good.

As much as I loved the resulting still photos, I really hated seeing this video. He kept his cool and smiled through it, but really, what an invasion.

That must be so annoying..

Poor guy. Can't even get to his car without being followed. Stupid questions from the paps. Just leave the guy alone. Unfortunately this is the price Adam must now pay for being famous. He just can't blend into a crowd or not be noticed; he is just so darn handsome, stylish, and amazing.

Those paps are annoying and Adam has to know they will bug him every time he is out. He handles it well, and guess it is the price of fame. Now we know why he looked animated in the still photos.

Adam looks really young and hip with his new hair do. With his beard couple weeks ago he looked older than his age and with this style he looks like in his early 20s. He should keep it for a long time. Love it!

Yup, I think Adam actually has a temper like ALL humans do, WHO KNEW??? I hope it doesn't get to a point that something ugly has to happen... I loved the photos from this night and thought he looked so happy, and was one of those that said I wished there was video....now I wish there wasn't. But give the paps there due, they did back off straight away omce his tone got more serious. They weren't nearly so in your face for that woman after.

This is the dance that the stars and the paps do. The stars have to be VERY CAREUL that they don't say anything the least bit nasty or else it would be all over the internet that so-and-so is nasty. So Adam has to smile and be as nice as he can. Remember, it is flattering to be followed by the paps. It means they think you're worth following. That's what stars WANT to be, worth follwing. Hope Adam can continue to keep his cool and let these guys do their jobs. We want him to have a good reputation and not be thought of as a jerk.

Aunts and uncles in Paradise, let me tell you: if I could be there to «serve & protect», I would first of all show my long, strong and dangerous glambertclaws to those annoying paparazzi, then I would scratch with no mercy their legs, then bite their noses, then pee on their cameras! I would do alone all the body guard's dirty job to provide my favorite couple of uncles (sweet Adam and Sauli) to get to their car in peace, love and happiness! MYEOOOOOW-FFFFUUUUHHHH!!!!!

Dont understand what Adam was doing walking around the parking structure? I was there back in April to see Monte and Tommy and your car is brought to you. No paps that nite so maybe they knew he was going to be there? Very strange parking structure behind the club with a very narrow, very steep entrance. I suppose someone alerted them that he was there during the performance. They do have their ways don't they?? Seems they are always sort of lurking about at the right place and time..saw them at Bardot but we weren't interesting so they lowered their cameras and wandered off..was sort of novel for me but I'm sure it gets old fast. I think it's okay to take pictures but to harass is a different story.

Wow! Couldn't hear all of the things the paps were saying but at some point someone obviously crossed the line with him. I heard something about ".....hold his hand..." perhaps, and I am only guessing but I think that might have been the final straw for him...to be asked to involve Sauli , to put on a show for the camera obviously wasn't okay. Basically what they were asking, if I heard it correctly. I'm glad they stopped and backed off at that point...because that's all they were getting from him, and they knew it. He was DONE. As someone above said, Adam is not all sweetness and light, he has a temper, and just like the rest of us he has a tipping point where enough is enough, especially when it comes to his friends and loved ones. Everyone should have that right, including public figures and celebs. They should have the right to say "Stop", especially when he is just having a private night out with friends and family. Guess it isn't the case in reality.

Hey, he's a celebrity. It's what we all wanted for him, right. So get over it. The idiot press is part of our culture. You wonder why? Because WE eat it up, love every word, Adam is a big boy (yep, in every sense of the word). He can take care of himself. He's an imposing fellow and rather intimidating. I found him so when I had the brief M&G encounter. He runs the show, and he's very blunt. I wouldn't cross him, would you?

Everything you said is true for sure. We live in a "celebrity culture". And we have created it ourselves by watching all of the gossip shows, giving them the ratings.. and reading it in magazines. We as a culture eat it up. Some gossip mags and shows are "classier" than others, but the bottom line is, the paparazzi get paid for the pictures and the videos. If we stopped watching, and buying, they might stop harassing, but not going to happen any time soon. So celebs learn to deal with it. Some do better than others. Some are very uninteresting and are left alone. Anyone who is interesting (Adam..) will always be approached. Some paps will stop at nothing to get that shot that pays big. It would be fine if they just took pictures, but some like to provoke and that's when it gets dicey. (Last summer in Miami.....).

I have a friend who has seen Adam many times, in various situations, out and about, usually purely by chance (she lives in the LA area). She said he does not suffer fools lightly and has no problem telling people (politely) to leave him alone. (She has not been one of those people..but has spoken with him casually from time to time, and observed, and says he is an extremely nice guy, except in those situations when people are intruding on his space uninvited. He is polite but intentional in letting them know they are not welcome to his inner circle unless invited. He has to do this, or he would have no peace or privacy when just out with friends and trying to enjoy the show or dinner or whatever. I suppose the "rules" say that once he or any celeb is on a public street or parking garage etc., he is fair game. Its just the way it works. I do think "Good for him" that he has decided to establish some parameters and shut things down if lines are crossed. Paps play nice, he plays nice, they don't and he says "We're done". Fair enough. He can take care of himself, for sure. I have no doubt of that.

Adam seems to be dodging behind pillars and telling the paps that they are too close for comfort. It is indeed a very high price to pay for his celebrity. Adam's charisma reminds me a lot of Princess Diana, the kind of smile that comes from within...grace. But he also has a very strong built. He says he has banged down doors and we saw what he did... heaving The Talk show-host onto his shoulder in a jiffy. To be fair, this lot of paps is not as obnoxious, one of them said: We respect you, bro, all right, all right...

Fortunately I never had to make that choice but I definitely would have died if I'd chosen my husband....he can change lightbulbs....my dad could build shelter, find food, build traps,find fresh water, make a fire, weave mats and catch fish with his hands.......military jungle training! He was John Wayne, Chuck Norris and Arnold Schwartzenegger all rolled into one. My Hero.......can you guess I was a Daddy's girl?

Adam is the ultimate masculine man! Strong, smart and sweet.

Just wanted to say one more thing about Adam. : ) When I was relating what my friend told me about her observations of Adam over the past two years, I don't want to imply that he is not nice to fans, etc.. There are just times when fans assume they should be able to sit down at the same table uninvited for instance (my friend was sitting at the next table at a show they were both attending: I think this one was Adam's friend Danielle Stori's show, and saw this happen..), and join his group, etc.., probably because he comes across as so nice. Definitely not okay, and over the line in any situation. He is unfailingly polite to his fans. Just has to draw the line somewhere when it comes to really rude behavior, either by fans or paparazzi. He recently said he was going to keep it a little more "real" from now on. Politeness will get you a lot further than rudeness in most situations, and in Adam's new playbook, that applies to everyone.

I heard one guy say something about American Idol and I thought I heard Adam reply 'What did you say?' as he walked towards them. Then one of them asked 'Are you going to watch Two and A Half Men now?' - at least I THINK that's what the pap said. I don't know what he meant by that but it sounded as though it had another not so nice meaning BUT who knows!!

Adam has a temper?? Well, I guess most of us get rattled about something sometimes. I read that Simon Cowell is always polite to the paps - maybe he needs to be with his reputation!! Perhaps they're very wary of him and don't hassle him as much as other celebs. I don't know but Adam needs to be nice to the paps and just maybe they'll be nice to him in return.

I bet the paps asked Adam the same question they asked the lady. That's why he got upset. Oh Adam, that's a price you have to pay for being famous. My goodness it's been over 2 years and he is more famous than when he was on Idol. What happen to the winner what's his name and last year's winner and runner up? I'm so honored to be Adam's fan. What a ride it's been for the past 2 years. Love you Adam and can't wait for your album or first or second single from the upcoming album.

Then they definitely asked him if he would be watching 2 1/2 men now Ashton Kuchter was it, that seems a somewhat random question!

Call me crazy, but this is what happens when you become a star. When these creepy paps stop coming around you need to worry. Besides how else do you think his pictures are in the news? Just saying, it's part and partial of the star thing. Couldn't hear much of what was said, but pretty sure nothing real mean was. Adam kept smiling and walking. Adam handled this very well and I think that although they would do ANYTHING for a photo, that they actually respect and are a little fearful of that big, strong, strapping, kick ass young man. He will play nice if they do and they know that. Remember, those LA paps have a face and he will remember who is nice and who isn't. If they are smart, they would ask him to pose for a few photos and then leave. He always said that he would respond to being asked for photos instead of having the cameras in his face. These photos are a continuation of the Adam and Sauli out in LA thread. He had already posed nicely with big smiles for the paps. They just don't know when to quit and wear him down till he has to be abrupt to cut it off.

I question why there should be a price to fame.
He wants to be a recording artist, not Snooki, The Situation, Paris, a Kardashian or a hundred others who LIVE to be chased and pestered and put themselves out there purposely. I call them the dregs of so called society.

Yes, these paps are definitely rude and crude but somehow at the back of my mind a thought lurks: what if one of these obnoxious human beings needs the money to buy medicine to keep a loved one alive or pay for his children's education or simply to put some bread and butter on the table at home.
What I'd like to see, to ensure Adam's safety is a kind of restraining rule put in place for paps, like they have to stay at least 10 feet away at any given time, and also not allowed to shout out vile questions or statements at him; this is protecting one's human rights, isn't it?

I remember in the beginning how kind, friendly, cooperative and understanding Adam was with the paparazi. He'd smile, laugh, talk to them, even offer to pose for some photos,but over time, they just got more and more annoying, rude and obnoxious.....And then there was that disgusting day on the beach. Now he knows....the paps are not our friends.

Yeah, give them an inch and they take a mile. You know, dear anonymous, when Adam was in Singapore (twice), he was so impressed by the well-mannered reporters, it prompted him to remark at the F1 Grand Prix interview that the paps back home could learn a thing or two from them on manners. There is really no need to be obnoxious but I guess the paps want more, like getting Adam all steamed up so he would wrestle them to the ground...accused of doing so at Miami. Frankly, don't mess with Adam, not only is he mentally strong, physically too, his height alone is daunting enough, let alone his inner energy which comes out in his power-singing.

Yes, dear anonymous, respect and good manners are of utmost importance.
On a brighter note, Adam looks really, really good in a movie. Imagine a real movie where there is a shoot-out in a parking-lot like the one in the video and Adam is dodging to get away from the bad guys...not too violent, maybe with some humour.
Actually, I don't like to see the paps hurling taunting questions at him!! I think it's hurting and he has to keep checking them.
