Crazy good...just the right words. What she says is absolutely 100% on target. That suit and coat is flawless. The stylists, tailors, fashionists, manicurists, nutritionists, makeup artists etc, must have had a whale of a time working on him...their labour of love. Adam must be over the moon about being so fussed about. And just sit in one of those salons flashing his 10 million dollar smile; then when it's all done, walah! just step out as if he had just touched down from planet fierce. :)

As I understand eTalk is the most popular entertainment news show in Canada. We appreciate that Canada sppreciates Adam so much! I've only been to 3 of their beautiful cities, Vancouver, Montreal and Quebec but I'm glad to say how happy I am to "be attached" to such a nice neighbor!

I wholeheartedly agree with the egirl's comments. Adam looked a gazillion dollars in his gorgeous AMA outfit. So he's worn the suit before - big deal ... NOT!! I love it that Adam wears his outfits more than once. That pink and blue checked shirt he wears is a prime example of that.

I think MSN online news or THR mentioned about his vest and suit pants that were from Adam's 2009 AMA performance with his comment saying "has it been two years" sort of him having a tongue and cheek moment on stage before reading his AMA script presenting One Republic. If anyone can find that article please post it.

Sauli wore Adam's golden tie from Adam's AMA performance in 2009 and his Alexandra McQueen knuckle. Sauli for sure is one lucky person.

Adam wearing his 2009 AMA suit and having Sauli wear the tie he wore at the same event, is done with a purpose. I remember Adam was visibly shaken in the CBS performnance the next day. I have a saved close-up photo showing great angst in his usually serene blue eyes. So returning to the AMA stage, wearing the same suit is Adam's way of feeling a closure of that trauma he experienced two years ago, exactly today 22/11/2011.And letting Sauli wear that exact tie is a sort of double jubilation...just my thoughts. :)

We know he has tons of top class fashionable clothes to wear; so precisely, why does he choose to wear the exact same suit he wore at the 2009 AMAs. Isn't that also a very provocative kind of fashion statement; considering he was practically 'expelled' from the AMAs subsequently. So I believe this is what is compelling all the talk about his wearing this 2009 suit; he is making a loud statement with a purpose. Needless to say, he looks smashing in this AMA suit.

Hi SG, you are one lively gal. I'm not American nor British. I'm a Singaporean Chinese. In Singapore, English is the main language for work and school/to university. But we also study a second language, namely Chinese or Malay or Tamil. I love tea, all kinds but not an expert. LOL. :)

A note to Glamberts that worry about whether Adam has a young audience or not. Yessssss, my friends and I watched the EMA performance in our dorm and nearly passed out when Adam sang The Show Must Go On! I would assume that Adam meant he can't get married in his current home state of California. He can elsewhere in SOME other US states. It's the principle of the thing. And what "Outlaws of Love" is all about. He just recently stated in another interview that he isn't ready to do that just yet, he feels he is "too young", but I have no doubt at some point he will be ready to do that. I'm sure he would like to be able to do that and have his marriage recognized in his state of residence. And would like to have the option of choosing where he and his family live. I as a heterosexual female have the choice...he does not. Yet. I live in a state that will likely legalize/recognize same sex marriage in the next year or so. California legalized it, then repealed it. It is still in limbo. Very very sad and unfair.

Adam and Sauli have been together only one year but they are very much in love and committed to one another. They have both publicly proclaimed that love. They will decide when the time is right to marry, if they choose to do so. They should have that option to decide when and where. Note: To those that doubt their love and commitment or even worse and more deluded, promote some other fantasy relationship: please stop now. Time will tell on the first part, and the other is just plain BS.

Adam and Sauli have the hardest year together next year. If they survive that, they might consider marriage then. Sauli has said before he will not get married. There are millions of couples gay and straight who never get married. Look at Goldie Hawn. I laughed when Adam was asked at the AMA,s, and he said no, he was too young. They have only known each other a year, so why is everyone harping on them getting married anyway. Let them just be happy together.

By the way, its Adam's business re whether he choses to marry, not the fan's. The time, the place, the man he chooses. I agree, no sense rushing into anything, and I have every faith that Adam has a good head on his shoulders and is in no rush. He is just saying that he should have the option when he chooses and should not be told it isn't okay for him to do so because he is not in a heterosexual relationship and therefore his love for another human being is not valid and is a sin or wrong..

And I seriously doubt all of his music is about "being gay", but some will certainly relate to him personally. Like last time, a mix of styles, subjects, and should be amazing.

Thank you for the links...both interesting interviews. Music also sounds interesting and ...December...if it happens...I will consider the single the best ever 76th birthday gift! My advanced age doesn't astound me, but the fact that I have children 49 and 52 is a jolt!

Yes I would welcome the single as a birthday present on my Dec. 5th 74 years young.I still call my children the "kids". My biggest jolt is that I have a grand-daughter, who is soon to be 30.

Of course, it's Adam's business and his choice as to if/when he gets married. However, I agree that the coming year -- probably another long, grueling tour, etc. -- will be a challenge for them both. Bottom line, I want Adam to be happy - he deserves it. And if Sauli brings him that happiness and sense of fulfillment, then more power to him! After all, Adam has said he might want to be a dad someday, after finding a true love, so we'll just have to wait and see.

@102pm I think Adam will get married someday but it won't be to Sauli (or Tommy lol). You could bet your life on that.

Both articles are dated December of 2011. I assume when they say next month it means January of 2012 even though interviews were done in November of 2011. December isn't a good month for any other artists to release their singles. Radios play holiday songs mostly. It doesn't make sense for RCA to spend money for December release. It's a waste. January of 2012 is more reasonable. We just have to be patient and think what's best for Adam.

There is a federal law called Defense of Marriage Act, DOMA, which states that bi-national same-sex couples are kept from legally living in the United States by DOMA's Section 3, which prevents one spouse from sponsoring the other for a Green Card. Independent of whatever Adam and Sauli are doing, this is not fair, right?

Definitely not fair..So does that mean that if Adam and Sauli wished to marry in the US (theoretically, not assuming anything here...) in a state that has legalized same sex marriage that Sauli would first have to become a citizen of the US before they could marry, based on current laws. I know that isn't the easiest thing in the world these days, to emigrate and become a citizen, and there are only so many allowed to emigrate to this country. Finland is a small country so that would probably take a while, based on ratios, etc.. Sounds much more complicated even than I mistakenly thought. Thank you for pointing that out. Wow..a major and frustrating dilemma.

Sauli should try to apply for Lottery Greencard. He might have a chance of getting it or if he works for U.S. Companies that have base in Finland through work permit. For example, if he works for MTV in Finland residing in U.S. he has a chance of getting greencard by work permit.

I agree that Adam and Sauli will have a hard year next year. I think that's also a reason why Adam would like to get married to Sauli. He'd surely feel much more confident if he had a husband instead of a boyfriend waiting for him at home.

You might remember that Adam's biggest fear before he met Sauli was that he had to grow old alone without finding a true love.

In Canada this year he told in an interview that he doesn't have that fear anymore. He had already found his true love.

Adam admitted before in some interviews that he did not go on dating in high school like everyone else and only had one true love so far, and that in the matter of the heart he's like a "teenager," still trying to figure it out... That's what I meant when I said Adam's too "young" to get married, although he's 30! Love is a wonderful feeling, but marriage to me is a serious commitment and he may need more time to be sure about his relationship, that it will work in the long run! Sorry for the misunderstanding!

Glitzylady, I am anon at 2:55pm. My understanding is that you can get married in a state that allows it even if you are not a citizen. The difference is that if you marry someone who is a US citizen and of opposite sex, it will help you to get a green card and to become a citizen. Marriage of the same-sex couples, or a civil union, is not recognized at all from the immigration perspective.

I wanted to take the opportunity to highlight this matter, since I tend to talk about inequality whenever I have a chance. I have many friends who are in same-sex relationships, and I have seen it up close that how they get treated differently by the society.

Thank you very much for the info. Whoa, that is not bad at all..."this morning" sounds so recent and fresh. Yes, our universities are very cosmopolitan. It's not just the gruelling standard the students have to uphold but also the convenience that attracts students to flock here to our universities. Food and lodging definitely not a problem and medical care is first class. Another attraction is they get to meet other students from all over the world and network; eventually even becoming business partners etc. Making worldwide connections is often the key to one's breakthrough in such a competitive world. This is another Adam forte, making connections. Finland must be a wonderful country...voted best country on the planet to live in! That is really something. Nice to know you are a university undergraduate. My son and daughter both graduated many many moons ago. All the best to your studies and hope when you graduate, and if we are still here, to let me know. I love to follow through with events and find out how things turn out. Thanks again! :)

Yes, that's what I was thinking you meant, that because of DOMA, a green card would not be issued for the non-citizen of the US in a same-sex couple even if they wished to be married as opposed to heterosexual couple who could be issued a green card. Indeed, some laws need to be changed. Seems that may not be happening any time soon..Complicated. But where there's a will, there's a way. Perhaps someday it'll be equal. Thanks for the info. : )
