So much talent in that photo! Jesse J is incredible too. Glad she and Adam got to meet.

In my wandering this week thru Queen sites I came across an interview Roger Taylor did right after his performance with Adam on American Idol. He was raving about the contestant with the extraordinary voice who sang "We Are The Champions" with Queen on the finale. He praised him highly and said his name was Adam Bolton!
There will no more mistaking his name, Roger and Brian seem enchanted with their young chum.
I am thrilled for Adam, what an experience!

Seems like they had a blast after show!
Love you, Adam. Love you, Rodger and Bryan. To bad Deacon couln't perform. He is a great musician. I sure Freddie really enjoyed to watch the show!

I'd love to see a collaboration between Adam and Jesse in the future. She's not only crazy talented like Adam, she seems like a real nice person (unlike some egomaniacs in the industry).

Roger and Brian are so ageless at heart. I hope to see a lot of new music from them in the future.

Brian looked so happy to be on stage with Adam, big smiles and said after hearing some tracks of Time for Miricles awhile back that "Adam"s voice reaches out with sensitivity, depth, maturity and awesome range and power which will make jawsdrop around the world.I was completely blown away. It's truly sensational. In fact it's so obviously a #1 smash, a bookie would be mad to take bets on it. I am not kidding.I'm not easily moved to jelly by male vocalists, but Adam's voice reaches out... It's an awesome performance, no doubt about it. The world of rock has a bright new star." Quoted from Aces Showbiz, Aug. 24th 2009. Brian's fingers flew and Adam's magnificent voice soared, singing with Queen. Roger was also spectacular on the drums. When Adam sang The Show Must Go On, I was transfixed. He did Freddie and Queen proud. They are timeless. I wish Adam could cover Freddie's songs with Queen in a special tribute album, but Queen has found a new frontman that will be touring with them now. I wish Adam would do some covers of classic songs from time to time. I still love the Idol performances. They were brilliant. Jessie J also has a powerful voice and did a great job. Wish the US media would have televised Adam's Queen performance, but the Kardashian split and Biebers baby set up by a delusional fan took precedence. Adam did get great international reviews, however and the artists in attendance had to be impressed by that incredible performance. I certainly was! Thud!

Great pic.

Who's the new frontman for Queen?

My understanding from my reading on Queen's Website is their search for their Extravaganza is to find talents who could take the road and play in venues in memory of Queen. They would be a new band not including Bill May and Roger Taylor. This new band would somewhat be like Pink Floyd's Homage Band in Australia and around the World and play around the World to keep the old Queen Alive. That's what I understand it is. As far as Queen remaining members they can still play at special occasions live with a guess performer as they did in the past. But don't think Queen would take on a World Tour as it would be very difficult for them considering their age.... What do you think???

Best Performance Ever from our boy Adam and Queen. Hopefully they may be new collaboration in the future. Would love the Ema performance release as a CD or Amazon. Would make a forture... Just saying

Sorry I mean The new band would be playing to keep the music of Queen Alive and to be discover by new younger fans. NOT IN MEMORY...SORRY MY MISTAKE

I could be wrong but ... I THINK the EMA performance is available for download at iTunes ... not sure if it's audio or video ... just thought I'd mention it ... read it on another site that covered the event. Hope it's true ... I don't have iTunes ... check it out!!

A little OT .... I've been reading favorable comments re Paul Rodgers fronting Queen so I had a listen to his performance of The Show Must Go On. Yikes! It was terrible such that I couldn't listen to all of it. Marc Martel is good though. Not only does he sound like Freddie, appearance-wise, he looks as though he could be related to him.
