ha ha I Still have alot of LP's from the olden days that my mom gave me. lol and I can't part with them they have made it thru so many spring cleanings.

We are proud to have TP LP too. I have no idea how many Trespassing album I bought and gifted. But yeah let's keep Trespassing no. 1 on iTunes until tomorrow. Rumor is Adam might perform two songs on Idol!?

I can't imagine if radios supported Adam's singles BTIKM and NCOE and spinned them like crazy on radios, how many TP albums would have been sold on its first week. Probably would have been higher than any artists' singles that get played every 15 minutes on radio stations. Ugh, for these radio stations. I love all the tracks on this album.

JAK here........Dad, I think the days of having to slip Adam the money for rent are over. Love the proud face!

The joy in Eber's face jumps through the screen! Thoughts of him holding his screaming son in his arms all those years ago and now holding his LP....The journey of parenting is truly a"long and winding road"- I should know,I have a 36 year old son-but if we hold strong throughout it all,there is ecstasy beyond measure. I'm just so thankful and thrilled that Eber's and Leila's son is being shared with the world.

Oh! I forgot to mention-----I got my box set came today-Christmas in May! It is absolutely beautiful. The quality of the whole set is excellent-beyond my expectations. I'm surprised that the price was so reasonable. It is one I will treasure. {Even my husband is impressed, and he is a bit on the haughty side when it comes to music.He plays violin in the symphony orchestra.}

I am such a fan of both Eber and Leila. They are the perfect parents of someone like Adam: talented, high energy and as he says..a little different. They helped him to direct his talents in positive directions, to develop it to the max, in a safe and loving environment, and have been supportive of him all of his life. They are liberal, educated, intelligent, love Adam unconditionally..and Eber had that huge record collection!...Everything just fell into place...The Universe at work! I've had the opportunity to watch them up close and personal as they watch Adam perform live and its so obvious that Adam brings them great joy, and they are so proud of him and what he has accomplished...and vice versa. I am so happy for the whole Lambert family...And who knew vinyl would be making a come-back!!

I just got my Trespassing Box Set today...YAY!! And my Trespassing Deluxe Album from Walmart, which was autographed by Adam...(limited edition)...Things are good!!

Speaking of stocking Trespassing in the stores, I stopped by Best Buy yesterday to check out their stock. Both Deluxe and Standard well stocked. Although....I had to explain to two sales people in the MUSIC department just exactly WHO Adam is!! And where his album was to be found...(New Releases). I really had a good laugh because one guy said "Isn't he a country singer???" I said (hahaha!!) Um...no! Wrong Lambert!!! (Miranda..) ...So they finally said "Oh, yeah..He's the guy on Idol..Doesn't he sing covers on his album??" Again.."No! LOL!!" But by the time I left the store, they knew a whole lot more about Adam Lambert..and they said they'd watch Idol on Thursday to hear him sing...They joked that they'd better watch because I'd come back to the store and quiz them afterwards...I told them that might just happen.... ; ))) An Adam Lambert fan's job is never done...

I love my Box Set and I ended up buying another one for keeps. I bought a copy of Deluxe from Amazon. To keep Adam on iTunes chart I bought one from iTunes too. Tomorrow might gift couple of TP to my friends. #HappyTrespassingDays

Eber has (had) a great and complete LP collection. That's why he is so proud to hold an actual LP (not a cd) from Adam. I'm proud for him and with him.

This might sound crazy- but how do you gift this to someone? I have i'tunes and of course already bought but if you gift it does that person have to have i'tunes account also?

How sad is that when a store fails to know who Adam Lambert is let alone confuse him with country music!!!!! Prehaps they thought Miranda was he's sister! Ha!

I just really had to laugh! Adam and country?? nope..although I really liked his version of that perennial country favorite "Ring Of Fire" : )) (Interestingly enough, his bonus track, #Runnin' was co-written by David Marshall of Nashville, who writes songs for some country singers, among others, as well as pop singers..) ...The sales guys and I laughed about it (Adam singing country..).. and they have definitely had some SCHOOLIN' from me!! Nicely and gently of course! And their assigned homework is to watch Adam on Idol...AND there was the gossip column item awhile back that Adam and Miranda Lambert were married! To each other..which was hilarious on SOO many levels..A BIG oops for sure! That rumor was obviously the result of someone not doing THEIR homework either!!

All those sleepless nights of hearing Adam screaming as an infant have finally paid off for the Lambert family:)) they can now wine and dine with the best of them. Tonight Adam will be rubbing elbows with rock royalty on AI. Enter Priscilla and Lisa Marie Presley. The torch has been passed.
