Adam looks "red hot" in those red pants. Something a little different for him in addition to the long blck vest and star t-shirt that we have seen before. I like the fact that he seems to wear certain pieces again,mixes them with something else and always looks good. As usual, another amaaaaazing performance from Adam. Thanks for the videos from this latest concert.

The back-up singers really need to dress for their size. I say this as a plus size girl myself...not quite as big but I just don't understand why they wear such tight unflattering clothes that just shows their fat jiggling about. In their spare time they can dress as they please but they are there in a professional capacity and Adam's band helps provide an aesthetic for the performance as a whole and seeing them in those ill fitting clothes makes me cringe. Adam is not the first artist to have big back up singers but the rest look good and dress to compliment the artist, maybe Adam is too kind to tell them but maybe Carmit can tell them since she is his creative director.

Also for those that film his concerts, it's your camera and you can film who you want but if 80% of the video is Tommy please don't label is as 'Adam Lambert.......' because that is misleading, just label it as 'Tommy Joe playing at.....' I was so disappointed to view one of the videos from someone last night and all it was was tommy playing guitar and no Adam yet it was labelled as an Adam video. He sounded great especially at Broken English!!!

I may skip these videos, because soon there will be new ones and I was watching the Tommy cam videos earlier. They were very entertaining and funny. I recommend.

@10:42PM Be careful. You never will get any support on this blog when you talk about backup singer. I did it few times.They named me troll, told me I have to be nice to these beautiful girls. Somebody even said that I hurt these poor girls feelings because they can't afford to buy the dresses. I still think these to can affort to buy something in garage sales or thrift store. My personal opinion that Adam wants to be nice to them and doesn't ask about clothes.

Why the concern about ADAM's backup singers & band members? When I watch these videos I watch ADAM!! PERIOD!! NO one else ... if the video stays on Tommy ... I look for another video that doesn't. As for the backup singers ... I don't care how they are dressed .. only how they sound .. and their Voices DO compliment ADAM's & ADAM seems to LOVE them both ... so if the BOSS is satisfied .. that's good 'enuff' for me. Maybe those concerns should be addressed to Carmit since she is the creative director. I think ADAM has other things on his mind ... Sorry ... JMO

This is not the first time you have been called out.
Any regular here can tell it's you posting whether you sign Canadian or not.

Usually, I don't mind or comment about concerns for backup singers but today I just heard how bad they were. My TV was on mute since I'm watching the Olympics while my laptop was tune in to ADAM's Broken English only because somebody mentioned here it was especially good. I left it on listening while I was in the kitchen preparing my food.

WOW! It was a train wreck the sound of the back up singers! I cannot believe it was that BAD! Well, maybe it's better live and not too obvious.

Some great video here! Thanks! Believe it or not, I really enjoyed the "Tommy Trespassing." Sure, I love Adam the best, but it didn't kill me to not see him sing every second of it. Beside, there will probably be other videos of that song focusing on Adam. I like seeing Tommy mouth the words and concentrate on his playing. Those who say that he's just so boring onstage need to watch him close up more often. He's very intense and concentrates very hard on his music. He's really into it. Not boring at all to me.

I know we'll go on and on about hte back-up singers forever. There here for the time being. Don't know what they will do onstage for the actual tour. I think there will be a much tighter show put together for a tour. These shows have been pretty loose and spontaneous. I dont' mind them. I think if they sang in a lower key sometimes, they wouldn't sound so shrieky. JMO.

Adam is sublime and in top vocal form. He's perfection on legs.

OT YOWZA, I was just sitting here watching the San Francisco Giants VS the L.A. Dodgers game on tv with hubby when low and behold the announcer talks about how great the MLB fancave is for concerts etc and he mentioned Charlie Sheen and Adam Lambert and to go watch the video's there!!!! Woo hoo!!

I like Adam's backup singers a lot, especially the fact that they seem to be so proud of the way they look. They look so normal and so happy.

The truth is that I wouldn't like to look at pretty backup singers (or dancers) and I'm not too happy about the very beautiful Ashley either. Adam's more than enough for me...

And I REALLY love the fact that Adam is gay and he is dating Sauli and not some gorgeous young woman. :))))

Hope that Adam will get some summer vacay after this concert. :)

Well, Adam got a little frisky during Pop that Lock, but then this was an adult casino audience. Then his backup singers came down and did a couple of moves....I don't know if that was such a good idea. Most of the time they seem to compliment his singing, but there are times when they are either too loud or offkey a bit. I suppose when Adam and management decide to put a tour together, all issues will be worked out for the best results. By the way, I loved those red pants with the gold stripe Adam was wearing. Cute comment someone made that he is in the Olympics. Hope he is enjoying himself on these promo tours for Trespassing and that he is gaining new fans along the way.

OT: I just got back from 14 days vacation at LBI (long beach island) i haven't been here, seen a t.v , no outside contact with anything adam, no internet- nothing! OMG I'm in withdrawal- so so much to catch up on, I dying to know did he get picked for idol yet??? Well I gotta go start from July 14th and catch up on everything- This will take all night lol

I loved seeing Tommy playing Trespassing. We don't get to see as much of him now as we did during the Glam tour. I love Adam and he always sounds great, but it was nice to see Tommy for more than a brief second. Thanks to who ever did the video. Adam and his band are great.

I've been putting my time voting here. If not really for the votes (usually goes up to 5,000 for ADAM every week at cut off time of midday Saturday), NCOE would not make the list anymore.

Others get only 5, 10, or 50 votes but keep going up and going to No.1 because they're being played. Of course they are the usual ones we see topping the charts. But I've seen like Karin & Nelly Furtado never going even Top 5 because of very low votes.

JAK here....just read the ludicrous comments link. Funny. I used to wait eagerly during Season 8 to hear what Paula was going to say. I think my favorite was to Adam "you dare to dance in the path of greatness" even Adam looked puzzled. Paula's comments always sounded like something she'd copied from a book of quotes.
She was loopy a lot but I liked her, she really seemed to care about the contestants and she certainly had Adam pegged from the beginning as a star in the making.

JAK again....I wish the band would change up the songs they perform at these appearances. Introduce some of the other songs on the album. Unless you own the album, like we all do, new people aren't hearing some pretty good music. Be brave, I think audiences could take Outlaws of Love, Nirvana, Take Back. I can understand that Runnin might be difficult to perform live (it always disappointed me that we never heard a live performance of Pick U Up). And...the UK bonus songs would def go over big...By the Rules is so dancey and Map so beautiful. Seems as if it would encourage sales.

Are they being "saved" to be brought out a few at a time?
I'm not to savvy about the music business.

I was at Winstar Casino last night. Adam looked amazing in the red pants,fit him very nicely lol. Well The crowd showed Adam so much love. We stood and danced the whole night. Adam gave the love right back. His second outfit the animal print shirt exposed a very nice portion of his chest. His vocals were perfection and he was so relaxed and happy!All ages and men and women,just a few empty seats way in the back. A super great concert,still coming down from my high. The videos don't do Adam justice,he is mesmerizing and his energy just pulses right through the audience!Met a lot of nice people some of which went to see Adam and queen in London. They were overjoyed with his performances with Queen!The line for merchandise was really long, I wanted a poster and t shirt but was too long to wait. Everyone was so impressed with Adam last night and he said he will be back to this part of the country and this is only the beginning. All my worries just disappeared because when Adam said that he sounded so confident,I truly believe him!

Was just watching Ryan Seekrest (lol) and I was eye rolling WTH is his right to be involved as Olympic interviewer with IBC on NBC? Well, I guess, his being an entertainment mogul is now unstoppable. He has played his cards very very well.

Speaking of Ryan interviewing Phelps & his family, I remember Paula's comment to ADAM on AI8, something like "You're Michael Phelps here swimming on the kid's pool!". I'm just paraphrasing here.

BTW, I'm happy for Ryan Lochte winning the gold medal this time.

Just curious: Were you at the performance or have you been at any live performance with Adam and the back-up singers??? If you have not seen them in person, its important for you to be aware that fan videos do not pick up sounds: ie music, voices, the same way we hear them live in the venue. The only way to truly judge is to be there in person. I've been to two performances recently (in LA) and I personally thought the sound was fabulous, the divas did not sound too loud or off key. They were lovely and complimented Adam's vocals. Just something to be aware of. I've been hearing the same comments about the back-up singers ever since they joined Adam to begin with and was very happy to see and hear that they did a great job live..... : )))))

I read a comment somewhere else that Adam doesn't dress that well anymore. I don't know what this person was talking about. I think he looked "hot" in those red pants, something different for him. People have to realize that he is doing these mini concerts mostly outdooors in temps close to 100degrees and he probably just wants to be comfortable and not spend money on any special wardrobe for now. But when you see him at a special event or red carpet occasion, Adam always looks very stylish and in the latest fashion. It seems there will always be someone who finds something to criticize about Adam: his clothes, the band, the backup singers, his sexy moves and anything else that comes to mind. I look at the positive aspects: his clothes, those frisky or sexy moves, his comraderie with the band and backup singers and most of all that amazing voice. There is just no one in music today with his talent and that special stage presence he has. Keep the videos coming because I never tire of watching them and go "cuckoo" sometimes or have a good laugh reading the crazy and outrageous comments that are sometimes posted here. Fortunately there are more positive ones and they just can't say enough about this special man who is a vocal and visual powerhouse. Adam wins a gold medal in my book for every event he is in.

Did Adam actually choose these backup singers or did Brian London bring them with him? I agree about their clothes but there's nothing we can do about it. I also agree that they don't always sing in tune. Their intro to Naked Love is way offkey.

What the hell is your beef about Ashley?? There's absolutely NOTHING wrong with Ashley. She's a great addition to the band and Adam obviously likes her. Maybe you're jealous because he has an attractive female guitarist in his band .... and saying you're pleased Adam is gay is ridiculous. Adam is Adam regardless of his sexual orientation.

The reason "Broken English" sounds off is because we are hearing the audience singing into the fan's recording device. I can't believe the "Js" could sound that badly. But, I agree that they should wear looser clothing. Their look is kind of distracting even though I'm focusing on Adam.

Just watched the live stream and the sound was sooo good! Thanks! Hopefull, we'll get some close shots, too. I agree with you, JAK, I wish he'd sing more songs from the album. There must be a reason why they stick to the same setlist. I know some of the songs are really throat killers night after night, but I wish they'd mix it up a bit more. You're right in saying that lots of non-fans at these shows should get to hear more songs from the album, and then maybe they'd BUY it! I'm not really complaining because I LOVE what he's doing. And someday, SOMEDAY, I want to hear him sing Pick U Up live. It's a real tour de force. Eber has said that it's one of his favorites.

7:03, I'm glad you think that the sound is fine when you hear it live (music and back-up singers). I don't think we get a good impression of the sound from the videos regardless of how good they are. I've never heard him live with the VJJs, but I can't believe he'd keep them if he thought they sounded as bad as so many people say they do. He may be very polite and loyal and all, but he is a professional and he wants it all to sound good, too. Yes, I believe Brian London brought them in. They are professionals. I think the actual tour show will be tighter and more organized than these loose promo shows.

@DRG I think when Adam does his actual Trespassing tour we will get more songs,hopefully some of those amazing bonus songs. These are just smaller gigs and I think Adam has actually sung all off the regular album except BTIKM and Underneath.Underneath seems like it would be pretty difficult to sing and he probably needs a lot of time to work it out well with his band. Really want to hear that one live. I am sure he will have the whole audience in tears!

I'm another fan hanging out for Adam to sing Pick U Up live. I understand it's hard to sing but surely Adam sings other songs live that are hard to sing.

So what can we expect when Adam tours - Adam, the band, the back-up singers and dancers. If so, the stage is going to be a crowded house but I'll concentrate all my efforts on Adam.

Just back home from WinStar...BEST CONCERT OF MY LIFE!! Adam was on fire, sexy, fierce, vocal perfection!! When he came out, I rushed up and found myself right up against the stage!! Adam came over and stood right above me several times during the night!! I was in heaven!!! And then during Cuckoo (I think?), he knelt down in front of us, and he was so close to me! I put my hand on his thigh!!! And he let me! And I kept it there! And it felt so good! And he sang and I flailed, then as he stood up, he looked in my eyes! I about fainted! I will never forget that moment...my "Adam Moment" (sigh).

The crowd was wild and so into it! A great mix of people! His fanbase is really expanding! The fan interaction was awesome, one lady took off her top during Naked Love! Some people were making out! Everybody standing and dancing the whole concert! And Adam was so amazed at how into it we all were!

I don't normally go one like this, but this was such a magical night! I'm still in a happy daze!

Pick You Up is my favorite on FYE. I have it on repeat.
If the VJJ's will wear loose attire, it will not show their dance moves. They don't have to hide their fat because everybody knows they are. They were chosen for a reason and I trust ADAM.

Pick U Up seems to be the forgotten song on the FYI album. Such a shame because I LOVE it too. In fact, it was the 1st song I fell in love with instantly the 1st time I listened to the album.

One more time: The ladies do sing in tune........in a live venue they are seemingly perfect. I'm so tired of hearing comments based on fan vids with poor, unbalanced sound...and other fans singing along, being mistaken for the Divas. As someone above said, Adam is a perfectionist who would not have singers who cannot carry a tune backing him up. They're professionals who also sing for other vocalists. As to what they wear, it IS their business and Adam's. As I said earlier above, I attended the Costa Mesa and Fantasy Springs concerts and I can assure you, Adam was my ENTIRE focus both nights and I honestly couldn't tell you what anyone else on stage was wearing..at least until I watched back the videos, which is just like every other Adam Lambert event I've ever attended. Now totals 12 concerts/events... My eyes never leave Adam once (well, except when Sauli slowly walked by me on his way back to his seat at Fantasy Springs..He WAS distracting, and my eyes were then glued on him for a little while, othere than that, its Adam all the way..)...It also speaks volumes to me that Adam chooses to surround himself with talented people, and he doesn't discriminate based on superficial things like race, gender, gender orientation, size, shape, ethnicity, etc..etc..but chooses to employ those who best fit into his vision for his music ie sound, etc...He also goes out of his way to thank and praise his band and back-up singers during every concert. To hear constant criticism of various members of his "Glamily" gets old for me and I suspect Adam sees it too, since he's known for his twitter lurking...It seems rather disrespectful to Adam to second guess his decisions re his band, etc., as well. Everyone is entitled to their opinion here, but until you hear a show in person, which we know is ALWAYS the best way to experience Adam, just know that Adam, the band, and the Diva's mesh together very well in the place where its important: the live concert venue...Adam's voice is so powerful, there is no way anyone could easily overpower Adam!!!..I mean, good luck with that! I also hope that once more and more people have the chance to listen to live performances we'll hear less grumbling about the band, the divas, etc...It will be a moot point I think.....

Thanks to 5:49 and 10:40 for your joyful recaps. I haven't heard last nights videos yet but I love the Va-Jay-Jays and I hope they end up on the tour. You can see that Adam loves them and that dance routine on PTL is planned.

Okay, I have to speak up. I love the backup singers, they add an element of fun to the show. However, I would like to take them shopping. I am about the size of Keisha (I've been on steroids for years for a medical problem and what that does to you is frightening). I never wear any shirt that is not longer than the crotch and belly overhang. I know it's hot and they are traveling a lot but you can find cool fabric with just above the elbow loose sleeves. I do not wear leggings, but straight leg jeans in different colors. It's a challenge when you are x large to look neat and attractive but it can be done. They already have the best accessory, big smiles and joyful faces.

Thanks to those here who validate the back-ups for the professionals they are. If they really sounded bad on stage to Adam, they wouldn't be performing with him, period. The sound we get on videos is not true to the live show. As for their clothes, that's their business. I have not been bothered by anything they have worn, tight or not.

I'm guessing the girls want to dress in tight tricots to attract men. Why else. There's nothing wrong with it, but they are not good dancers. As a straight woman I like male dancers, but I can also enjoy looking at women, if it's seriously good ass shaking like in some rappers videos.

When the singers clothes are distracting, that's not so good.

A rumor is exactly that...passed along the grapevine/the internet and no foundation or basis for the story. I won't believe anything about Adam, his record label or Idol, unless I hear it from him directly or his management team. Right now Adam needs the support of his fans requesting NCOE, going to concerts when possible and buying or telling others about Trespassing. He is doing all these promo concerts hoping to get the word out about this new album and giving amazing performances even in unbearable hot conditions. And I agree that what we hear on these videos is not what the audience really hears during a live performance. What annoys me is the people singing along to the song with Adam and it is picked up by the person recording it. But that is just what happens and at least we do get to see Adam's performances at these different venues. How else would we know what is happening in his career otherwise if not through these posted videos? If there wasn't much publicity about his appearances with Queen, there won't be any at all for these mini concerts across the country. Thank goodness for this blogsite on those who post videos on it for us.
