You may have noticed I have been unusually quiet lately, it's hard to type uphill and without being able to see the keys! I've been spending a few lovely days in traction to ease up on spinal disc
compression. No wonder The Inquisition's use of the rack was so successful...I would be willing to sign any confession of witchcraft or heresy put in front of me...if they'd let me go! They give me an Adam answer about releasing me....soonish! Arghhhh...

JAK, so sorry to hear you've out of commission lately. We've missed you. Back problems are the worst! I hope you're back on your feet soon. In the meantime, I hope you can manage to keep up with all things Adam. It's a full-time job!

JAK here....Thanx everyone....they are springing me from the joint on Friday. Can't wait! They can't fix my back but this helps temporarily...and since this hospital is my home away from home we are on first name basis and I get perks! Real food! I just tell them check my file...3 all clear cardiac caths prove no plaque in arteries....I want french fries!
