Adam's 2 year lease on the house is up the first of Feb. So what is all the fuss about.Adam is for sure going on a few tours, so far it has been a month at a time with a break. Then have quality time with Sauli. Adam may be thinking he is paying too much for a rental, at least it would be out of my league.I have a feeling that Sauli will not want to live full time in Finland, he has said too many times that he loves Ca., and it is his home now.Adam has to tour Europe And US, and maybe fit in Queen again.He has probably had plenty of advice from Eber and Brian May two experienced people. We will all know where they have chosen to live if we are patient. Adam might want to buy a home now, somewhere. Be patient, I am well aware that patience is not a virtue of all the Glamberts. LOL

Rentals are expensive with no payback or equity earned. Adam may look for a house to buy, maybe in a different location in the L.A. area. I don't think Adam is ready to move out of L.A. yet. I think he and Sauli are doing fine. Sauli has lots of Finnish friends and he keeps up on Finnish news. I think they're still a couple that want sto be together.

I would think that Adam would want to stay in sunny Calif whether he is renting or buying a house. Aren't most of his friends from his pre-Idol days from the Hollywood/LA area? Depending on his financial status, he could probably rent an apt. in NYC if he wants to spend time on the east coast. He has to be where the music takes him. If he does have a house, someone has to take care of it and the property when he travels whether it is Sauli, his father or a manager. And in this picture, what do you want, them hanging all over each other? Then that would certainly be some picture to comment about from the paparazzi. No one really knows about their relationship except that it has lasted about two years and since neither is commenting, it's something for the rumor mongers to write about. I want to see Adam happy and content, and if it is with Sauli, that is great. Now can't wait for Monday and Tuesday for Adam's tv appearances in NYC. I would love to have seen him as one of the performers for 12-12-12 at MSG and the hurricane Sandy fundraiser. Wasn't Adam's mom from NJ? But I guess he has to fly back to CAlif. to rehearse for the VH1 Divas show. So much on his plate this week and it's all good for us as his loyal fans.

Fans have known Adam's address ever since he moved into his home. They have seen pics of it from the rental site and apparently it is now listed as up for rental again.

That is absolutely true about knowing his address :( and seeing pics from the original lease listing, previous to when he rented it. It was public information at the time, before he leased it...and someone found it and posted it on twitter mixed in with an article about celebrity homes.. His house is a "known" home in LA and on the cover of a coffee table book about classic Mid Century Modern architecture in LA. I personally suspect he's buying a house there in LA, instead of renting. Makes sense to me. He pays approx $10,000 per month rent, also public knowledge, based on the original lease listing before he rented it.. so would be good for that money to go into an ownership situation. Since we're speculating, I would imagine (but obviously don't know one way or the other in reality) he'll remain headquartered in LA ..with homes elsewhere later on. An apt. in NYC makes perfect sense, etc.. But who knows. I wish him the very best in his new home..if that's what's happening. And so thrilled for him that he's so successful, and able to invest in a home.

Well hopefully all is well as Adam and Sauli will be enjoying one heck of a 5 star vacation in Bali at New Year.

Looking at pics of Sauli lately . .I don't see him with cigarettes or that cigarette box bulge in his jeans . . hopefully he quit!

Home ownership makes good sense especially if Adam is paying out so much for his current rental property, plus his privacy is essential so if this speculation turns out to be true it sounds like a very sensible plan to me. I'm sure Adam has had good advice and knows what he is doing and I wish him the very best with his future plans.

They don`t look happy in these pictures. I don`t know are they or not it may be just bad moment. But somehow it seems that every picture of them are a bit serious nowadays.. Mayby reality has came to their relationship. After first period of love everyting chances but that doesn`t mean that love has died. It`s a different kind of love and it might not be so obvious to the outstanders.

I'm kind of guessing that Adam and Sauli have come to a point in their relationship where they can be comfortable with themselves, no need to put smiles on their faces all the time, a quiet acceptance of each other and that's a wonderful thing, a freedom to be themselves with each other no longer having to prove themselves, it's a more deep seated love, one that has the ability to last for a very long time.

Adam is moving. He is going to Idaho and taking up potato farming. Sauli will be plow holder full time.

It doesn't make sense for Adam to renew the lease on such an expensive house when his future is still unclear and he will be away quite a bit. His Asian/East European trip is almost 6 weeks and will probably go to 8 weeks.

Neither of them will be in LA at that time. Sauli does an annual road trip in the Spring with Katri, usually in March. They travel to different places for 3-4 weeks. He is probably going to spend part or all of February in Finland with his family to make up for Christmas.

A lot will depend on whether Adam takes a break between the International Tour and the North American one. We also have those Queenbert rumours - several European summer fests in June/July.

Life is pretty up-in-the-air for Adam now. By April the touring map will be clear and he can make big decisions about where to live.

His career is the most important thing. He has to tend to it for his own good and, if they continue to be a couple, it will be for Sauli's good as well.

NVM, I was just on another blog. Adam's interview with Lyndsay Parker suggests that he will not have a North American "tour". People think maybe he will do singles concerts, limited tour.

He had better do single concerts. I haven't seen himperforming the new cd songs yet! I bet he does at least 3 Canadian shows and maybe some hub cities in the US.

Adam actually said then "NEW MATERIAL." This is heartening. RCA is sticking with him.

Maybe he will go HAC - a bit more WWFM. Pop radio won't play him - they stink imho.

OR maybe a Queenbert tour after all. That will wake the US up. It worked in Eastern Europe. Look at all the dates.
