Adam, when you get back to Los Angeles, you must start immediately working on your waist and abs-you have a great long lean look but that waist area and area right above the waist needs a better less flabby appearance. I am 6' tall and had exactly the same problem, but with the proper exercise program, I have really changed my look-no more flabby waist and ab area. You can do it, Adam. You are almost perfection!

I have to laugh-I am not a TROLL, but simply a gay young man who knows that gay men are obsessed over their bodies and exercise. We like to look our very very best, especially in T-shirts or tank tops with jeans. Adam is so perfect in so many ways, but I was just merely trying to tell him that it is possible to tighten up that waist and abs. This is a terrible problem area for gay men and many of them will easily admit it. My critique of Adam does not make me a TROLL. I am one of his most ardent followers, AND, I paid really big bucks in the past for tickets to two of his concerts! Therefore, put that into your pipe and smoke it!!!!!!

i agree with you anonymous- adam lambert is almost perfect-pefect attittude-perfect body-waist and abs-need to be tighten up.

@8:14 That area is not just a problem for gay men but all men and most women too. Adam just might not feel the need to be extra buffed and that's his decision. Sauli must love him just the way he is,the way I love my husband even though he is not perfect,but in my eyes he is.

St. Petersburg concert makes me sincerely wish that the whole concert be sent to radio stations here in the U.S. so they can get a second look at what a true Rock and Roll GENIUS Adam is! I think the acoustics in the arena and the perfect band quietier behind Adam may be making for the astounding sound quality. Adam's voice and his interpretations are INCREDIBLE here. TRUE Rock and Roll, not Pop, in my opinion.

This concert is A M A Z I N G.

And so smart of Adam to ease up on some of the homoerotic playing in Russia. Understanding where you're at and their customs simply makes it easier to help them see we are all the same, we can all be friends, and we can have fun together in love and respect. Now, who knows?, next year further boundry pushing may not seem racy at all. I THINK THIS IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST WAYS ADAM IS CHANGING THE WORLD. By not being mean or aggressive or mad at those who do not (yet!) see things the same way. This is not an over-statement. Adam is a force of nature.

always remember, dear fans, that adam also has powerful opinions and certainly will say what he wants-in fact he encourages his fans to free themselves and to speak their minds. he certainly does so why do we have to be terrorized as fans to say a simple thing as adam needs to tighten up abs and waist. what is wrong with this? crazy fans-lighten up!!!

I don't consider my self crazy but to some one that is suppose to be a fan of Adam & the only thing they can say about him is he needs to tighten up his abs.Nothing about his singing his hard work in putting on a show & all of the traveling he has done in a short period of time.Every one that helps to put this show on & has worked on this tour should really be complimented.The weather alone was enough to make any one tired but they never showed it on stage.I just got off of work when I read this hard night at the hospital so I came home to relax & watch Adams concert then when I read this I thought how rude can people be.Yes I have been a fan since before Idol. blueeyes

I must tell something funny-at least I thought it was. I bought for myself a waist nipper or waist chincher and wore my tighest black dress for my son's wedding. Do you know that my husband was so impressed-he asked me if they made these for men-I said I don't know, but why can't you just wear mine? I got one for him in nude color and in extra large. He loves it! It really made a difference on his love handles as this is a terrible problem for men. I just asked my husband if he would be mad if he would be in Neiman Marcus's mens' shop and the salesman might say to him that he needs to tuck in his love handles. He said, "hell no". We all know our shortfalls which pertain to our figures. Nothing over which to get our panties or boxers in a wad. Life is too short!

All the silly comments about Adam's abs - needing muscles. First of all, Adam has said he is not interested in muscles before. And secondly, if anyone making those derogatory comments about Adam thinks they look better than him, please step forward. No one - man or woman - looks better than the sexiest, most gorgeous man on earth! Just my opinion..nancdruuu2

6:10 you are too funny. Every person is different. You can't clump all gays together. If you such a fan you would even know Adam says this himself. I love these concerts because Adam is so into the audiences. Love all the talk and smiles and that is one killer smile. Love this man.

I doubt Adam has an exceptionally high I.Q. - that would be his brother Neil, as Adam has admitted.
But what Adam does have is common sense, a much more valuable asset. He knows if you are a guest in a country with different customs, laws and morals you don't kick them in the shins - as Gaga just did.

Plus having a high I.Q. and having that in my school records made my school years miserable. I was constantly being told I wasn't living up to my potential.
I now realize I was being bullied.
