Saw a tweet from a Chinese fan who was asking why Adam has not tweeted after the show in Shanghai. I have a feeling that he gave his all at that show and just wanted to relax afterwards. From the pics, the crowd looked amazing and large!!!
I always loved the "freaks" they were the most interesting students to teach! I met a few Adam types in my 38 years of teaching and they taught me as much as I ever taught them.

Basically the tattoo means I am rare, I refuse to change.
The "old hags" as someone mentioned in a comment were initially the major part of Adam's audience and have supported him throughout his tours and radio promos for both of his albums. They are the Glamberts, loyal and devoted fans. So let's not cast any negativity towards them. Different culture and, therefore, a different, younger audience in China and Japan. At this point in his career Adam has a fanbase of all ages and I am proud to be one of his older fans.

Yes, Adam Lambert is certainly a freak of nature, so rare, unique and special in the world of music filled with mediocrity, crassness and sameness. And we do love him; we're doing it perfectly. Adam always gives us something to talk about whether it's the color or style of his hair, the friends he hangs out with and now this new tattoo. Never a dull moment being an Adam Lambert fan.
He is indeed a freak of nature in the best possible way. He is "standing here with no apology."
He has fans world-wide of all ages and ethnicities. There is no one like him, doing what he does like he does it.
Can we somehow remind the U.S. media that he is on this great Asian tour and maybe they would give him a blip of coverage?

For those wondering why Adam has not been tweeting, you can't do that from China. I have read that there is some kind of app so that you can but maybe Adam doesn't know about it or doesn't want it.

I rarely read the comments here any more because of all the stupid fighting and trolls but I had to leave a comment when I saw this photo. The words are over a triangle, a reclaimed symbol for the gay community. It's a very visible statement and I admire Adam even more for making it. Go, Adam!

Thank you for explaining the Triangle symbolism. I was thinking that his tattoo had significance and reference to that as well... He is proud of who he is..and his "freak" reference plus the triangle makes perfect sense...in a very positive way. I love it....and Adam, for being the very special human being that he is....

I love that Adam's tattoos carry so much meaning and significance for who he is. That the words are written in Latin, a "dead" language, takes it to a another realm, and rather than obscuring the message, resurrects it for its permanent invocation. atm

It looks cool, it's his body and that's it! You cannot alway's worry about when you get old, it's not that much fun enjoy your life to the fullest, as long as you hurt no one else, and he does not! Listen honey not all older woman are hag's in fact most keep themselves up, better than some young people! My health may not be great now but, I keep my hair, nails and self up even when do not feel like it! I keep myself up nicer than a lot If the young girls who look sloppy! BeIng of a certain age does not make you a hag,there are some beautiful Older woman I have seen quite a few in picture's with Adam! The letters are Latin and they are actually V and S, which translate to U & S.. The meaning is at the top of the thread. "LUSUS NATURAE" which means "Freak of Nature"...
3:28 and 3:59, you can't see all of the letters in the pic and you are looking at it upside down. It is read from Adam's point of view. Also, it is in latin so the U is represented as a V.
