Hi, I remember this one; because it was after one of my favorite songs by beautiful Adam; He sang the "Track of My Tears", mentored by Smokey Robinson; who gave him a standing ovation. It was a swoon worthy performance, he looked so handsome in that gray suit, hair sleeked back. Just him and a guitar player on stage and one other guy sitting there. Long story short; The answer is Simon Cowell who said; "You to me tonight have emerged as a star."

Paula was over the moon with her compliments. She really cared for Adam; and they are still friends today. I think I remember everything that was said to Adam and his reactions, throughout the season. He is the only reason I watch that season; and he was the only attraction for me. Have been a fan since then; Supporting him through thick and thin. Adam Lambert will never be a
loser; and he wasn't then.

If you ask me he one of the more well behaves celebrities out there. People just trying to bring him down make themselves feel more important. Let him live and you if your health permits do the same. It's okay...I know you always get very anxious when people target Adam. Perhaps stay calm as much as you can. Suggestion: Put your beautiful granddaughters' and grandsons' photos at the place where you usually sit and type when you come on this site. When you feel the anxiety, look at them as if communicating with them. It might ease the tension and anxiety. Doctors have classified anxiety as a sickness/disorder in itself and one may not even be aware of it. :)

Ahh see, you sound more lighted-hearted when you shift your attention to your lovely grandkids. Yea, try to distract yourself rather than delve into things that upset you or make you anxious. I'm happy to be of some relief to you. Also perhaps think of what Adam has to go through on a daily basis...apart from the heavy work schedule, all the bad-mouthings and other setbacks. He will give you strength because you love him so much. Sometimes I wonder how he can take so much; perhaps he does some sort of yoga or zen. lwl! But I think he simply doesn't have time to worry; like it's go go go all the time. Keeping oneself occupied and busy reduces anxiety. And yea at times he hangs out with friends at bars, probably to distract and refresh his mind and also his friends are like his family. He gets a lot of love from them as much as he gives it. Getting anxiety pangs would really be detrimental to his career which is at the threshold of zooming upward to who knows where; the sky is the limit. :)

Fun thread! I watch Jeopardy all the time when I'm home. Adam has truly made it when and "average" person knows about him and Glam Nation! I knew just about all of the answers listed here, but a few I really had to think about. I love that we have had such a history with Adam already. It's really family lore that we can share forever.

You're correct about the 'A' in the classic book, Scarlet Letter; 'A' for adultery. I only know the gist of the story. A supposed adulteress who had waited many years but her husband never returned, had an affair with another man. She was forced to wear a red capital 'A' on her dress; but she wore it proudly with no feeling of shame to defy the ostracization of that time. A kind of parallel could be drawn between the letter 'A' in the book, Scarlet Letter and the 'A' on Adam's Glam Nation top hat. Adam defied odds like at the AMA and never apologised for what he did because he too, is proud of his sexuality, being openly gay from the beginning. So the 'A' could stand for probably 3 things...the 'A' referencing Scarlet Letter, 'A' in AMA and most triumphantly 'A' for Adam! You're right, it does not have any ancient time connotation. I was probably referring to the era depicted in the book. Adam pointed out the red capital 'A' when he talked about his GNT costumes before the start of the tour; bur he didn't elaborate. It was first round last category and luckly one guy picked the first question or answer which was about Adam for $800 and the lady answered it right away. The second question was about Constantine Maralus about his theatre play and nobody could answer his succes in Rock of Ages for $600. Then it went to commercial and second round and I changed the channel. BTW the category was about American Idol Alumni. I don't know who won. Probably you can watch it on abc.com or hulu.com.

Re the Scarlett "A": This is the final word from Adam himself, as recounted by my very good friend "Adamo-ski" who had a fabulous meet and greet with Adam back in 2010 at the Seattle Showbox Sodo GNT, back when meet and greets were truly meet and greets. She had a relatively long and interesting conversation with him. There had been a discussion about the A and it's possible significance in another blog (Adam Lambert Unofficial Official) and she asked him specifically about it. This is what he said:

"I said to him that I had one more very important question to ask him on behalf of the Adam Lambert Unofficial website regarding the Scarlet A on his tophat and the Glittery blue A on the back of his jacket. I had printed off a copy of the “A is for Adam” story from the website and took it with me to give to him. I told him that there was a bit of a controvery as to whether his “A” represents “Adam” or whether there is a hidden meaning in it inspired by the novel the Scarlet Letter. He told me that the A was definately inspired by the novel the Scarlet Letter and that I could clear up with with no confusion with everyone on the website so ladies….the A stands for more than just Adam!! I told him that I printed off a story off the website that I thought that he would find very interesting regarding the Scarlet Letter and he seemed genuinely excited to read it and thanked me for doing that and told me that he was looking forward to reading it over after the show."

Here's another fact Adam was also an answer on who wants to be a millionaire. Don't remember question. One of the answers was Adam and it was the right answer. Adam been in the lime light a lot since Idol. He known world wide. Probably one of the most well known men Idols. CM has done well in theatre and some Broadway. But is not as well known as Adam.

Well he didn't miss anything cause they picked only two answers from AI Alumni category then went to commercial and then went to double Jeopardy round. Not enough time to finish that category before commercial.

Adam also had the words written down for Donna Summer's "Hot Stuff".
