now I am nervous what Starchild is going to reveal. I hope it is that he is gay, not that he is dropping out of school and moving away never to be seen again or something like that. I was hoping for more episodes with him in it.Never a dull moment around here.

I think Ryan Murphy is going to make Starchild straight. He loves to do stuff that shocks people.

I REALLY HOPE RYAN LIKES ADAM and that Ryan will ask Adam to be on next season of AMERICAN HORROR STORY. OMG That would be a BIG DREAM COME TRUE FOR ME. I love that show and Adam loves that show. I bet Adam would love to be on that show too. It's a huge hit show on cable and it's really crazy and scary. Adam would fit right in with all the costumes.

Can't wait. Adam should be on the cast permantely.

I'm with you! Adam is an actor, and he should be able to play any roles, not just gay ones. Starchild being gay is unoriginal and will not stretch Adam's acting chops. When he performed in Wicked he didn't play a gay role so why would he now. I personal would like to see him develop feelings for Rachel. Adam is so unique that he has chemistry with everyone he comes in contact with, whether male or female. @10:48 PM, please don't put constraints on Adam and place him in the proverbial "gay box". It's like straight actors can play gay roles, but gay actors can only play gay roles. You see the double standard. I want to see Adam on the big screen and Glee is the vehicle to show people that he's versatile and can play any role as an actor.

both Kurt and Santana are gay..so Starchild being gay wouldn't be much of a "reveal"...I have a feeling that Ryan is letting Adam play "straight" on the show..but, I, like all of you, am curious as to what he will reveal...

oh, and Dani is "gay" too..I think it would be a bit too much to have both new actors play gay roles...

You are so right@4:29AM I would rather he not be another gay character on the show, but as long as we see him perform, that's what I want the most. Adam stole the show with his appearance and I couldn't take my eyes of his singing MTN. I would love for Gaga and Adam to perform this song together on an awards show like the AMAs coming up, but maybe there still are some bad vibes there from his first appearance onthe show. Now don't get all crazy by this suggestion, but I guess we all know, it will never happen. Didn't Gaga give Adam the song Fever for his album? So it's not as if they don't know each other.

There are two gay actors playing straight on tv now. Patrick Harris Nd Jim Parsons on Big Bang Theory. Also Jonathon Groff when he was on Glee is

There is definately some spark between starchild and kurt during diner scene.The chemistry is there.maybe kurt is suprise coz without makeup,elliot looks unexpectedly hendsome that he felt intimidate .but this is short scene,cant say what is their actual relationship or feeling.Hopefully elliot character will be someone who is funny,happy go lucky,smart and he will bring creativity in the band.i just wonder how mr m will end elliot character?is it by creating controversi between elliot and kurt makes elliot back off and choosing his own path or somthing else.

I hope Elliot Gilbert is not gay. That would be too much of the gay thing on the show. Elliot can be developed into a very interesting character. Adam can handle it. Can't wait to find out what the secret is. Adam needs to be seen as an actor who can play a straight man just fine. It opens up better opportunities for him. I hope other TV and movie producers are aware of his Glee role. I'm thinking that Ryan Murphy and the Glee peeps are thrilled with the positive response for Adam's appearance. It's maybe even more than they expected. I would LOVE to see Adam perform on an awards show again. Is there any Grammy category for a one-time TV performance or a one-time concert performance? In my fantasy world, Adam would get a nomination for his IHR performance of WWTLF, and and he would get an Emmy nom for MTN on Glee. I know, just my fantasy.

Talking about gay actors playing straight men on tv shows, don't forget Matt Bomer of White Collar who has a partner and three sons. And just a few weeks ago there was a big write in campaign for Bomer to play Christian Gray in the movie. So figure that out. Gay or straight, I just want Adam to continue his role on Glee. The high school glee club plotline is dying and new blood like Adam and Demi in NYC bring some added interest to this show. Since the next episode that Adam is in views on Thanksgiving Eve, I don't know what kind of an audience it will attract. I for one will be in front on my set, relaxing and enjoying Adam as he performs.

Hah ha, Adam did that just fine in AmIdol! Most of "the fans" (who later deserted him) were totally clueless of the real Adam during Idol... Many are still in denial...

Why do I shiver?!

I am one of Adam's fans who watched him on Idol and his sexuality never entered into my love of his voice and amazing stage presence. I am still a loyal fan and certainly have not deserted him once the RS interview was published. He is gay, so what. What does that have to do with his powerful vocals and his mesmerizing stage performances. Have you seen him perform with Queen and sing WWTLF? He blew the roof off that stage with his overall performance. Adam is just a powerhouse singer in today's crazy music world of auto-tuned, lip synching, talentless individuals. I can't wait to see what Elliott Starchild Gilbert has for us on the Nov.28th episode of Glee.

I would like to see him play a straight character so everyone will see that he is an actor an not just reading lines. A Rachel/Elliot storyline and Kurt a little jealous on both sides would be a great tv. Rachel needs a shoulder and Elliot can provide that and so much more.
