I like Adam's suit. Makes him unique. Remember he said he doesn't like to blend in and look like the masses. This look makes him stand out. His hair do is popular right now. Macklemore, Lamar, and I believe JT rock this type of hair do.

Can we tweet Brian London to tell him this is how you should play to blend in with Adam's voice to make the performance brilliant. IMO best WWFM performance with fabulous piano play of Michael Orland. WOW!

OMG thanks Glitzylady! Whew! What a beautiful rendition of WWFM and the piano was beautiful! "Change it up Lambert". I LOVED Kathy's comment about this already being on youtube immediately after singing it and that we are very passionate fans. Darn right Kathy!!!!

Some one tweeted that she recorded a HQ video of tonight's WWFM performance and she'll upload it tomorrow. Can't wait for that clear version. Just WOW!

I think that was @PattyHum who tweeted that info earlier tonight... Hoping for a closer up version, with the clear audio of the one I posted... But the sound alone in the one above is amazing and quite possibly the most beautiful WWFM I've ever heard.

Adam and Michael Orland make a wonderful team.. Elegant, heartfelt, and perfect in this version's simplicity. Nothing else needed but a piano played by a master pianist and a voice, possessed by a master vocalist.

A master class in both....

And another version by edi5289 aka @susansporran on twitter..

Closer up, equally stunning. Includes Paula Abdul's wonderful and loving introduction...

Passionate fans just might be a big understatement for Glamberts. Sue

The shirt and jacket look divine but pants in the same print are OTT (imho).

I thought Adam would sing Outlaws of Love but Whataya Want From Me was a good alternative.

Thanks for the link to that gif, daydreamin. Adam's reflexes are super-charged!!!

What a brilliant performance by Adam and Michael Orland tonight. Truly the best version of WWFM I've ever heard Adam sing. The balance of Adam 's angelic voice and MO's piano accompaniment was just perfection. Adam's emotions shone through and pulled at my heart strings.....
I'm constantly amazed at the depth of Adam's talent.

Because the Trevor Project is more about this (than marriage equality for instance):

Founded in 1998 by the creators of the Academy Award®-winning short film TREVOR, The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) young people ages 13-24.

I'm assuming Adam chose to sing "Whataya Want From Me" instead of "Outlaws of Love" because it fit the occasion more perfectly..

Lyrics:

Hey, slow it down, whataya want from me?
Whataya want from me?
Yeah, I'm afraid, whataya want from me?
Whataya want from me?

There might have been a time when I would give myself away
Oh, once upon a time, I didn't give a damn
But now, here we are, so whataya want from me?
Whataya want from me?

Just don't give up, I am workin' it out
Please don't give in, I won't let you down
It messed me up, need a second to breathe
Just keep coming around

Hey, whataya want from me?
Whataya want from me?
Whataya want from me?

Yeah, it's plain to see
That baby you're beautiful and it's nothing wrong with you
It's me, I'm a freak, yeah
But thanks for lovin' me 'cause you're doing it perfectly

Yeah, there might have been a time
When I would let you slip away
I wouldn't even try
But I think you could save my life

Just don't give up, I am workin' it out
Please don't give in, I won't let you down
It messed me up, need a second to breathe
Just keep coming around

Hey, whataya want from me?
Whataya want from me?
Whataya want from me?
Whataya want from me?
Whataya want from me?

Just don't give up on me
I won't let you down
No, I won't let you down

And so just don't give up, I'm workin' it out
Please don't give in, I won't let you down
It messed me up, need a second to breathe
Just keep coming around

Hey, whataya want from me?

Just don't give up, I am workin' it out
Please don't give in, I won't let you down
It messed me up, need a second to breathe
Just keep coming around

Hey, whataya want from me?
Whataya want from me?
Whataya want from me?
Whataya want from me?
Whataya want from me?
Whataya want from me?

I guess adam need real instrument rather than electronic to accompany him in the recording studio. His voice will shine brightly with minimal instrument like piano or guitar.Hopefully his next album emphasize more instrument like piano, guitar ,violin ect..

Actually underneath, soaked, out law of love are my dream for adam to sing in this event.but thinking that he only has to sing 1 song and to pay his keybodist to play 1 song is not wothy.WWFM is good choice too, lyricly is fit the event.
Mike doing good job on piano.adam voice is superb.

I have not heard tonight's WWFM yet waiting for video someone said someone will post tomorrow. Can't wait. Sue

Love you Adam, and your performance was amazing, as usual. The suit was unique, might hear Joan rivers talking about it on Friday????

I don't know why people expected OOL, Trevor Project is about suicide prevention. And with a variety of people in attendance it makes sense to chose a recognizable song.

Love Adam accompanied by piano. Glad it was Michael Orland.

Adam looks great. Few people could pull off that look in that suit.

Nice performance of WWFM but my fave is Adam's performance backed by just Monte in Europe ... Italy, I think ... so, so beautiful.

@Sue
There are two excellent versions posted above if you can open the links. The sound is wonderful in both.. I'm sure admin will have one posted soon as a thread topic as well. And others will undoubtedly show up today.. :))

Adam Lambert will always stand out in a crowd no matter what he is wearing. He is just so gorgeous and would attract anyone's attention to take a second look. I like the suit, almost a different take on the camouflage look but with different colors. Just watched the video of Adam singing WWFM with Michael Orland. Probably one of the best performances of that song that I have heard. It was beautiful. What a great way to start the morning on a cold, slightly snowy morning here in northeast NJ area.

Adam's attire looks very unique and classy; so Adam; looks like he just stepped out of GQ; never boring; love it. So handsome. Our golden voiced man just has it going on!

Fergie looks great too; very beautiful. Nice picture with the three of them.

@1:42 AM

I would think that all of these artist volunteered their time; including Michael Orland. Don't know for sure.

Another stunning, pure-voiced performance by Adam. We didn't expect anything less. Michael's accompaniment was exquisite. I agree that he and Adam should do more work together. I thought the song fit the occasion perfectly. Paul was her usual somewhat addled self, but she truly adores Adam, and that came through loud and clear. And I loved the suit! Adam can pull off those edgy looks effortlessly. Suits his personality. Thanks for all the great links.

Paula adores Adam; I think she has a wonderful personality. People used to spread silly rumors about her; love the way she is still standing and admired by many.

She is a wonderful human being. Very glad that she and Adam remained good friends. Their professional paths always seem to always meet. She said that he would one day be Iconic and that she would be there to see it; I think he is well on his way to being the star he was meant to be.

Adam, "who are you wearing", ha, ha. Adam looks just fabulous; what a beautiful picture of the three of them.

Great picture. I took one look at my man Adam Lambert, and the word "STUNNING" flashed across my eyeballs!

My favorite musicians Adam worked with: first is Dr. Brian May. His Guitar playing is out of this world. No wonder he is an icon. Second Michael Orland fabulous piano player and I would to see a concert of Adam with Michael Orland one day. Adam's best performance of WWFM to-date.

@DRG
Great! Suit that suits his personality! Love it, love Adam!

You have to give 'Everything Adam' more than a red minute... He ALWAYS surprises you... When I read that he sang WWFM and read that he wore something 'draperylike', I was kinda wtf... but luckily I'm not one to be hesitant or skeeeerrd easily... I took my time to WATCH & LISTEN and I love it all!

There's something about Adam singing accompanied by a piano that is simply out of this world fabulous.
The beauty of the piano and his gorgeous voice make my heart melt.
His talent is the best in the business and I'm glad so many celebs got to hear Adam sing. Michael was wonderful along with Paula's great introduction for Adam. BTW: Fergie looked very beautiful, but not as beautiful as Adam Lambert!
