Everyone ignore all the haters on comment sections & elsewhere. Never respond just point out how much Brian and Roger love Adam Lambert!

Standard answer to all troll and\or hatefull comments type "Brian and Roger love Adam Lambert!" code for we know who you are, and your not worth giving a response to.

9:59 exactly!!!

When Rock Legendery Band members pay homage to a singer that is one thing. But when they use strong words like "awestruck" that shows ultimate respect for the incredible talent that Adam posesses! Adam is soo humble and repeatedly calls this an honor to share the stage with QUEEN.

In truth, NOONE other than Adam can do justice to the music! Brian and ROger both have stated that soo many times in almost every interview!

These men are such a CLASS act!

I got my ticket for Las Vegas and can't wait until the day to see Adam and Queen!

9:39 am, the glamberts I have seen arguing in the comments are very embarrassing. They aren't doing Adam any favors.

Who wouldn't be "awestruck"?

I really like the "Brian and Roger love Adam Lambert!" code. Thanks!

We should understand the Freddie fans devotion to Freddie. We would be the same way if it were Adam.

So please don't argue in the comments on these other sites. You are never going to change anybody's mind. Roger and Brian know this. I've seen comments saying Adam's crazy old lady fans are here. Please don't perpetuate that stereotype. Arguing just reflects poorly on Adam in the long run.

I totally agree, arguing with obsessed fans of any kind is pointless. Adam is winning fans his way and that's what matters most.

Adam has got to be on Cloud 9 with this praise from Brian and Roger! Dream come true!

oh god ,,please don't go to queen fan sites and say that ! .they can't see anyone is better than Freddie.so just drop it already

I think Brian May is LAMBERTITIZED. sweet statement on his behalf.

Anonymous said...

There are plenty of other singers who could sing this material. Brian and roger obviously like adam and want to sell the tour but don't get carried away here glamberts

Well said 10:31. I completely agree. (and honestly 12:06 has a point too). I am a long time uber Adam fan, and in being that I always like to conduct myself with thoughts on how my actions (as a fan) are reflecting on Adam. He obviously doesn't require this, of myself or his fans in general, but I like to take care that I don't perpetuate ANY stereotype of an Adam Fan. So excited for this summer. :)

Losing Freddie was a tremendous loss to Brian and Roger. I think it's been awhile since they have been excited to perform. Everyone knows Freddie can never been replaced, but Adam is breathing new life into their desire to perform again. These are Happy Times!!!!

Absolutely love the respect and admiration that Brian, Roger and Adam have for each other. Thanks to Dr. Brian for making that statement. That's all that needs to be said.

July can't come fast enough for me. So excited to see Adam and Queen. It's like winning a triple lottery. Vegas Baby.

I'm here and I'm AWE-STRUCK :) :)

Queen has used other frontmen since Freddie, but I think Brian and Roger truly believe they have found "the one" in Adam. Their praise is obviously sincere. They are not required to be so amazed by him, but they are. They've worked with many singers, but Adam is obviously special. Sure, other good singers can sing these songs, but Adam, in Brian and Roger's eyes, is the whole package. Voice, looks, presence. They know it when they see it.

No hater is going to get a comment from me. And I agree that Adam fans would be better off just ignoring them, but of course many won't. It doesn't help, just fuels the fire. But some people just love argument.

Can't wait for the Chicago show! I'll be there!

I hope Adam doesn't read those awful comments. Some are fans of others and then others are Freddie fans. The highest likes was on one of the earlier posts with over 29K likes and the comments were 1500. Out of 1500 comments, some were saying come to this country. Others showed support. The rest out of 1500 comments were fans of others and Freddie fans with nastiness. 5 to 7 percent are negative.

Reading so many wonderful posts and
very thoughtfully put. Many beautiful summaries of the meaning of why it is so important for Queen to keeping doing what they feel is best. What an ultimate, wonderful way to honor an important member's legacy, that of their former esteemed lead singer, Mr. Freddie Mercury.

Brian May and Roger Taylor have said many times, that no one can take Freddie's place; and no one understands that better than Adam Lambert. He has said many times that Freddie was a personal hero of his, and he is so honored to be chosen to sing Queen's songs with is own interpretation of them, with the approval of Brian and Roger; not to try to imitate Freddie. Adam has said that Freddie's genius cannot be duplicated and those are not his intentions to do so.

What better way than for Brian and Roger to honor Freddie, than by picking the voice they consider to be one in a billion, and a person that they believe can bring these songs to life in a way that they feel Freddie would be proud of.

What an honor for our kind, generous most talented singer, Adam Lambert. Adam is so humble and proud to be chosen for this temporary guest role of a lifetime.

Fans of both Adam and Freddy should be excited and pleased. Both men deserve to be respected by fans of both. Freddy, whose memory and legacy lives on and will never be forgotten. Adam, for taking on an enormous challenge of fulfilling the ultimate generous request from Brian May and Roger Taylor to help them bring these timeless songs and the memory of Freddy to yet another generation!

I say bless them all. Now, Here is hoping that all fans will appreciate and live up to the moment to enjoy and bask in the great joy that this once a lifetime event is promising to bring to all fans fortunate enough to experience it!!

Adam has said he is aware of the haters, and has chosen to ignore them. So we should shut the hell up and stop talking about the haters. We don't need to waste any time talking about the haters, and just follow Adam's example. Adam is one lucky guy, to have this opportunity to sing with Queen, and the cherry on top, is that Roger and Brian, love and respect him for who he is and also especially his voice. They have had haters too, for continuing with Queen without Freddie. It's not all a bed of roses for any of them. But they want to continue with what the majority of Queen and Adam fans want, and I salute them for that.

I am a fan of Freddie and Adam , so I am very excited .

Brian and Rodger admire and respect Adam as an artist. Period!!!!!!

Anonymous said...

@12:06
Besides the singers that already have been performing with Queen, let's here some names?!?

Give us 5 names you think can sing Queen material (should be easy since you think there are "plenty of other singers" who could do it)! So let's hear them?!!

Anonymous said...

@3:14 PM Here/Correction

Sorry for misspelling Freddie's name in the next to last paragraph of my post. Freddy is a close relative's name; mind went off name track!!

These concerts seem so far away; I can hardly wait. Also, just could not watch Glee last night without Adam. I tried. I think I am completely spoiled now. Oh my!!

12:06pm

Your warning to Glamberts to "not get carried away"; I am afraid, is too late for me; I am already over the moon, with excitement and joy to the maximum!!!

Anonymous said...

George Michael is the only one I coud think of in his prime. His stage presence isn't nearly as strong as lambert's these days. He did a good job with Somebody to Love at Freddie's tribute concert. I do think Lambert is te best choice, and roger and Brian really like working with him. Listen to their whole press conference at MSG.

Anonymous said...

Nobody can sing or perform like Freddie. But Adam is doing it his own way and this is brilliant! And he is gonna be a legend! Fuck you, US Music Industry! People forgot what is real music!

Anonymous said...

This picture is a very inspiring expression on Adam's face. It's as if he's somewhere else. I think he just sang WWTLF for Brian May. He gave it his all in that final very difficult note...which culminated from a series of crescendos.

OMG! It's the greatest compliment ever for Adam coming from the legend himself!

Anonymous said...

Lammy should go comment on those Queen articles, it's her perfect arena. Go, Lam-my, go.

Anonymous said...

12:23, arguing in those comments will not reflect well on Adam.

Anonymous said...

Obviously Brian May does not think there are plenty singers that can hit those songs out of the park like Adam. He very clearly said only Adam can sing them. Sure others good singers can sing them but I have never heard any match Adam. Actually very few can hold a candle to Adam. Not only that he is a great performer I have never seen better. His voice love is unbelievable. People going to this concert are going specifically to see fantastic musicians play and just wonderful singing. Sure there will be costumes and some lights ect. But the voice is why they will be there Adams voice. I not really well enough to go but by God got my tickets today my daughter and myself center stage floor. I just got to see Adam I believe this is gonna be spectacular.

@12:06
Still waiting for your list of those many singers who can sing Queen material as those songs are meant to be SAAAANG!!!
C'moon bring it on!

Anonymous said...

I'm going for everything: singing, guitar playing, drumming, with no backing tracks, no clicks.....100% live everything which is rare these days. go if you want......keep to yourself if you don't want to.

Anonymous said...

Adam s fans can come here and Freddie s fans can go to good suite. Everyone has their favorites

Why is this so important to you? You sound like a very jealous person.

I'm not the poster who mentioned 'pleny of singers' but I do know Queen have sung with Paul Rodgers, George Michael, Robbie Williams, and Brian sings with Kerry Ellis at various events. There may well be other singers too but these are the ones I know of. More importantly, Queen can sing with whomever they like without needing permission from any outsiders.

Anonymous said...

@2.57am ...... if you're so interested, search the internet.

Anonymous said...

9:25 and 11:31
Read my earlier post @4:41 to 12:06!
I was specific and asked for OTHER NAMES THAN THOSE WHO QUEEN HAS ALREADY PERFORMED WITH!

You're butting in and can't even give the answer I was asking from 12:06 - who btw is the one belittling Adam here all the time!

My point was to challenge this 'know it all Adam belittler!' to show if he/she actually knows something of 'proper singing' and how demanding Queen music is!

I know how GREAT & UNIQUE ADAM IS - obviously 12:06 and you two (all probably and the same, lol!) don't. So done with your ignorance.
