Obama has no standing in the world aside from the US. He won't stand up against anything the muslim community is for.

I don't see this as anti-islamic. The same if you're not supporting the Israeli politics is not anti-semitic.

The Sultan of Brunei owns several ***** hotels in the US. The Beverly Hills Hotel is just one of these. Hollywood is aghast at the thought especially after the kidnapping of the 300 Christian school girls in Nigeria by muslim terrorists. One of the Sultan's palaces has 178 rooms.

JAK here..........Where have you people been? The actions of the government of Brunei are not unusual or isolated. The killing of homosexuals has gone on for centuries in areas of the world. This is not a problem President Obama can fix....he is not an avenging Super Hero. Neither were any of his predecessors, Bush, Clinton, Carter, Reagan or Roosevelt! The censure of these countries by the United Nations has not been effective. Inhumane human rights violations are widespread and ongoing. It's a very wicked world.

BTW ...The Sultan of Brunei's palace is the largest in the world and has over 1,700 rooms and is being enlarged at present.

President Obama will not touch anything to do with the Muslim World. At the unveiling of 9/11 memorial never mentioned who attacked us and brought the buildings down killing over 3,000 people and if you notice he never has, doesn't want to make waves. We are seen as very weak nation now.

The Nazis who were responsible for The Holocaust were Christians, the Catholic Inquisition tortured and burned Protestants, Jews and Muslims. The history of religious atrocities is gruesome.

But are we ready to condemn all Christians and all Catholics and all Muslims?

The founding of our country was an attempt to insure religious freedom.....that's for all religions.

JAK again.... While I'm on a rant....the celebrities who are encouraging boycotting of Brunei owned hotels in LA and London and Paris....might have equal success affecting the Sultan and his playboy son Azim by not accepting million or millions of dollar fees to perform at the palace in Brunei and at private parties in London (Mariah). And to think twice before attending Azim's lavish Hollywood parties and appearing in the movies he produces. Two of which will be premiering this year. Big stars.

Protesting against policies you disapprove of are a time honored tradition and in this country legal.
However, it's not a good policy to be hypocritical.

JAK I know you are a very wise, learned and well traveled woman; however, I can't understand with all that going for you, why you still bow at the feet of the man who has never taken responsibility for the scandals that surround him daily, has taken this country from the greatest nation on earth to one that is laughed at by all other nations and if his mouth is moving he is lying.

Stevens burned, tortured, raped with a broomstick like object left to die. No one knows where O was all time. O said attack in reaction to film which angered muslims and those guilty would be brought to justice - left for fundraiser in Las Vegas. Justice? Not yet. Just more lies.

NSA - National Security Admin. found to be listening to calls, reading internet browsing and emails sent and received by ALL Americans. Tracked where going by car GPS and cell phones. O said he heard it on the news. BTW this is illegal & unconstitutional big time.

IRS - Holding back not for profit status for conservative groups and individuals. Head of IRS takes 5th in congressional hearings. Illegal and unconstitutional big time. O didn't know anything about it.

VA - Veterans' Administration in Phoenix, AZ, has two appointment books. One with a 10 - 30 work day wait, one with no appointment given but will call you. Minimum 40 vets die waiting to be called. Under Sec'y of VA resigns today (5-16-14) causing controversy was retiring 5-30-14. O had appointed his replacement on 5-1-14. Dates are correct, sound fishy?

These are just the 'phony' scandals that come to mind right now. Give me time - there are more.

On the news right now. Woman 8 months pregnant to be given 100 lashes and hung after giving birth in Sudan. Why? She's christian. Since O is so pro women wonder if he'll say anything.

Where have you pro O people been? Watch news much? Have an interest in your country and the direction it's headed? Open your eyes and ears. It helps to be informed.

Since the govt. forces of Nigeria have themselves committed atrocities and human rights abuses they are one of the countries that the US govt has cut off.

President Obama immediately sent the aid he is allowed. Drones and aircraft to try to pinpoint the areas where the schoolgirls were kept. He sent advisors and others to help the search. That is the legal extent allowed by our govt.

It is important to get the facts. Not rely on any news channel. For instance why did the Senate Republicans block a bill that would supply funds for veterans medical benefits in February of this year? Check out voter records. Get facts . A very good idea. They are keeping very quiet about it right now, hoping people will forget their vote.

A policy of obstructionism is immoral and unethical, who are they representing other than their party? Not us.

PS - the shovel ready jobs President Obama mentioned were to repair our infrastructure, dangerous bridges, highways, etc. too bad the Republicans voted down the Jobs Bill.
