Who's gonna sing these new tracks with Freddie's voice? My bet is Adam might perform one of them at this tour. Also new music of Queen with Adam will be epic.

I'd assume that those old songs they want to use would be with Freddie's own voice with new studio treatment done with them to bring them up to date? Yes, Adam might perform one of the live. Brian and Roger have said that they would like to perform song little-know songs from the Queen repertoire.

And yes yes yes to Adam creating NEW music with Queen! Hope that does happen! They are very enamored of Adam, and rightly so.

The new album they want to release at the end of this year, will be Freddie singing, not Adam.
They might do some recordings with Adam after the tour, that has nothing to do with Freddies .

They won't be singing the new songs , that have never been heard during the tour. You will have to buy the album when they release it, at the end of the year.
Curious just what songs they would record with Adam, surely not all Queen songs, should be some of Adams too.

Possibly a future collaboration with Adam Lambert but not for the album that they were discussing..

I don't think Adam should"ditch" the third album as someone suggested here. It's his music and that's what we want. He is a solo artist afterall. If a Queenbert cd(or a dvd) is produced from these summer concerts, that would be great for those of us who are not able to attend one of the concerts here at home. This is obviously a once in a lifetime opportunity for Adam to be performing with Queen, so he is taking advantage of it, but I still want to hear new music from him in a third album hopefully later this year.

@ glitzlady, that is exactly what I posted before you did. I thought it was quite simple to understand. The Freddie album is an album all by itself, NO Adam.
There is a rumor about Adam at some time recording with Queen, nothing definite.

In my wildest imagination, I can't figure out how Queen would market an album with Adam.

So much has changed (and not always for the better!) from the times when I first started to be a fan (of whoever it was at that time)... Back then fans were satisfied with so little, everything you got, a photo in a mag, a concert, an autograph, was huge, a plus, an unbelievable happening, something to be grateful and cherish for the rest of you life... It was all so innocent and from a far... (not talking about groupies who were up close & personal back then, too...he he)

Now everything is so much more complicated, brutal even... nothing is sacred or secret, nothing is enough...Via net and with social media fans do things that were very rare or not done at all, i.e. approach your idol like you knew him/her, like you knew his/her family and friends etc. Now fans are trying to run their idols' lives, both professional and private...lol!

What used to be innocent fun has turned in to something not-so-innocent and not-so-fun...

Those of you who have been keen music lovers long enough hopefully understand what I'm trying to say... (just not able to say it well, sorry)... Sometimes the seriousness and lack of fun on fan sites today just gets to me...

@HK fan 4.27, thank you so much for posting the link to that video. It is just so beautifully sung by Adam and the video is so heartwarming and heartwrenching at the same time.

I consider a Queen album of previously unreleased songs a smart move, and I can't imagine why the recordings wouldn't have Freddie's voice on it. This kind of an album will hopefully satisfy those diehards who are overprotective of Freddie's legacy.
