Cool outfits!

I am hearing from other sites, that Adam's suit was great, but would have been better if it had fit right. My opinion too. But I was told on this site that is the style now. Personally I don't agree, with this latest fashion, and I never follow what some stylist thinks is a great and new fashion. Adam is tall and slender, and would have looked like he usually does, in a better fit, or style. Love him anyway. He is a man, what does he know anyway, LOL. He probably would have looked good in a burlap sack, if it was the latest fashion, and yes for sure he would have worn it.( If it was green)

Adam looked liked he just stepped off of the cover of GQ!!

I think that Adam was the most handsome man there last night, bar none! Would have thought this if I were not a fan; just my opinion.

Well I thought that Adam looked like a dream walking. Loved the suit, the hair, oh the hair; so fresh. He just looked so amazing. Proud, proud Gambert last night!!

Heading off to work, will have to catch up with everything when I get home, cannot wait!

Through the years, there have been some young men's styles I have loved, some I have hated; but, they come and go; this is not my favorite pant length on Adam, but I am not in his age range. The good thing is that Adam can pull anything off; and as long as he is happy in his fashion, so am I. He will never here me complain! I want him to always feel good about himself. Pretty darn sure he does now. Carry on dear sweet Adam, you are loved all over the world!

10:16 am here: Meant to say never(hear) me complain; sorry about that.

Sorry to say but I don't like his trousers. Look at that photo! Be honest: Does it look great if you watch only his legs/shoes/too short pant legs/bare feet?

Adam's hair/head, shirt and the color of the suit is great in my opinion but the trousers, nope.

But he was very handsome otherwise! And the new sunglasses are gorgeous.

He's wearing so much hip and hot fashion stuff . . I can't take it all in. going to enlarge and check it ALL out ;)

One thing is for sure: at what that outfit must have cost, I'm sure it was fitted on him exactly like it was supposed to. Custom fit, I'm sure. Yeah, it's a trendy, kinda playful style with the shorter pants and the shoes, but hey, one thing we know is that Adam doesn't dress cheap.

PeeWee Herman pants.

As everyone keeps saying, that is the style, the shorter pants. With Adam he must have had the suited fitted for him and knows that this is the latest in fashion for men. I think he was the best dressed last night and loved the color of his hair and the suit. Lots of gold jewelry too...everything matched down to the gold buckle on his shoes.

One can not prefer the styling of the suit... but one can not say it was not a good "fit"... that suit it is a masterclass in tailoring to its wearer

Adam has got to learn, that the latest fashion, is not for everyone. He obviously took great care in picking out his clothing for this event. The top half was perfection. The bottom half not so much, I bet he smelled good too, everyone loves his cologne.

Anonymous said...

I am livin' for those loafers

Anonymous said...

Perhaps it is us who need to learn, js

Pant length is on trend... like it or don't, but that should be recognized. In any event, as I like to say, there aint a pair of pants on this planet that Adam can't rock! ;)

Adam is the pro when it comes to fashion. Trust the man!

@1:14, YAY, spoken like a true Adam lovin Glambert!

@1:16
Ain't that the truth! :)

I agree with others. The upper half looked great. How anyone can say that pants cut too short and those ridiculous shoes that overpower the whole outfit is beyond me. Bottom half was a fail. Love the lighter hair that goes with his actual complexion. Loved the color of the suit.

Wondering about the pants/shoes? Is that what's showing on the runway. Adam seems to show the newest styles way before anybody else. He has the BEST HAIR in the business and looks to die for.

I'm sure he had the suit either made for him, or had it custom fit..... It might look like it doesn't fit right to us, but i'm SURE this is the way its supposed to fit! He looked gorgeous!

I think it's just a matter of seeing Adam's naked ankles... Just too much for us ;))))))))) (not reallllly, but you know what I mean, we rarely see anything uncovered below the neck.. except the occasional arm and very nice chest...........................................erm...where was I now.........).

But yep, he's just too sexy for his socks...or without his socks as this case may be.

If he'd had dark socks on and/or some ankle boots, instead of no socks and these stylish, trendy shoes, there would be little notice of the length of his pants! At least I'm guessing!

The things we talk about......amazing!!!!

Adam often dresses purposely with a little quirk or two to get a reaction. And he does! If he always dressed traditionally and safely, fashion-wise, thinks would be a lot less interesting. He knew that those pants, shoes and no socks would be some buzz. And they sure did! Got for it, Adam! You are like no other.

JAK here.....Sorry, but I rarely find runway designs anything but nonsensical. I think the designers sit at their drawing boards and muse...."I wonder what I can trick them into wearing this season." This green suit should be given to a 9th grader it would fit and look good on....providing he wore socks.

Not even a smooth fashionista like Adam can makes this look good. My opinion, I'm sticking to it. I will say it's a good color, the sleeves are nice and the top 6 inches of the jacket. Beautiful black shirt.

I'm going to bed, you may destroy me with withering comments, I'm already full of pain pills I won't feel
a thing..

10:01 I agree with everything you have said. This is not the first time Adam's pants have been cut too short, but this one looks worse because of the no sock look and those ridiculous shoes. And I don't care what kind of crap is rained down on me for saying it. I don't believe that everything Adam does is perfect. If he took a good look at his picture in this suit, he might get a revelation.

As in the past, maybe Adam will look at pics of him in this suit and say "What was I thinking?". The pants are too short. This suit would've looked divine if the pants were longer. Maybe Adam just wants to be on trend or maybe he doesn't care or maybe he just does it for the buzz it creates. I'm not a troll. I adore Adam but I don't adore his too short trousers,.

I love that Adam is in style . . we don't get to keep up so Adam has to do it for us . . .If we went to fashion shows we would know that this is very fashionable and everybody doesn't have to follow but I love the outfit . . sure sets him apart from the norm

Anonymous said...

Can't say that Adam is boring . . always on the cutting edge

Looking fabulous . .

I'm so glad I live in a state that only has about 2 "fashion following" cities. And I don't live in either, yay!..JAK

Kinda disappointed in some of the critical posts here re: ADAM's outfit at the iHeart Awards. I thought the suit reminded me of the suits of the 60's ... tight-fitting jacket/ankle-lenghth pants ... chinos I think we called them ... and they were all the rage then.

Anyone else can start a fashion trend & that's "OK" ... but woe be unto ADAM for doing the same thing!!! "His pants are too short ... his jacket doesn't fit right ... the color's all wrong ... WHAT!! NO SOCKS?? ... how tacky!!" I don't think ANY of us here know WHAT the new trend in fashion is BETTER than ADAM so sit back & CHILL (as ADAM says). Give the man some credit ... ADAM has done GREAT before & will again!!

Sorry ... one-handed typing is tiresome!! Love 'n Light ...

As we all know, you cannot please all of the people 100% of the time. There will always be those who love the latest in Adam's hair color, style and clothes and others who will find something to criticize. That's just the way it is. Adam will wear what he wants to wear and I am sure he chose this suit with care and it was fitted for him. The shoes without socks is the summer look and I heard it was very hot in LA on that day. He was there, walked the red carpet, was interviewed, had photogs screaming at him for pics and he pleasantly went through it all. Even if he did not perform during the show, I was happy to see him do the intro for Bastille. I guess if you don't have a current hit or a newly released album to push, you are just not relevant to be a performer on any of the award shows unfortunately. But Adam's time will come soon. I want to see him on the talk shows before he starts the Queenbert summer concerts. Come on Ellen, The Talk and late night tv...let's get Adam on as a guest to talk about this major collabo with him and Queen. There are probably lots of people out there who know nothing about this summer concert series and might still be able to get tickets. And I think that Adam was the best dressed male at the awards show bar none.

If you are not a follower of latest fashion trends and you are a female (as most here are), little less or more than double his age (as many here are, myself included)... and you do not live in close contact with the world that is Adam's every day world, maybe you/we could just stick to lovin Adam, liking or not liking his outfits, hair, make up, facial hair but NOT trying to give him advice, judge or be rude in commenting his fashion sense... cause Adam is more than just a follower of fashion & trends, he's a fearless 'combinista', often so 'out there beyond fashion', he's a creative artist in dressing & "embellishing" himself... Imo fashionwise women 50+ (unless in the business) have very little to offer Adam (lol).

I'm here to love Adam and enjoy, get excited, learn new things, test myself re everything he puts out there 'For Our Entertainment'! Surely not expecting him to dress and look "how I would dress him" or live by my set of rules and values.... And so far regarding everything Adam I'm a happy camper!

In other words just shut up and go with the flow of approving ohs and ahs? Do you realize these threads would be about 5 comments long, if we didn't give our honest opinions? I don't think that's gonna happen. Actually I don't want it to happen, it would be boring if we all agreed about everything.

You did not read my post properly. Said nothing about having to agree about everything. State your opinions, own them, differing opinions are not the problem. But 50+ women trying to give Adam advice how he should dress, what he should or should not do etc. is just silly. That's not how life works

Intense forward motion!
