Adam Lambert & Queen May Continue Working Together, But How Will That Affect Lambert's Solo Career?

In June, pop star Adam Lambert kicked off a world tour as the new front man of rock band Queen, and so far, the tour is a success. Critics and fans alike have praised Lambert’s ability to “fill in” for Queen’s former lead singer, the late, great Freddie Mercury, and the tour is going very well, indeed. So well, in fact, that band member Brian May recently hinted that Queen may continue working with Lambert after the tour is finished. But what would that mean for Lambert’s currently on-hold solo career?
As TeamRock.com reports, May told Eddie Trunk during a recent interview that working with Lambert has really “woken” the band up. He continued:
There’s a big call to do more shows now. So, there’s a good possibility that we will do more shows. I think, beyond that, we’ll just see.

I think Adam always goes with the flow, his intuition or instinct will be his compass. My guess is Adam still wants his own songs/album; perhaps Adam comes up with his own album first because he has it half-done already. Then a follow-up of a Q+AL album. And then much later, merge...one side Queen songs and one side Adam songs on the cd...one step at a time.
Adam is very intelligent and I trust him to make the right decision for his career. He has said that he likes to have several projects going. I'm behind him whatever he chooses, have been since Idol, will be forever!

Just read that QUEEN + ADAM LAMBERT have been nominated for Band of the Year Award @ classicrock.com ... I just VOTED for them there. Saw it on Google ... Please go there & VOTE Glamberts!! Not sure how often you can Vote but there is a registration requirement ... very easy. If I can do it ... Anyone CAN!!
