Oops! Just saw the previous thread and yes, it is her.
She looks so different all the time, it's sometimes hard to tell. Nice of her to say she's proud of Adam. Sure would like to see Adam and Gaga collab at some point or at least do a duet.

For me this is the first time I see Lady Gaga give written kudos to Adam, first time she publicly behaves like a lady towards him... Long overdue, dear Gaga, but thank you!
