Whoa! Adam looks really him; his true confident self. QAL seems to have allowed him to discover himself even deeper. But like he always said, he's still same old Adam. Yea, down-to-earth tattered-and-torn handsome Adam. lwl!

Those tattered jeans may have certain significance or reminiscence of someone dear to Adam.

I just watched the AT&T Live Proud live-stream...Super Wow! Adam's voice as raw as it can get; just guitar, no other camouflaging instrumentation or backups; my favourite Adam mini concert, might have just snatched QAL for the moment lol!...so simple still so spectacular. Thanks Ustream! quite a treat there.

Adam from the waist up looks great, from the waist down, a tramp would be better dressed. Sorry Adam, hate the pants, also looks like a little disrespect to the others who did dress up. I know you probably paid a silly price for them, but IMHO they look terrible.

Trendy jeans and designer boots. Adam looked just fine for the event.

Whoa! Just got my best version of Outlaws of Love...I doubt very much anyone else could ever sing it like Adam, so real and poignant; very difficult to replicate.

His whole outfit is a mish mash of styles, nothing goes with anything else. He looked better when he went shopping. Just because something costs a lot of money, doesn't mean you can wear it with anything. I know Adam has said he doesn't give a f--k what anyone thinks of him or how he is dressed. That is fine, I just gave my opinion, which, I know doesn't count for anything. It's a good thing he happens to be a great singer, and is very rich now, because he is getting away with outrageous ideas about his clothing. Yet I have seen him dressed in ways that are tasteful and right for the occasion, so I know he can do it.
To me this wasn't tasteful or right, when I saw how the other people and guests were dressed.

Wow....
I think Adam looks / wears what he likes or feels is best. I have faith in his ability to choose his style. It might be a bit "kinder /gentler" to say you don't care for the outfit and leave it at that... but that's just me.
Can't wait to see some nice vids from this.

JAK said it best, Adam ditch the jeans, pour kerosene on them and burn them, ha ha ha ha

Knees peeking out a gaping tear
Latest from our handsome fashionaire
Raw edge and strands dangling here and there
Some like it not, some like the dare
What is the message...
Perhaps denoting brokenness that needs love and repair
Anyway, I was more engrossed in your singing flair
As Outlaws of Love hauntingly fills the air
Giving advice to the younger LGBT
To have a voice, live proud and take care

Aw, come on. Ripped jeans are as fashionable as many other styles. I think they were fine for this occasion. Casual and intimate. I'm sure the audience wasn't offended or thought it was insulting. He looked great, comfortable and cool.

Speaking from (past) experience, I can assure you that Adam's pants, no matter what he chose to wear, could have taken away from the experience of seeing and hearing Adam speak and sing at this, or any other, performance/event.. He is stunning, both in his physical appearance and "presence", and his voice, and those who are fortunate enough to be present in the room are drawn to him, to his beautiful face and the "aura" that surrounds him, that while it may be invisible to the naked eye, is certainly there...

I can't really imagine that anyone connected this this event would be offended by Adam's choice of clothing, especially at this event where people are encouraged to "Live Proud" and be who you truly are...

That's not to suggest that you personally have to like the pants :)

So 'Much Ado About Nothing' over a pair of jeans ... ADAM's Choice ... he is the Star!! I really don't think anyone who was Lucky enough to be able to attend this event cared about the jeans ... probably didn't even think anything about them at all!! Surely once ADAM started singing & talking with that darling SMILE the only thing anyone cared about was ADAM's presence ... WISH I could have been there!! THANX!! a million times over for posting this for us!! Love 'n Light ..

I expect this thread is dead now...(so many threads lately that they are dead within a few hours...)

Just wanted to say to Annmarie, that while its OK for you not to like his jeans, thats fine, ripped jeans aren't everyones cup of tea, I think saying he;s being disrespectful is way too much...
and your comment, nothing goes with anything else??? He's wearing jeans...jeans go with everything.

Adam would be smashing, even in lederhosen.

Okay. I think Adam should just settle this whole thing and make all the rest of his concert appearances in his Hugo Boss robe.
Problem solved! ;-))))
