Adam Lambert Makes New Year's Plans, Cameo in Latest 'American Idol'

Adam Lambert will kick off 2015 in a big way. The American Idol season-eight runner-up will join Queen in London for an exclusive concert airing live on BBC One.
The intimate show will take place at Central Hall Westminster (capacity: 2,000) near the iconic Big Ben clock-tower and serve as a sort-of warm-up act to a fireworks display along the river Thames at midnight.

"Words can't describe how excited I am," said Lambert in a release
announcing the concert. "We are going to kick off 2015 in style."Queen drummer Roger Taylor promised fans "a great night," adding, "I never imagined we would be around to usher in the year of 2015. What a thrill!"
The performance will be live-streamed, although it's still unclear whether fans in the U.S. will be able to access the webcast. BBC Radio One hosts Greg James and Gemma Cairney serve as hosts and tickets go on sale Dec. 2.
The news of the concert comes on the heels of the band's recent appearance on The X Factor, where they performed a soaring version of "Somebody To Love."

Lambert will return to his Idol roots this season as a judge called up to substitute for Keith Urban, who was mourning the loss of his father-in-law over the summer.Link to the article:

I love when Adam and/or QAL get press in a more established forum like Billboard & The Hollywood Reporter, and even a site like FUSE, where there is also a similar article today (maybe I can post the link). We should give these sites, articles, hits!!! And if the article has a video with it, we should play the vid. These sorts of #'s are tracked, and even 'though it may not be a huge deal, the more clicks/hits the better, shows interest. Anyway, great article, thanks for posting. I often general-Google Adam Lambert anyway, but I love 24/7 when I am pressed for time, thank you, I appreciate all the effort!
