Thank you, thank you, Mark Bowles for putting these on YouTube so quickly and thank you @ Glitzylady for getting them here just as swiftly. When I got home and logged onto the lifestream, I was just in time to hear the two hosts bid everyone goodbye and to drink responsibly - ugh! Talk about missing the boat entirely... ;))) Now, I'm enjoying these videos and I've got a big grin on my face!!!

Jadam, I totally agree! I'm still blown away by the specialness of sharing such a historical and perfect way to bring in the new year with our excitement, joy, delight and breathless moments (on TSMGO I think I forgot to breathe.lol) at the exact time as our Londoners and NZers alike (and so many other parts of the world!).

It was INCREDIBLE and so so much fun...... :)))

Happy New Year to All! Cheers and best wishes for a brand spankin new year! Hugs, Love & Peace xo

yada, Thanks for the acknowledgement, its always a thrill. I wish we had a reply option, though I know that would complicate things, when things get hot on here. LOL

Just finally got the chance to watch this Finale vid, and although I watched the BBC Live Stream from the US West Coast earlier (mid afternoon at my house!), I'm watching again just after midnight, now January 1, 2015, after a late evening NYE dinner out with my family, and with some pretty amazing NYE fireworks going off around the lake that I live on just north of Seattle. It's quite fitting to be listening to Adam and Queen, and have fireworks in the background..

And I can tell you, I have tears in my eyes because quite honestly, I'm just so absolutely proud to be a fan of Adam Lambert, and I swear he gets more and more polished and just literally more AWESOME in his vocals and his performance skills, every time I see him, live or like this, on video..

I've also been a fan of Queen for years, and it just makes me so happy for Dr. Bri and Roger Taylor, and I can only just begin to imagine how absolutely and incredibly THRILLED they MUST be to have had the extremely good fortune, karma, whatever it was that led them to Adam Lambert, and the same for Adam, who just sang his heart out for how many?? 15 or 20 million people, both in the UK and around the world tonight!!! It was that "full circle moment for him, once again, performing "We Are The Champions" on TV with Queen, with the first time going on 6 years ago in 2009 on the Season 9 American Idol Finale, and now here on the cusp of 2015..

Adam is truly one of the great wonders of the world, at least to me.. Yeah, I know, that's rather laying it on a little thick, but superlatives just seem to feel right when speaking of Adam Lambert.. Particularly with this performance tonight...

"One in a billion" just pretty much sums it up...

And as the brilliant Dr. Brian May said recently in his blog about Adam and this (then) upcoming NYE on BBC performance:

"We will be completely and utterly live and dangerous - something you don't often see these days on TV. The extraordinary Adam Lambert will be our front man and worthy channel. After this there will never again be any need to explain who he is, or why we have brought him into our team."

I suspect that he is absolutely correct.. There are always a few who will remain skeptical but by and large, this performance should have pretty much nailed it... Adam is the new "voice" of Queen, in this, their new incarnation.

Well, shoot, I meant Season 8 Idol in my comment above... Must have been the fireworks: Distracting!!! Yikes!!!

You said it Glitzylady so well. I felt like you do just about bubbling over with pride and excitement. He looked and sounded so beautiful.
I will be eternally grateful to Dr Brian and Roger for their imput. Although I have to say I am sure it has been as beneficial to them as I know they feel proud and happy for what Adam has done.
Happy New Year to you.

All of us watching from NZ, Finland, England, Australia and Glitzylady from the west coast of the US and me from the east coast.....plus millions of others......sharing a moment. It was sort of a happy goosebumpy moment.

Those of us who have wished for recognition for Adam will certainly feel joyful after this worldwide performance.

A perfect way to start a new year. Happy New Year to you all....:-)

I stayed home for New Years. This was my way of celebrating the new years in. Adam gave it all 100 plus percent, and also the Queen members. He is so beautiful inside and out. Never lets fame go to him head. Just love this site. Thanks for posting, from the bottom of my heart.
