BTW, can someone help me clarify a question a friend and I are discussing? Is Adam the first (and only) Idol ever to be on the cover of Rolling Stone? Friend says that Clay A. was on the cover in his own year, but I've never heard that before. When Adam did RS, I remember it being said that he was the only Idol to do it.

Just got an answer to my question. Clay was on the cover of RS in July 2003. Hope Adam gets another one someday!

Apparently, Adam's current shoot is for Notion Magazine. Other stars on the over have been Miley, Pharrell, Bruno, Jesse J. etc. so it must be pretty high profile. Fashion, music, culture, etc. Read this on Atop just now.

Clay Aiken was on Rolling Stone AND People magazine, when his son was born.

Kath, you could be right. In fact, I've never heard of another Idol, winner or not, who has been on the RS cover other than Clay and Adam. Adam has such star power still untapped. Can't wait for all the new promo.

Carrie Underwood has been on many magazine covers including Billboard (twice), Cosmo, People, Entertainment Weekly, Glamour, Marie Clair, etc etc.

Kelly Clarkson and Jennifer Hudson have been on the same ones as Carrie.

Well I hope we start seeing Adam on some good magazines soon. He has been on some un-known magazines, that the super market doesn't carry. I want to see his name and face every where.

With Adam currently in the UK, I'd like to see him on the cover of the very well-known "Hello" magazine or at least there be an article (& lots of pics) about him. You need to be someone important to feature in that magazine and Adam is definitely someone important!! :-D

Thanks so much for the info Glitzylady! It was probably a month or two ago now that a Barnes & Noble employee offered to take my name & phone number and said she'd call me when that issue came in. I suppose too much time had passed. ;) I'll try to run over there after work today. I'm so excited!!

Patience Little Grasshoppers; It is happening as we speak! Adam is moving on up to the "Big Time!!!! Nothing is going to stop him now. What ever magazines he is on; why complain?
I don't care if it is a free hand out. He has been in school book; how many can say that. Why compare him with all the other Idols, Adam is a man of his own worth. How many of them have sang with Queen? If we are going there; Adam is the only one who has sit in the judges chair as a former Idol shown this year; taking Keith's place when he was out, for the New York auditions!!

Comparisons are not important though. Adam on any magazine is great!! Thanks to the magazines. Who are all these people trying to compare Adam with all the former Idols??? Adam is moving on; and so should we his fans!!

I love this beautiful man; no one like him!! Let us celebrate Adam for all he has accomplished!! Believe me, the best is yet to come!! Patience Little Grasshoppers!!!!
