Adam Lambert shows off his progress in the gym while going shirtless for his post-workout selfie posted to his Instagram account on Saturday (March 7).
The 33-year-old singer also bared some skin earlier in the week while pulling down his tank top in some other gym photos.

I take it as an indication that Adam feels confident about his body. I am very happy for him and for us (to see it). GREAT! Adam we want more proves.

This should have been the image right out of the gate from Idol than the glam club kid, just saying.

Why do people go all silly, to see a picture of Adam, that is not his best picture. Just another selfie, like his dragon one. Adam has always been good looking, so why is this one different. It can't possibly be that you can see a few small muscles forming, is it? He has only just started this regime of work outs with a private trainer.
I think this picture is to show his fans that he is serious about the program. It also gives a few plugs to his trainer, who is very good with his clients. Besides this is a quiet time, with not much news until we hear the sound of a single falling. Adam has been putting a variety of selfies on here lately to keep us amused, and this is another one. What will he post on next?

Ditto! I have seen thousands of better photos of Adam, and now people go crazy when they see him shirtless! IMO he is sexier with clothes on, a shirt a bit (not too much) unbuttoned etc. But to each his own.
