I am glad that some good is coming from the Singapore situation, even though it is really upsetting to have so many people on a petition sign up for hate in a world where clearly we have too much of it. I feel as though the one powerfully good note is that Adam is transforming what could have been a gloomy and depressing circumstance into one full of hope and love. Hopefully, his willingness to continue to perform and speak out for mutual acceptance and diversity despite these haters will inspire others to be strong and courageous as well. Every person whose heart and mind is changed for the better is a victory for all of our humanity.
Adam is trending on Facebook AGAIN~ This time the heading says "Thousands sign petition to ban singer..." There are lots of comments about "lewd acts" from people that have never seen any of his performances, but have seen pictures and have heard about his AMA performance back in 2009.
