Queen + Adam Lambert have just been added to the 2016 Sweden Rock Festival in Solvesborg, Sweden June 8, 9, 10, 11. The actual date they are performing has not yet been announced..

Queen + Adam Lambert
Few bands in music history can be called unique. Queen is one of those few. In 1973-91 they gave the world a mixture of hard rock, progressive rock, pop, showtunes... virtually everything. And became monumentally successful in the process. Not just the band, but an entire era expired with frontman Freddie Mercury in 1991. In 2005, Queen's guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor, who played together since before Queen even existed, began a first world tour with the constellation Queen + Paul Rodgers. This was a great success, followed by a studio album and another worls tour in 2008. In 2011, the time had come to once more add new blood to the Queen family. The young, and stupendously talented Adam Lambert was discovered on "American Idol" in 2009, and got to know Brian and Roger as well. They hit it off, to put it mildly. These last few years, the constellation Queen + Adam Lambert has toured the world with astounding success, performing the immortal Queen classics. "Another one bites the dust", "We are the champions", "We will rock you", "Tie your mother down"... to name but a very few. Now they will also be arriving at SRF 2016. We are lost for words to describe how extraordinary that is. A phrase like "the highlight of the festival" feels painfully inadequate.

Wow..nice promotion. Personally, I am thrilled to see the continuing partnership of Queen and Adam, and hope it will continue for a long time. NO other circumstance can showcase the vast vocal capabilities, showmanship, and versatility of Adam for the world to see.... as Queen plays brilliantly across all genres of music.
Queen has brought a lot of new fans to Adam -- provided him with professional "gravitas" -- boosted his confidence, and been the "best band" Adam will ever front. I'm certain he has learned a lot.
Last, but not least, the obvious mutual admiration and warm friendship of Queen and Adam -- plus their sheer enjoyment of performing together is a pleasure to watch -- they LOVE what they're doing.
Adam has said that Queen's music is a huge "challenge" to a singer. That's true, and many people believe that Adam is the ONLY person capable of meeting that challenge. A big responsibility, and it keeps him on his toes, but in a sense it frees Adam to be his best, without the pressure of carrying the weight and problems of a tour of his own.
Long live Queen and Adam Lambert! Love, Love, Love them TOGETHER -- at least as much as Adam performing on his own tour. Best of BOTH worlds!
As far as fandoms go we are unbelievably lucky to be fans of " a young and stupendously talented", to quote the Swedish promotion, Adam Lambert, as well as, the incredible collaboration of Queen + Adam, where magic is made before our eyes! We can flail over Adam and the TOH Tour and now, once again, QAL at the upcoming Swedish Rock Festival. I'm a very happy Glambert!
Great news! Adam has Queen blood in his veins. What a testament to his talent, and what a legacy this will be for him. Sounds like the first half 2016 is filling up fast. Hope we get some TOH dates here in the states. Can't wait for the official radio push for ALN! Keeping viewing and playing it, Glamberts!

Fantastic news!!! I'm so happy for Adam, for Queen, and for myself haha. In the meantime I will keep supporting Adam in his solo efforts. He deserves it all. "I Want It All"!!!
