"Rocky Horror" started out as a musical stage show in 1973, became the cult classic movie in 1975, and the movie has been playing in movie houses at midnight showings since then, and STILL going strong.. For those who aren't familiar with the movie, OR have never been a participant at one of the live interactive participation events, or neither, this is for you!

Ever since its announcement, The Rocky Horror Picture Show telecast has filled us with nearly unbearable antici…(“SAY IT!”)…PATION! In the four decades since it debuted, The Rocky Horror Picture Show has become a cult classic, marked by weekly or monthly interactive viewings in theatres across the country.
For the Rocky “Virgins” out there, these screenings usually involve a series of callbacks that audience members shout along with or in response to many of the original film’s scripted lines.

It just gets more and more interesting!
Since I asked the question in the main thread topic: Are you a RHPS midnight interactive event virgin?
Fan of the movie, crazy as it is, have seen many times (own it on DVD, etc..).. and I've been to a midnight showing, definitely R rated in that particular case..(some events are pretty PG, others not so much.......).
When asked at the box office if I was a RHPS "virgin" I innocently admitted "Yes, I Am.."
Well, that was interesting! I knew what to expect DURING the show, but had no clue I'd be up on the stage before the show.
That's all I'll say. :))))
