Queen have been touring with Adam Lambert as their frontman for a few years now, but Brian May has teased that they might try to mix things up a little next year.
During an interview with BANG Showbiz recently, iconic guitarist Brian May explained that 2017 may bring something new:
"I think we'll do something different next year, I don't know what it will be. The Isle of Wight was great, it was fantastic, I loved it. It's kind of new and we're about to Asia and play Bangkok and Thailand and Singapore and these are all things we've never done. It's amazing at my age I'm still going to places that are new."
When asked if Queen have any plans to record original material with Adam Lambert, May added: "There's no plans at the moment [to make new Queen music]. People love to see us play live but I think people as a whole see Queen as an album land with Freddie so probably not."

So how is Brian May doing? He said after the Singapore Padang concert he was at "the end of his thrust"...but Queen gave a magnificent concert at the Padang. Adam seemed a bit 'high' and he was taunting the estimated 90,000 audience to follow his high notes. I think the audience sounded a bit lethargic maybe because they had watched the F1 Races all day and the concert started past 10 pm. The waiting could have weighted them down a bit. lol! And that prompted Adam to say:...You can do better than that Singapore! when they sang pitchless! lol! Helluva funny and then he sang it a second time: 'tooooh looove...' with gusto! Second time round, he approved and said Yes! lol! Queen and Adam gave Singapore such a treat on 17 Nov 2016. The most touching gesture came from Spike Edney...he gave an Englishman salute to the crowd as God Save The Queen played. I actually choked up a bit because the City Hall Dome looking down knew exactly what that meant...The WW2 Surrender of Singapore by the British. I enjoyed the Queen and Adam concert a lot even by just watching the the well-produced videos.
