Who is Wesley Benjamin Carter? Are we supposed to know? I may be clueless again but I really don't know!! Sorry!! ADAM really looks great in that jacket tho'!!

Followed a couple of the links below the photo above -- he calls himself a "makeup guru".
I had to check his IG too. He says he is Makeup Guru, YouTuber/Influencer. I think he is 20+ years old and he really has great make up -photos. He has pretty feminine face and looks great in make-up. When they met Adam called him "twink"; this Wesley -guy said it himself on FB. He seems to be "Adam's type": young and pretty. IMO looks a bit too thin but what do I know...
If you scroll down Wesley's Instagram page (link in the embedded tweet), you'll see some truly amazing make-up photos.. He does a wide range of make up, both glamour and for Halloween and other occasions, for himself and for others.. And he has a You Tube channel with many videos of make up tutorials etc.. Very talented guy.. I can see why Adam was impressed with him and his skills.

NoName....I think I remember, in an interview/discussion somewhere, Adam used "Twink" or "Twinky" to describe a "waif"-like type of gay...and Wesley appears to fit that description.
