Press Party: Adam Lambert spills the beans on how the Queen tour plans are taking shape

Queen + Adam Lambert's upcoming global tour is drawing closer. It starts on June 23 in Arizona and will finish in London on December 15, accumulating in over 50 concerts.
NME spoke to Lambert about how plans are unveiling. The vocal powerhouse said:
"Well, I mean the particulars aren’t quite all ironed out yet, we still have quite a lot creative conceptual conversations.
"The one thing that is moving forward is definitely the look of the stage. That’s been reinvented but it’s all sort of evolving as we speak.
"We were emailing back and forth about how to reinvent the setlist and do it different ways from what we’ve gotten used to doing, and I think its just important.
“We have fans that have come and seen us more than once and many of them that have been around the last four or five years. So it’s important to not feel like were just repeating ourselves, even though we’re gonna still perform the same massive hits that Queen is so well know for.

Sounds like we're in for a real treat with the new QAL tour! We all want the mega-hits, of course, but I love the thought of hearing some different songs from their epic catalog of legendary music. TBH, I don't many Queen songs outside of the major hits. The QAL tours have taught me so many songs I had never heard before. And more to come!
