My kids used to call pants that were very short like that "floods"-- it was meant in a derogatory manner.
Truth is, I find that length of pants very awkward and unattractive looking.... and especially so because of no socks. It's what we used to call a "country bumpkin" look....silly. But I guess that's also very fashionable these days.
Oh well....I keep trying to adapt!
The short pants that he wore made his long legs look shorter IMO.
Exactly, fluttsp.... throws off all his visual proportions by breaking up the lines. And it looks......silly!
