If I use a pair of 3D spectacles and look at the two pictures of Adam, they superimpose and become one 3D image of Adam, like his real face.
I have a viewer which transforms 3D slides into virtual real things/places/travels, like caves that I've been to or the canals of Venice; almost revisiting those places.
Many years ago, I was at the London Planetarium and we were each given a pair of 3D spectacles. At the show, Michael Jackson came on in 3D, I recall stretching out my hand to touch him. lwl!
Once at our Singapore Science Centre, watching a 3D film, I actually held tightly to my chair, whoa! I got the sensation I was falling off a cliff!
Can it be that maybe this picture was photographed so as to give that effect when viewed through 3D glasses & therefore not as flattering as mostly all of ADAM's pictures? He's still handsome but not as much as other photographs of him so I blame it on the camera .. not the subject!! We know ADAM is much more *GORGEOUS* (my favorite description of him)!!
I just love the fact that Adam is getting his due and the respect he deserves for fronting for Queen. He is part of their legacy now. He has brought them back to life. Brian and Roger are as grateful for him and he is for them. And the picture looks just fine to me. Don't know if it has any connection with the 3D thing.
Juxtaposed 3D pictures that I have seen with 3D lenses are identical; not one face bigger than the other as in these Adam photos; but could be due to camera. 3D lenses come in various forms. I have used a pair of 3D lenses fitted on a small stand that can be placed in the middle of the two pictures say on a book/ brochure and the photos will zoom into each other to give the 3D effect, in great detail, magnified. Yea, this Adam photo is less glam but I like the curl on the forehead.

It does not seem to me the best picture of Adam.
Is too dark and does not see his beautiful blue eyes.

Actually, I was thinking more of the Hot Patootie dangling hair curl. So sometimes we see something but the brain sees something else. lol!
Great photo! Love it!
