Adam’s playground comes to life
Riding a trishaw in reminiscent style
Cling cling cling… he rings the bell
Sure brings back memories as a child
Of my riding in a trishaw with Mom and siblings
Laden with groceries from the market
Cling cling cling! the same ole bell
Signals we are home
Now Adam rides this antique 3-wheeler
Throws flowers from the glamorous seater
Reciprocated by enthused audience takers
Next, sitting atop humanoid Frank
The new darling of the Queen clan
He rises from beneath the stage
Perplexed, rolling its purple eyeballs
What's going on...Who is sitting on my head…?
Be careful now…
Brian looks up at playful KillerQueen
In a purplish suit of floral pink
His full-throated vocals spread their wings
To join in the superb Queen voices
Giving a new face-lift to Bohemian Rhapsody
Love this latest rendition of *Rock symphony
Hues of psychedelic lasers
White, silver, blue, red, gold and green
Streak from the floor to the ceiling
QAL 2017.. a kaleidoscope of high-tech pomp and pageantry
So what's left ...
Adam turns it up, heats it up, tears it apart
Reaching out to touch everyone's heart
Oh no, he's coming to overturn our apple carts
With his immaculate vocals flying madly all over the Queen park lwl!

p/s I've been to Amsterdam...many moons ago. The tour took us to a diamond shop to see how diamonds are cut.

Hey Adam, how about doing an Elvis, the knock-knee movement, Jailhouse Rock; you already look a bit like him. So you can bring Elvis and Freddie back together.

Adam already does a little of the Elvis Jailhouse Rock moves when he sings CLTCL. Sometimes I wish he put more of that into it.

If he put too much into it, he'd be accused of imitating Elvis.

Adam's slight suggestion of a jailhouse rock... a "tip of the hat" so to speak... is enough to remind people that this was also an iconic Elvis cover of that Queen song... without looking like a copycat.

Adam seems very leery of imitating anyone... or seeming to. Fortunately, he doesn't have to....being himself is the absolute BEST of all!

Diamond cut diamond. Adam knows exactly how to change it so it becomes him! not a lock-stock-barrel imitation. No harm standing on the shoulders of an Icon, like what he's doing with Queen; never copy!

Or perhaps Queen is "standing on" Adam's shoulders? Seems that HE was able to help lift them out of mothballs/retirement. Brian and Roger say they will tour with no one else.

Of course, both theories are ridiculous, since they both are unquestioned "stars"in their own right. Neither Queen nor Adam need to, or would, "stand on" each other's shoulders -- they are EQUAL partners in their current artistic success...any other consideration is an insult to one or both.

And, it would cheapen Adam to imitate anyone...however iconic they may be. He doesn't do karaoke. The brief "Elvis" move referred to above is only a "tip of his hat" to Elvis's iconic rendition of the same song... a courtesy/"politesse" of one artist to another....
