Have you ever wanted To listen to a new band or musician and not sure where to start? Well, instead of listening to their commercial music, why not start with something off the record first! Today we talk about a musician who is currently singing with the band Queen and is rocking people all over the world – Adam Lambert
Strut – For Your Entertainment Album

This song opens with a fantastic beat that really builds up throughout the song and really defines what you can expect from the rest of the song. It is really catchy and has a real ‘sexy’ feel to it with the lyrics and the style of rhythm that it entails. A very great album track.
Music Again  – For Your Entertainment Album

This is the first song on the album and it is a great song for the debut album to start on – it is really catchy and has a very fun style to it. It really sets up what this album is all about and sort of hints to the style to come. It has a great guitar riff that really makes it stand out and a chorus that allows you to really see the different limits that this man can sing.

Went to the article link and it included some of my faves from the FYE club like Pop That Lock. That was one of the best songs on the that album, IMO.

Splendid article! Listening to the music Holly had chosen to confirm her appreciation of Adam's voice.....I was struck myself, again, at its versatility and many "colors"...and the ease with which Adam sings and conveys the desired mood.

It appears we have a Glambert in Holly!

So thrilled & pleased that finally ADAM is being recognized not only for his fantastic tours with QUEEN but also for his own Masterpieces that he wrote/co-wrote as well!! I'm hoping that others will start to realize the Brilliance of ADAM's own music along with his Brilliant interpretation of QUEEN's legendary music!!

To say that this is a dream come true for ADAM (and for all of us) would be an understatement!! Hurray!!

I'm not unduly perturbed by Adam not being as recognised as he deserves to be; like being awarded a Grammy, the highest Singer's honour. Adam is not getting into the right circle of influential people who dish out these awards based quite a lot on monetary gains for the music academy. Of course the artists/singers have to be of a high standard but isn't Adam? So perhaps, he and his management may want to use a different pathway. The recording company that Adam makes/sells his songs/albums plays a decisive role...they have the connections. So it isn't Adam's songs are not good enough nor his singing, his beautiful voice range...so many of his hit songs just got ignored but highly appreciated and picked up by other countries. For example FYE song, that's a hit! Perhaps the gay connotation tripped it though it topped charts in several countries. I like 'Lucy Run Away Run Away' ...a poignant song, lends itself to present times or any other interpretations.
I feel Adam may get his due Grammy next round...if his cards are played right; a lot to do with marketing strategy / management.

The first two albums were badly marketed/promoted by his record company! They only allowed ADAM to release one or two singles from each one while other artists were flooding the market with one after another! There was also gross lack of radio play .. what the reason is .. I cannot begin to know .. I thought there were more than two songs per album worthy of promotion & air play but these two albums although Chart Toppers were ignored!! Now that ADAM has severed ties with that record company I had hoped his radio play would have increased but yet again very little recognition by radio!! ADAM received more radio play outside of the USA than he did here!! THAT!! to me is a huge shame ... ADAM deserves more promo than he gets here & I doubt that it's his management .. it has to be something that we are not privy to & I fervently hope that is all over with before the release of his next album!!

Keeping my fingers crossed & praying for a change for ADAM's new Masterpiece!!
