So Adam's a giddy fan, too!

I have a love-hate thing for Beyoncé, at times I find her too much and way overrated! However, Adam is a fan and I can feel his excitement on seeing her at the Coachella via YouTube! I started to watch this concert on YouTube, but an unknown (to me) rap singer was being interviewed, so I just said forget it, not interested in watching anymore, got lazy, so I'll just look for any good videos on YouTube.

I want to clear something, I meant that I went to YouTube so I can watch the whole Coachella concert but when I got to YouTube, this rapper was being interviewed at the moment, I lost patience and quit watching.

I like Beyoncé just fine, event though I'm not a major fan. I don't really follow her. And she sure does put on a show. Nice that Adam gave her some praise for really pulling out all the stops at Coachella.

Is it just me, or do some of these acts that have a stage packed full of dancers with the star singing and dancing up front all kind of look the same after a while? Don't get me wrong. Beyoncé sings fine and can certainly afford the big extravaganza. But after seeing so many of these huge dancey productions, they all start to look the same. Maybe I'm just having a bad day. LOL

Looking forward to Adam's next solo tour. Beyoncé is sure an inspiration for anyone who wants to do a high-energy, full-out, big show. I love Adam's own solo shows, but he might get an idea or two from her! (Although he doesn't need a stage full of dancers. I just love his voice. Period.)

No thank you!! I'm strictly a One Man/One Band Fan!! Everyone else bores me so until I can see ADAM/Queen together or separately on Ytube/TV .. I'm content to watch what has already been uploaded there!!

Sorry .. age has it's preferences & modern music by other artists just don't cut it with/for me!! I'll stick to the past & QAL today .. TYVM!!

I do believe that if Adam could do it, he would have a big arena show with all the trimmings. I think he would love it. And I think he would put a new twist into it. I love to watch him dance, but his voice is THE star.

Adele, Adam Lambert and More Stars Lose Their Minds Over Beyonce's Coachella Performance

Thanks Mirela for this link. I just checked it out and I will see myself one of these days Beyonces performance and see what the deal is. In my opinion ANYBODY and I mean ANYBODY including Adam can put on a "spectacular show! It makes me cringe that celebrities including Adam (with my respect Adam) are or have already put Beyoncé high up on a PEDESTAL!!!!! Like she's Gods gift to the world! Not in my book, sorry. Having the money she has, along with JZ and his millions, they are going to put out "the damnest show ever"! Queen have their own spectacular shows, why?, BECAUSE THEY CAN!!!!! There are other artists that don't need all the "bells and whistles". Like Dee R Gee had mentioned Adams voice is THE STAR and doesn't need way too many dancers. I'm love seeing Adam dancing with Holly and Terrance. The three of them do an incredible job! So you see having so much money you can do anything!!! Adam is capable of creating such a show like Beyonces, at her level, because Adam is very intelligent and creative and a phenomenal artist on many levels!!!!

Sunflower, personally I'm not impressed by shows like Beyonce's. Much and great does not mean quality. The show has come to resemble the megalomaniac rallies in South Korea. Adam's voice feeds my soul more loudly.Shows like Queen or Adam seem more tasteful to me. I prefer to enjoy the vocal qualities or virtuosity of an artist rather than an army of shaking people.

Mirela, I agree with you, there are times when I prefer the artist only and not the rest of the population, because I find it distracting. From what I heard Beyoncé made history for being the first Black artist to open The Coachella concert, so I can see why this show was over the top! It's nothing new for her to come up with shows of this caliber. On the other hand I also understand what you're saying, she loves shaking that body of hers, the more shaking the more people are responding. The only one song of hers I absolutely love is HALO, and another song here and there but sometimes she gets on my nerve too, lol. Yes, Queen and Adams shows are more enjoyable, not much shaking their behinds with the exception of Adam, he can shake his body and behind as much as he wants!

You know what Mirela? Beyoncé made history in being the first Black artist to HEADLINE the Coachella. Isn't opening the show the same as Headlining? Well whichever it is she made history.

I totally agree with all of you. MORE IS NOT BETTER. The "spectacle" of a zillion dancers detracts... for me... from the music. Nor does it enhance Beyonce's talent one iota.

I find Beyonce very attractive...with a great voice... great body, and great dance moves. Why would she need to hide midst so much extraneous "frou-frou"?

If Beyonce "made history".....it was by the sheer weight of numbers...absolutely overkill, IMO.

You know...those huge numbers of dancers moving in unison reminds me of the enormous military parades that North Korea is so fond of....and, unfortunately, Trump has decided he should have, too!

In retrospect, in ALL fairness, I have to admit that I did not watch the entire performance. I was bored and irritated by the quantities of people on the stage, and stopped watching part way through. Maybe one day I will give it another try....all the way through...and THEN do my "review". That WOULD have been much fairer, on my part, in the first place, I'll admit.
