PURCHASING THE SONGS INDIVIDUALLY OR AS A GROUP: Purchasing the WWFM remixes individually may help its Billboard Chart rankings. Purchasing the whole remix album will help the remix album on the Billboard Chart. So you decide if you want to help the rankings of WWFM the single or REMIXES the album on the Billboard charts.
From AO Mod:
- REMIX EP sales DO NOT count towards FYE album sales, this is an entirely separate title and will show up in the Top 200 of the Billboard Albums and/or Digital Albums chart, IF it sells enough copies. The first is unlikely, the second could happen, but let us worry about charts, you guys enjoy the music.
- All individual EP song downloads purchased from the AO store, iTunes, Rhapsody, etc., will be tallied as such in Billboard's HOT Digital Songs Chart, which combines all versions of a given song (original, remixes, clean and dirty edits) under a single title. So it is true that "WWFM" and "FYE" sales totals for next week (or the following - see below) should benefit from the remix sales.
- As was stated earlier, the FYE Japanese imports DO count towards FYE album sales here in the U.S., and were responsible for the increases seen in recent weeks.
- I have yet to confirm with my sales team, but I'm pretty sure we'll be waiting until NEXT week to report the AO sales figures for the EP and its tracks, in order to maximize '1st week' numbers and charts once the iTunes numbers are reported.
But again, never mind strategy! Buy whatever songs you want when you want, beginning on the 9th.

Can you buy individual tracks? If you can, that will apparently help Adam the most according to another website. Not sure how all the stats work, but somehow he'll get credit for each individual sale of WWFM hopefully boosting to Platium.

Really? I already bought the whole album. I thought it was easier that way. If we buy individual songs, will it help the album rank higher? I thought the fans are trying to make the album rank higher? Not sure...
24/7 will clue us all in on the album vs individual tracts, won't you 24/7?
The brad walsh remix of WWFM is HOT!!!!
Lovin' 1 and 5: Bimbo Jones' FYE, and Jason Nevin's WWFM. Could definitely picture hearing them over in Malaysian clubs here. The rest are really good too, and of course how can anyone ignore Voodoo. Ugh, amazingly hypnotic that one is.
And, I just ordered my copy of the FYE Jap Import, its arriving in two days. Soo excited!!
Just bought mine x 3 have three computers.
If you buy them separately you increase the single sales.Buying the entire album counts like a sale of a new album ,doesn't increase the FYE album sales.I bought every single one separetely
