Adam is not someone who yo-yo's with his weight, so people like that usually stay within their weight range and rarely deviate from their usual caloric intake.

We know he is very health conscious - that smoothie was probably his lunch! Under no definition would Adam ever be considered "fat".

I NEVER said he was "fat"-- because he isn't! I never even said he was overweight-- because he isn't! I just said "I noticed a weight gain". And now I'm accused of "body shaming"? I thought that was teenage stuff!

Lighten up, guys. I still think he's gorgeous. Nobody's a bigger fan than I am. But most of you should already know that by now!

Looks to me like Adam has built up his upper body (I mean THAT BROAD CHEST!!!) and is looking awesome as usual. And yes, he's truly gorgeous in so many ways.. His looks only being one of those ways...

And yeah, can you even IMAGINE stopping in for a smoothie at Earth Bar, getting out of your car (in my case a very practical not-so-new Volvo station wagon...) and running into Adam Lambert just coming out of the shop on the way to his pristine and posh Bentley (yes, I'm slightly envious truth be told...).. and with him looking like this, all casual yet elegant and with that floofy & sexy ginger hair??!!!

Well, that would be one heck of a FINE DAY!!!!

I have often wondered what I would do if he was in the same store with me. Like the new Disneyland pics, why couldn't he have been there when I was????

Well said, Glitzylady! I can't imagine how I would react, seeing him on the street. Think I would stop breathing & be speechless. Adam had said he had lost weight on tour & needed to put some back. I think he looks healthy & gorgeous & he may be back with his trainer building some muscle. I also love his beautiful hair grown out on the sides, but next week who knows what he'll do to shake things up. I'm just glad he looks so happy & has this time to just do what he wants to do & have a great time. I love seeing him with Pharaoh as ell as his friends. It's so nice to see these adorable pics of normal life.

Not a photography expert in any way, but I do think that the camera is not kind to the loose and baggy look unless one is a beanpole. Even when Adam went with a baggy pants style during his last tour, it contrasted greatly with the tight leather pants that we all dream about!

Now that Adam is out and about, happy hunting to those in his zip code!

Doesn't look so much like weight gain as it does like maybe lifting weights ... that always puts a lot of muscle on & makes you look heavier but not necessarily overweight. My hubby used to be a body builder & he looked a lot different than when he stopped lifting weights but he still looked Great!! ADAM always looks Great to me too!! I worry that when he's touring he doesn't get enough sleep or eats less so sometimes he looks like he needs to take better care of himself ... I know! I know!! Mother hen ... sorry ... can't help it!! I'm just happy to see ADAM so happy!!

Good looking guy with a great voice, but yes, he’s gained some weight. And it’s not muscle. He’s a redhead (major ginger!) with a body that’s not naturally skinny, so changing his whole look takes some real effort, and that’s hard to maintain day in and out. He had a great sexy bad boy look when leaner, with black hair, and wearing leather, but I had more of a sexy bad girl look when I was young and skinny with long hair. Life goes on, and we’ve still got value.
