We just happened to notice something special in this Queen + Adam Lambert performance of "Seven Seas Of Rhye," "Keep Yourself Alive" and "Hammer To Fall," which took place at the United Center in Chicago on August 9, 2019.
First of all, during HTF, Adam was in a particularly playful mood, dancing up a storm not only to the audience, but very much towards Brian, as well as to Roger during Brian's solos.
But then he and Brian begin to have great fun joking around with each other — so much so that, at the very end of the song, Adam completely forgets to do something. It culminates in a wonderful spontaneous moment between Brian and Adam!
Another nice thing about this video is that Adam's money notes on all three songs are in the stratosphere, simply magnificent!, but especially during HTF when he moves to the upper stage and sings these lyrics:

"Rich or poor or famousThanks to YouTube user and Adam fan Tambert for the great video!
For your truth it's all the same
Oh, lock your door but rain is pouring
Through your window pane
Hey yeah, baby, now your struggle's all in vain"

Thanks broddybounce...enjoyed the great details you pointed out....especially the "play it one more time" exchange between Adam and Brian at the end. It made me laugh out loud!
I think Adam's playfulness and sense of humor increases the pleasure of performing for Brian and Roger...as well as the rest of the band.
There's always a sense of fun, lightheartedness, and respect in the midst of their awesome talent and professionalism. I can't help but feel that is transmitted to their audiences, too.
It's true. Adam never forgets the fun in performing. He transmits it to everyone. I think Brian and Roger get a real kick out of him every time. He's spontaneous and naturally happy. It's infectious.
Oh broddybounce this is from my show Yay! Lol All good fun makes these concerts more special! Do you know my side didn't see anything on the screens but I took a small pair of binoculars, so I watched almost the whole show that way.
