I personally do not like tattoos on my man. I like them raw.

But does anyone know what those tattoos mean?

Love the tats! Sexy and very meaningful to Adam. Also can be professionally covered( airbrush make-up works) quite easily for movie roles and the like.

They are not that big and are located in a discreet area... and here's what they mean!!!

Eye of Horus - This is an ancient Egyptian symbol and is used as protection. It is a popular form of tattoo in the modern tradition of tattooing.

Infinity - The infinity symbol looks like a number eight lying on its side as is an ancient Arabic symbol. Many people get this as a tattoo to represent the eternal nature of the soul.

I'm not a big fan of tats but I don't mind them as long as they are not overdone. To me, so far Adam's are tasteful and obviously meaningful to him so I like them. I REALLY don't like the sleeve thing he has mentioned. To me, that would be overdone.

I saw them on ADAM's twitter this morning & I personally like tattoos when they aren't gaudy or take away from the beauty of the person. These tats are meaningful & classy ... just like ADAM!!

Personally, I don't like the sleeve tattoos AT ALL

I have the Eye on my back. It's been there for over 15 years and I still love it! When you have a meaningfull Tatoo, it NEVER goes out of style. Love the ifinity. I thuoght it was according to Judaism. Maybe I am wrong.
Remember! it's Adam's body. you can have your oppinion but He can Do whatever he wants. and we should ALL respect that!

I don't mind he has another one around his upper arm, he has a very nice shoulder to show off. May be a little one on his lower tummy. when he jump up and down on stage, we can peep through. That;s just saying.

I like the two tattos together, it complement eachother, very meaningful & tastefully done. Personally I am not big fan of tattoos, but I don't mind the small one on discreet area.

The infinity one also looks like the number 8, which is very lucky in Chinese culture.

Like many things concerning Adam, I was not much interested in tattoos before, but now ........ those two are just part of that gorgeous man and top out as classy and fascinating. May the ancient protection remain a powerful force for him for INFINITY!!

I've always maintained that Adam's eyes are grey/green. People have argued with me that his eyes are blue. I think his tat of the eye of Horus prooves my point. Why would the iris be green if not for Adam's own eyes?

I love the infinity tat...no beginning and no end.

I hope (and it's just my opinion) that Adam doesn't get any more - especially a sleeve.

One more idea...I would love to see Adam do a big budget movie with him as Elvis. There have been made-for-tv movies, but no big screen. Kurt Russell did one maybe 15 or 20 years ago. It's time and who 'betterer' to play the king than the KING?

Contrary to personal opinions of all those mentioned above, I would love to see Adam get a sleeve tattoo. Knowing him, it would be just as classy and sexy.

It looks like he embellished and colored in his original Eye of Horus and added the infinity tat beneath it. My main objection to a sleeve for Adam is, I believe it would limit him branching out in movies, etc. Tommy and Longineu are primarily musicians,and for them,fine, but Adam is a very multi-talented performer and I would hate to see him miss opportunities because of it. There also still is a stigma in some parts of the business world, like it or not and this also most definitely is a business for him that he needs to consider if he wants longevity and variety. What he did was tasteful and sensible. Neil decided to pass, which I think was for him a better choice. His Dad tweeted him not to get a "tramp stamp". lol Never heard that term before. funbunn40

but i love it only for adam !! char ..

Adam says his eyes are gray, and sometimes look green or blue, depending on the light, what he's wearing, etc.

I'm an Adam fan. However I'm not a fan of tattoos. I find them vulgar and they don't get better with age. If you get sick of them, too bad... they're with you forever.

@Sweetie July 7, 2010 6:26 AM - my eyes are very similar to Adam's (and my coloring overall is very very similar to AL's and his Dad Eber's, the Swedish in me, similar to Eber's Norwegian maybe??????) and my eyes can come off gray, green, blue and even hazel, depending on various factors... of course AL's eyes also possess that something special - a glint, an intensity, etc., that is unique to only HIM on this planet :)...lawdy they are compelling.
