Adam's brother Neil has started his own Youtube show. Check it out!

Neil: "We went down to City Hall in LA to speak with some of the people participating in the OccupyLosAngeles movement. I expected to hear a lot of people saying the same things over and over, but it turned out that OccupyLA contains many differing political points of view."

@negativeneil: Youtube show: Occupy LA youtube.com/watch?v=gbCWdr… Doesn't necessarily reflect my views (cuz most is over my head) but PROUD of u!

Oh my, both Lamberts on one blog! I'm wild about Neil, a few decades ago I would have chased him around campus. Love love brainy guys! I will enjoy seeing him on a regular basis.....There were a few valid points along with the usual opportunists who always show up at almost any gathering...that's the USA. But I was terribly sad to hear of the young man badly injured in one of these gatherings today when there was clash with police. I hope he'll be okay..JAK

I am like Adam most of this stuff is over my head but still is very interesting to listen to.What will it hurt?

Neil could only find one woman to interview? Interesting.

Anonymous said...

He could interview me. In depth.

Thanks Neil! Great coverage, with of course, your brand of humor. Loved it!

Adam and Neil, two brothers yet so different from each other. Both very intelligent and articulate. Both so talented in their own way. Lucky Leila and Eber to have raised such wonderful sons. Lucky us to watch them both evolve into productive, involved, fantastic young men.

I don't know who edited this piece but it was really well done. Could have been on network news. In fact, it would make a nice departure from the regular coverage (which is pretty dry, sobre and more focussed on the masses than on the little guy/girl.) I like the subtitles (especially the "NOTE: not happened yet")

This is Neil's "wheelhouse!" I am aboard this train. Can only hope that LA doesn't take an Oakland approach to these protestors. If they do, Neil hopefully will catch it in real time. Good luck Neil, you are in the right place at the right time to make your statement.

I have noticed that Neil is a hard worker. I was at one of Adam's GNT concerts and saw him in action, he worked his booty off.

well, this might be the little niche I need to get hubby on board with adam. Showed him this and he was totally on board (he thinks like neil) and said who is that guy? couldn't wait to say adam's brother and these are two brothers that will make a difference in thier own way. No comment from him but he's interested at least.

Eber and Neil are choosing the name for Adam's band, heh heh.

Anonymous said...

@5:54 What?

Anonymous said...

In my opinion Adam's current band is less exciting, so the name should be consistent with it.

I don't know what makes people think that Eber and Neil follow Monte on twitter, because they are friends. They might be keeping an eye on him.

Neil is very talented in his own right and extremely bright. I met him briefly and he was polite and charming, not negative at all! He is a hard worker. I saw him in action at the GNT and I bet he and Adam have a renewed respect for each others work ethics and talents. That first tour had to be pretty intimidating, anticipating the unknown. Neil had to be a great help and rock for Adam,as well as smart confidant. They will always remember this very special first tour that they shared as brothers as well as being integral parts of the GNT. Glad they have each other and their own individual talents being realized and recognized. They both are strong, independant men with exciting futures.

Hey, Adam is now the 1%! How does that feel, he made over a Million Dollars, do you think you need to pay more Adam???? Adam found the American Dream with hard work, the rest of that so call 99% of losers that are protesting need to go work hard and quit waiting for a new mommy & daddy to provide it for them.

@ 6:16 AM

Are you insane? Do you think that 99% of our citizens are deadbeats?
On my street alone a nurse who has worked 22 years, double shifts frequently, has been laid off. A special ed teacher, a physicians assistant, a Macy's employee, and a chef have been the victims of downsizing. They want to work, they need to work, they are looking for work, daily. To feel at least useful, most of them are volunteering at charitable centers.
Fortunately there are several retired couples who, thank God and our government at present, are financially secure due to our years of hard work, we are helping our neighbors as much as we can.
I'm glad you don't live on my street! Think before you open your mouth, who's bulls**t are you spouting? Or are these stupid remarks your own rhetoric?
