Hey @JAK, you think we can get this thread to over 200 comments!? LOL!

Loved the interview and the performance. LOL to the guy in white suit. He has a crush on Adam in a weird way. Touching and pushing Adam and Adam's look priceless like WTF man control yourself. LOL!

Anonymous said...

Not many people could can resist touching Adam....he's just too gorgeous and mesmerizing...gahhh, that megawatt smile :)))))

I think I remember when we saw him on this tv station the first time, the male interviews also kept touching him and told him how "sexy" he was! LOL!!!!

Does anyone else think Trespassing is the next single! Adam looked and sounded beautiful. So much joy is pouring out of him. Sexy!!!

@CT I remember the first one too. He definitely loves Adam as a sexy performer. In this one he said sexy sexy Adam sexy. LOL!

@ 9:12 P.M.......JAK here

200 comments? Piece of cake! I could make 200 comments about Adam all by myself.....don't worry, I won't! But I'll make one...I liked the simple lines of the black coat and the neckline which didn't crowd around his neck and face, very 'clean' looking.
.....Well, maybe 2 comments. No one has legs as good as Adams!
^o^

Love Adam I have been a fan since wicked but I have to say I like his hair dark better than bleached out.

Anonymous said...

i just made the comment above this about Adams hair still feel that way. My granddaughter just walked in she is a blond beautiful long hair & she just dyed it black! I guess that will teach me to keep my opinions to my self. I don't like her hair black either!

lorraine said...

Just an absolutely beautiful man -and I love how he exudes joy and loves to be around people. As far as the "touching" goes.....you really can't avoid it when you are near him. The last time I was waiting outside, following his concert in San Diego, I found myself touching his left forearm as he was signing his autograph for me.I really didn't care about the autograph--just found myself wanting to be near him- and touch him!!! By the way, I found out later {from a friend of mine} that I was on TV with my daughter standing behind me when Adam was walking by me outside the Symphony Hall theater downtown SD. I think it was being televised by E Hollywood story when Adam was being featured. I still remember the touch......

Anonymous said...

I thought Adam looked a little startled by the rather intimate chest touch or cupping! Whoa there.

Anonymous said...

This smile is killing me!

Anonymous said...

Arigatou gozaimasu! I remember the green-suit guy hit Adam's chest real hard the last visit, to the extent, Adam said, whoa! He seems more docile this time. The white-suit guy is slapping Adam all over the place...lol! I think the Japanese may be more accepting of Adam in terms of sexuality; maybe they view him as more feminine than masculine. For me, it's the other way round; so it's all in the mind. I think this shade of blond suits Adam. :)

I am really loving the super super duper High Def quality of these Japanese television stations! Yes, Adam has a face and a smile that would like up an entire city. My power went out for a couple of hours here. I really needed him lol. Ok, not lol. For real.

Talk about touching. I will never forget the first time I met Adam this past January and I went to shake his hand (being respectful) and he reached out and grabbed me and gave me this great hug and even leaned in to me. I touched the olivy brown leather jacket!!!

Anonymous said...

This was soooooooooo good - the interview (had to concentrate hard to hear it all) and the performance of Trespassing was PERFECTION PLUS - and Adam looked AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

Anonymous said...

You were oh so lucky, daydreamin!! :-D

Anon 11:11 yes I was! That was a nice small, intimate gathering at a radio station. There were about 20 of us so I got to have a conversation with Adam for a couple of minutes. Just thinking about it gets me happy all over again. Seeing this high def video's reminds me of it all. It feels like you are right there in front of him. Need to put this up on my big screen tv now... I really wish all of you who have never met Adam get an opportunity to meet him! We are all crazy for him. I don't get it, we don't get it, he doesn't get it. It just is.

Just loveeeeee your post!:) about meeting Adam & yes, we don't get & Adam does not get it:)
what is it about adam that he's got us all crazy over him

Adam sure gets to experience different things, lol, but he handles it brilliantly. Is he singing playback, no? And Sauli is still sleeping while Adam and the rest of the band are working hard ; ) It would be nice to see some pics of them shopping together later...

Anonymous said...

Watashiwa anatao aishiteimasu! I love you in japanese (I think). I learned it from a japanese roommate I once had.

lorraine said...

@ daydreamin--still waiting for my Adam hug. That night-following the concert in SD -there were so many waiting outside the theater and the security folk put up a barricade. Because of my daughter, I was able to get to the front and held on for dear life to keep my spot. So, when Adam came out, he walked right over to me and I didn't even notice it was being televised. The barricade kept anyone from being able to hug Adam;that's why I dared to reach out and touch his arm. I know I sound like a crazed teenager-but I just HAD to touch him! Someday,I hope I can give him a hug. That would be awesome. I'm glad you have that memory for always.

Anonymous said...

Adam sounded great. Too bad the band didn't get to play live.... They are really confused. Kevin even forgets to play in some parts even though you can clearly hear the keyboard.

I am going to go back into old territory because I found this to be very interesting. Here is a partial article. You can read the rest in the link below this partial article:

While every measurable indicator favored an Adam Lambert victory around the nation, back in Conway, Arkansas Chick-fil-A mounted a campaign to change that outcome. Week after week people gathered to vote at Chick-fil-A sponsored events. It was not just ordinary voting, but power texting with multiple phones and after hour voting with West coast go-phones. Voters were encouraged to vote thousands of times each with free food and prizes. It was an appealing incentive in this sleepy collage town. Keep in mind that they could rack up an impressive number of votes. 10,000 votes from 2,000 people = 20 million votes, 3,000 people = 30 million votes. There were about 3,000 people at the Vote Party on the night of the final. Allen Kiser attended with his Chick-fil-A cows baring name tags that identified themselves as Vote Party "Staff".

For weeks Kiser stuffed his take out sandwich bags with "Vote Party" fliers at his local restaurant, he fed the late night voters free sandwiches, he gave out hundreds of food coupons and Chick-fil-A toy stuffed cows. Kaiser made up gift baskets as prizes for the highest voters and a grand prize of free food for a year.

The result was that a very ordinary singer won the contest. It very well may have seemed like a victory for the haters, but forces in the universe have a way of correcting evil. Now, over three years later, Adam Lambert has a #1 Billboard hit with his sophomore album Trespassing. Lambert mesmerized the world with his European tour as the frontman for the iconic band Queen. Yesterday fans were trending worldwide begging Adam Lambert for a Trespassing tour. Lambert's star is on the rise, and the guy that a homophobic fast food restaurant supported to defeat gay Adam Lambert? He is opening outlet malls.

The lesson to be learned is expressed in Lambert's own words:

Adam Lambert - "Love overcomes hate. Love has no color. Love has no orientation. All is love."

Adam always looks immaculate. His attention to detail is outstanding and oh my, this performance of Trespassing was absolutely fabulous.

Anonymous said...

@12:05 AM .... Brian plays the keyboard not Kevin. Kevin stopped playing the keyboard for Adam a good while ago.

I thought it was a fantastic performance by Adam. The band was great too, the backup singers weren't needed and Adam looked his AWESOME self.

HK fan said...

That was great, love that jacket on him, and a really good performance of Trespassing.
He copes so well, it must be really difficult to have 3 people talkig at once at him in a foreign language, and having to give them his attention whilst trying to listen to the interpreter. But he still anages to be so gracious.
The guy in the cream was a bit 'pushy' though, and then touching his chest....

Adam is just perfection in every way. I so admire how he is able to adjust to every new situation with grace and humor. He is truly a role model for "how to be" in any situation. And, it's not acting, it's just Adam being himself as he has always been. It's why he's loved by millions. He just radiates kindness and joy. You want to reach out to him in some way. And with all that, there's his amazing talent, looks and style. I doubt that I will ever meet him, but I feel blessed to be part of his journey in such a small way here in cyberspace.
In love with Adam Lambert,

Quite an eye-opener for me; that people go to such extreme just so somebody loses; to satisfy their own ideology. In this case on the surface, it appears to be anti homosexuality. But the last sentence "opening outlet malls" makes me question whether there may be an underlying motive, a tantalising, lucrative one; sort of killing two birds with one stone.

I'd like Adam to choose Shady instead of Trespassing as the next single. My crystal-ball is sending out some sparks on Shady. lol! :)

Anonymous said...

@Lam-my .... Shady would be a great single as would so many other Trespassing songs. :)

Anonymous said...

Adam looked gorgeous, but then I have to say no matter what he chooses to wear I don't think I've seen a bad photo or video of him yet. He has exceptionally good taste and a real eye for detail, excellent people skills and a wonderful talent!

Anonymous said...

I love the FYE video......just have to say this once in awhile...

Anonymous said...

Makes you wonder how far some people will go to keep Adam off radio??

Anonymous said...

? Aren't singles taken directly from the album? If so, Shady would be an Adam Lambert/Sam Sparro song.Sam sings a great deal of the song. So how would that work?

I know Adam sings the song alone at promo concerts but then it wouldn't be the single song. I much prefer the album rendition, the combination of Sam and Adam makes the song more interesting.

Anonymous said...

It seems to me we've worn out the blond controversary. I look at it this way, think how time consuming it must have been to keep that hair black. It was easier when it was long and floppy - Idol emo - but with it short around the ears and back the roots were always on display, he had to have almost daily touch ups. With this color he can go a couple weeks or more before the natural color coming in is obvious. Must be a time and money saver.

Anonymous said...

@9.12AM..JAK, I like your description of Adam and agree with you he does look very classy, very clean cut. I did prefer his hair darker, not that I'm being negative, but this new blonde look I'd say is equally good, it just takes a little while to get used to,just being honest. Can't wait to see Adam in Sydney, we're all very excited to catch up with him.:)

Anonymous said...

@5:17 AM
Shady could be marketed as being sung by Adam Lambert feat. Sam Sparro. There are heaps of songs with feat. singers.

Anonymous said...

Lam-my, I'd love Shady too!

Anonymous said...

Trespassing is not fit for radio so i doubt it would be a single.

Anonymous said...

Let's be happy if Trespassing is the next single ok. I think most fans wanted Trespassing in the first place. It's very immature to always want the opposite you are getting.

Anonymous said...

It has to be between Trespassing and Cockoo. They wouldn't waste the Pretty Little Liars appearence on songs that are not singles. He is singing Trespassing at all of these new promo stops, so I am guessing Trespassing.

Anonymous said...

Such a cutie pie!!!

Anonymous said...

Not fit for radio? Do you listen to the lyrics of the songs on radio? Trespassing would probably be playable on Sesame Street!

Anonymous said...

Ok, so I'm about to go watch Jessie J sing with Queen and see if it is as awful as you all say it is.

Anonymous said...

I think the next single is Trespassing or Cuckoo - probably Trespassing but Cuckoo is more radio friendly (jmo). Whatever song it is, I hope and pray it does well for Adam.

Anonymous said...

Adam looks and sounds stunning. I can't blame that guy for not being able to keep his hands off him. I couldn't either. Shady SHOULD be the next single, but it probably won't be. He's featuring Trespassing and Cuckoo now, so we'll get one of those. I'm hopeing Shady will be the FOURTH single! Adam said there will be more singles, PLURAL!

DRG

Anonymous said...

Jessie J wasn't "awful" with Queen. We've all heard Queen's songs sung by men so it was a really tough call for her to sing it and she sang it as best she could. Let's face it, Brian and Roger wouldn't have chosen her to sing with them if they didn't think she could do it. There's another lass who sings with Brian sometimes but her name escapes me at the moment.

SG said...

First I'm gonna joing JAK:

Dear Adam, do not worry about remembering an event by what you were wearing,we do/know that too.

Queen Fans converted!? Of course they did, you made them to!There's no way out of your charm and talent!!

Funny quiz and the guy with the beig suit is a Glambert! He's totally under Adam's spell! BUT HEY!! Do not touch his chest!Tha's mine!! well, I share it with Sauli but whatever....

Shopping gloves, of course! He doesn't have any, poor bb..;)

He sang only one song and he choose Trespassing, not the current single NCOE, so I think Trespassing is gonna be the next one!! I loove it! Can't wait to watch the video, is gonna be really powerfull!! and it's been a while since I heard it for the first time and I still can't listen to it without moving my ass!!

Lam.my
Your cristall ball sparks are Trespassing sparks!! Take a closer look, see!? they are black& yellow!!LOL!!

Daydreamin

Thanks for posting that.I think if you are honest and good person, live shows you the right way to follow to get what you deserve, and Adam is all of this and a really hard worker, so he deserves the best!!

Back to squeez my pillow.....well not a pillow in my head...;)))

Anonymous said...

I'm going to guess Cuckoo just because they are saturating the audience with Trspsg and Cuckoo would be a newer song in same style.

tess4ADAM

Should we have our own poll?

One + for Trespassing
Two ++ for Cuckoo
I vote ++

Anonymous said...

Adam is a fan of Jessie J and we all know Adam has great taste.

Anonymous said...

I think it will be Trespassing but I'd prefer Cuckoo. I can hear it on the radio already! :-D Whatever the single may be, I will support it to the max.

Anonymous said...

Has Pharrell been named an Idol judge? Is that right? I would just love Adam to be on the judging panel with him. Adam has the greatest respect for him, and he could learn a lot from him.

Anonymous said...

According to a poll carried out some time ago, Shady ranked a lot higher than Trespassing so it's not true that most fans want Trespassing to be the next single. Shady is very stylish and even a little bluesy with a great bouncy beat. I like that and has nothing to do with always wanting something opposite or being immature. Yea definitely, 4:30, 6:13 and I will be very happy if Adam picks Trespassing a song with gumption and attitude and drums. Music is subjective to the listener and one should not jump to conclusion when others like another song more, than the one picked. That to me is immature.
Lam-my

Jessie J isn't awful. She is a great vocalist. That song wasn't right for her. I showed it to one of my friends and he right a way said WWRY is a guy song. It should be performed by a guy. But he liked her a lot and he said he is gonna check her out on Internet.

Yes, Adam has complimented Jessie J. I don't listen to her type of music. I don't think we must totally agree with his music taste. It's only important that we like Adam's music. I think it's great we are finally getting rid of some people who don't like Adam's music at all. They don't belong to this fandom, imo. I'm talking about those who only like the fanfic pairing and the stage gay.

Yes, I do think Trespassing is the next single.

Anonymous said...

Sad to see dissing of the Jessie J on this thread. She is a well loved entertainer throughout the world now. Adam himself is a fan.
Of course she couldn't replace Adam with Queen, and that obviously wasn't the intention. It was a British night for sure.

Adam is a wonderful goodwill ambassador for the U.S. He is respectful and gracious in all situations and always manages to learn a few phrases from the language of each country he visits.

I was thinking about Adam last night and I thought he would make the perfect Prince Charming. I don't think it matters about his sexual preference. Let's face it, no one is more charming than Adam and men as well as woman are drawn to him. Adam is like a magnet. If you are in his presence, you have to fall in love with him. If I were a producer or director, I would definitely cast Adam as a prince. Who wouldn't fall under his spell........Let's make it happen - is anybody listening????? Disney perhaps? Why not?????

When I heard Jessie J is singing with Queen for the closing ceremony because ADAM can't, I was all for it because she is a an amazing vocalist. She is the only female vocalist I admire among the current pop singers after I watched her on that You Tube that ADAM mentioned "She can SANGG!" I said WOW!

And I became aware of her and became her fan and I like Domino. So I was actually looking forward to her singing with Queen. Having said all that, it was a let down that she didn't sound good with Queen. I guess after ADAM LAMBERT with QUEEN, anyone will suffer in comparison. And it's true that WWRY is meant for a guy to belt it out.

I'm quite delighted (very HAPPY!) that everyone who's aware of ADAM's amazing collaboration with Queen now know what a phenomenal talent and vocalist ADAM is! And he surpassed everyone's expectations as frontman for Queen.

And somehow I thank Jessie J for letting everyone who watched the closing ceremony know, no one is better than ADAM LAMBERT!

HK fan said...

@anon 8.07am
noones dissing Jessie J as such, in fact most people have said that they like her, have some of her music etc...and that her own performance at the closing ceremony was good, but they didn't enjoy her singing with Queen. Its not just people on here that have said that either. I'm sure her next song will be great........as long as its not a Queen one!!

Anonymous said...

@8:58am, interesting take on the Jessie J collab w/ Queen, lol :).

On a very serious note, Jessie J is a stunning vocalist. Look up her old You Tube stuff, a true talent (like Adam). Perhaps also like Adam, people will care for her or not, but IMHO it is not debatable that she is a wonderful vocalist, with NO TECHNOLOGICAL ENHANCEMENTS WHATSOEVER, which is so admirable.

Also a fan of "Shady" as a single! Always was.

This appearance (in this thread)once again reminds me of how much I adore Adam, on about 3 million different levels. :)

and re that "old news"... that's what happens when people vote AGAINST something, instead of earnestly and genuinely FOR something... egg on the face!

I'm a Shady Club member too.
My wish is for it to be released as a single late this year before the Grammy.
And that ADAM will perform Shady at the Grammy with Sam Sparro and with Nile Rodgers!

It's all for the BEST if this will happen: ADAM, SAM & NILE at the Grammy!

Actually, I am now very thankful that it was not ADAM who fronted with Queen at the closing ceremony for it all avoided any negativity from Queen purists especially it's for the Brits time to shine.

But now we have all this negativity thrown at Jessie J and most Queen fans longing for ADAM instead. And all these praises being showered on him and letting others be aware how incredible and what an amazing vocalist and performer he is. (All effortlessly, for just not being there.)

It's now all positive feelings for our BB, not only from Glamberts but also from Queen fans, those who experienced the Queenbert concerts, those who have not and are now curious and looking forward to him fronting Queen again.

All for the good really!

Wow, Shady Club membership is increasing by leaps and bounds. Yea Nile Rodgers reminds me a little of Brian May, very professional and sensitive; they know exactly how to incorporate their music to fit Adam's singing. Adam is a very special singer and Brian and Nile, two great musicians conceptualise that. Their music does not compete with his voice rather, takes it in, without overpowering it. Yea Shady is Grammy material alright. I especially like the bluesy overtone of the song.

So, is it cool to be Jessie J fan, because she is so famous? It was the same with Gaga. I believe some choose to be fans, not only because of the music, but to be in a massive fan base. Makes them feel more powerful. Am I right?

I don't know what you're spouting here. I for one become a fan of any artist who is amazingly talented especially original incomparable talents. I'm a fan of Elvis, MJ, Whitney and I am a die-hard Glambert. That's all in my whole life. And I have never been so much of a fanatic of any artist as I am now with Adam.

For Lady Gaga, I only admire her copious talents and creativity. But I'm a fan of Jessie J as a vocalist but will never be a member of her fan club. Now, what's wrong with that?

Anonymous said...

Don't you think that Adam looks thin here esp. with the long black coat? I guess watching what he eats and juicing along with some treadmill workouts are really helping him stay in shape esp with all the travelling he has done lately. I wonder if he can find a Whole Foods store in all the cities he has been to the last few months. He loves wearing black and that, of course, also helps to make you look thinner. Adam looks good in anything he wears; he always seems to be comfortable, yet stylish. It will be interesting to see what he will be wearing for those concerts in Japan later this week. I hope he doesn't spend all his money from these concerts on shopping.

@9:55

I am not a Jessie J fan, or a Lady Gaga fan. I respect what they do, but would never go out of my way to listen to them. If I am going to listen to a female artist, give me Barbara Streisand, Bette Midler or Judy Garland!

Adam is in a class all of his own, in regards to vocal talent, charisma, and stage presence, there has been no one like him since Elvis.

We all know he is beautiful but keep your hands off of him please that was disgusting

Adam tweeted about that

Adam needs the dark hair to give him the edgy look.

@ 8:19 pm I'm wondering if you would be rude enough to insult Adam's backup singers to his face.
Is it a crime, a sin, to be overweight? Adam was way over 200
pounds at one time you know. I'm sure you wouldn't have been a fan of his then. Exquisite voice or not. Being overweight can affect your general health but not your talent or a loving heart.

Did you never hear?
Be kind one to another
Don't judge a book by it's cover
Judge not, lest ye be judged
Be Nice!

@10:59

LOL! I, too, know he would WOW them. I was referring to the Queen fans who were on the fence.
