Remember this song, "Calico", that we heard about last year?? Produced by Avicii and performed by Adam Lambert and Nile Rogers... Fans have been anxiously awaiting further news..

This is amazing, exciting and interesting news! Nile has the highest respect for Adam. And nice that Avicii is part of the mix. Glad he's recovered from his health issues. This is really a dynamic trio. Hope the song does very very well!

Personally, I loved Lay Me Down and wIshed it had been released in th US. Keeping fingers crossed for "Calico" though:)))
Is that what happened to "Lay Me Down"? It wasn't released in the U.S.? I loved it, too, CT. I didn't hear it on the radio, but just thought I may have missed it.

Lay Me Down wasn't released in the US.. It was in a few other markets but didn't go very far.. :((
I should have added that LMD was released as Avicii was gearing up for new music so it didn't seem to get the promo that the other singles did.. But really happy that it WAS released as a single in some areas.. Avicii said it was his favorite track from the album "TRUE".. ( I really liked the album as a whole btw)..
So exciting to get some new music! Thanks to Nile for the heads up!
Is Calico the one Adam did not want to do, because it was about going down on a female, and Adam said he wasn't into that, but he would do it for his fans? Sing the song that is. LOL
It's always exciting to hear about possible new music from Adam, even if it's just one song. I liked LMD, but didn't love it. Hoping that the next song has a catchy hook!
