The search continues to find amazing talent from across the nation. Hosted by Ryan Seacrest, and featuring judges Harry Connick, Jr., Jennifer Lopez, and Keith Urban, along with in-house mentor Randy Jackson, the series empowers contestants and viewers to share their voices in deciding who will be America's next singing superstar.

Every year, tens of thousands of hopefuls from across the nation audition for a shot at stardom. The show's judges will travel across the country including stops in Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boston, MA; Detroit, MI; Omaha, NE, Salt Lake City, UT; and San Francisco, CA, in search of the next AMERICAN IDOL. They narrow down the competitors to a select group of semifinalists who sing their hearts out each week in front of a studio audience and television viewers.

There appears to be way more idol commercials announcing Adam on idol this week then there was last week for the premier. Interesting.

Well, Adam is the draw for me, of course. I think that's true for lots of people. Hope so! I'd love to see a spike in the ratings for Adam's night.

I don't think Randy is the in house mentor any more, they have a new person.

Can't wait to see Adam back on Idol as a judge subbing for Keith Urban during the NYC auditions. Whether he is a mentor or a performer or in this case, a judge, if he is on the show, I certainly will watch it. I've been a fan of Adam Lambert since he sang his first note on Idol and continue to follow his career often from stories and pics, vids on this site. He was the only person I ever voted for on Idol and haven't seen any one since season 8 who even comes close to him in vocal talent, stage presence or personality. It will be interesting to see which individuals Adam gives a "Yes" to and the comments he makes. He and Queen start their UK and European tour tomorrow night and I am looking forward to vids from all the concerts.
