What kindness Nile shows. Very cool of him to subtly promote the QAL performance/alliance; particularly among those within his sphere of influence and his fans, too.
Nile has promoted Adam and truly seems to have appreciated his collabs with him..... Based upon these photos & the captions, his extensions to Adam via Twitter .... Nile sounds like a real Glambert to me :))
Adam will be on tour during the Grammys this year. Maybe next year he'll be there, either as a nominee(pray) or at least in attendance in the audience. Nile is a true Glambert for sure. He is in awe of Adam's talent and he likes him as a person, too. But then, doesn't everybody?:)
I hope Adam does some more collab work with Nile in the future. They make a good pair.
Love how long time pros like Nile, Brian, Riger and other well known artists have been helpful to Adam and genuinely care for him.
Oh, I really wish he could be there when Nile's is being honored at the Grammys this year!
But, our busy Adam is always on the run; unfortunately, he can't be everywhere at once!
OT:
I notice that on TV's best bet listings at AJC.COM, that Idol was listed both nights this week, but on ADAM'S NIGHT, which is THURSDAY O1/15/15, Adam was actually listed by name as being the guest judge for the New York auditions! No other names mentioned either night. It appears that Idol feels that his name is definitely a draw.
I hope Thursday night gets a very big viewership! I will certainly do my part; have told everyone I know; family definitely included!!
I think this pic is when Nile called Adam up late at night to come in to record the Avicii track - and Adam had been out partying and was a little he worse for wear, but he jumped on his treadmill and then came in and did it in one take.
Maybe this story is apocryphal, but I love it. Also love this pic - his concentration, his scruffy look - I just love him!!!
Yes 9:54 that's the story I heard. That's one of the reasons I like LMD and Adam and Sauli had broken up but not made it public so I can hear the angst in his voice with this song too.
I thought they broke up long before this vocal for Avicii.
When did he record this Avicii track? I think they broke up in January 2013; Adam announced it in April (after the Helsinki gig in March) but they definitely were not together (at least happily) anymore when Adam had his "lap dance" -birthday and NYC-trip in late January - early February. (I know Sauli attended the birthday but has anyone seen any "happy together" -photos from that BD?).
1:28 yes they broke up way before LMD but I felt Adam was still grieving when he recorded that song.
